Former WWE Superstar Ted DiBiase Jr. is having a great start to the weekend ... 'cause a jury found him not guilty on all charges related to a Mississippi welfare fraud case.

DiBiase Jr. -- son of WWE legend Ted DiBiase -- was acquitted by a federal jury on several charges ... one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and to commit theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, six counts of wire fraud, two counts of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds and four counts of money laundering.

If he would have been found guilty, he faced a maximum sentence of 185 years in federal prison.

Chuck Norris had a great sense of humor, and all the memes about him tickled his funny bone ... this according to his longtime bodyguard and sparring partner.

Tom Jones -- a decorated Muay Thai champion -- joined us on "TMZ Live" to discuss the legacy of his late friend a few hours after a statement confirming Chuck's passing was publicly announced.

Jones says he owes a lot to Norris -- who he met years ago while still in the Marines -- explaining the A-lister taught him lessons about life he still carries around with him.

Burrow was out and about in LA ahead of the Fanatics Flag Football Classic slated for Saturday ... a few days after he left an Oscars party flanked by Alix Earle, Tate McRae, and Stassie Karanikolaou.

Seems like they were just saving money on Ubers that night ... 'cause Burrow was back with his presumed partner as the flag football competitors met for a pre-showdown gathering at Alba.

Chuck Norris -- the famed martial artist and actor in films like "The Delta Force" and "Missing in Action" -- is dead ... TMZ has learned.

He died Thursday morning in Hawaii, according to the family, who said, "It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday [Thursday] morning. While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace."

The post reads ... "He lived life with faith, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to the people he loved."

TMZ broke the story ... Chuck was hospitalized either Wednesday or Thursday, and it seemed sudden, because a source who had spoken with Chuck Wednesday said he had been working out and was in an upbeat, jovial mood.

Norris is best remembered for his martial arts and action movie roles in the 1980s ... and for portraying Texas Ranger Cordell Walker in the CBS TV show "Walker, Texas Ranger" in the 1990s.

TMZ Sports has obtained the probable cause affidavit that details Florida State football player Conor McAneney's arrest ... which states the responding officer punched McAneney in the kisser after the kicker attempted to pull him to the ground.

In the report, cops state the FSU sophomore was being removed from a local bar when he was actively resisting. Cops say they then stepped in to assist ... telling him to leave the bar area and the establishment -- but he still refused to leave, grabbing onto the barrier gates of the business.

From there ... McAneney allegedly escalated a minor incident into a serious offense.

Ever since I was a young martial artist and later getting into movies, I always looked up to him as a role model. Someone who had the respect, humility and strength it takes to be a man. We will miss you, my friend. ✨"

Stallone wrote ... "I had a great time working with Chuck. He was All American in every way. Great man and my condolences to his wonderful family."
