USA, Mexico WBC Brawl Breaks Out In Stands ... During Pool Play Game
The field wasn't the only thing seeing action during Monday night's World Baseball Classic showdown between Mexico and the United States of America ... a brawl broke out in the stands between fans of the two countries, and it was ugly!
The fight went down in the outfield seats at Daikin Park in Houston, and was captured on video. The clip shows a man in Team Mexico gear running up on another man rockin' Team USA swag, before the two start swinging on each other.

While we don't know what kicked off the festivities, both sides landing solid blows -- with the supporter of the red, white and blue taking a nasty tumble down the stairs at one point.

Seattle Mariners stars Cal Raleigh and Randy Arozarena might be trying to win a World Series together, but they were anything but teammates on Monday ... and that was made clear during a handshake snub in the USA vs. Mexico matchup at the World Baseball Classic.
The drama kicked off as Arozarena made his way up to the batter's box for his first plate appearance ... and when he leaned over to show some sportsmanship to the Big Dumper, the catcher left him hanging.

A rep for the Gwinnett Police Department tells TMZ ... officers were dispatched to the former NBA star's mansion in Suwanee, GA three times over the past 14 days ... including for a suicide threat call, a domestic incident and a theft report.
The exact circumstances surrounding the three calls remain unclear.
Sherrone Moore's Ex-Assistant Lawsuit Against Coach, U-M On Table
Sherrone Moore copped a plea deal in his criminal case, but he's not completely out of the woods -- Paige Shiver's attorney tells TMZ Sports the former Michigan football staffer is not ruling out suing the coach and the school.
Moore pleaded no contest to two misdemeanors last week ... with the three original charges, including felony home invasion, getting dropped.
Both Shiver and her lawyer, Andrew M. Stroth, expressed disappointment with the deal ... urging the University of Michigan to take accountability for its "painful missteps." Stroth also said Shiver endured years of harassment and manipulation, leaving her "pressured, intimidated, and unable to escape conduct that should never occur in any workplace -- let alone at a public university."
That said, a potential lawsuit against Moore and/or the U-M is not out of the question.

Commish Adam Silver made the announcement minutes ago ... saying, "When we became aware of the Atlanta Hawks' scheduled promotion, we reached out to Hawks leadership to better understand their plans and rationale."
"While we appreciate the team's perspective and their desire to move forward, we have heard significant concerns from a broad array of league stakeholders, including fans, partners, and employees."
Indoor Football's Jordan Jones Fatally Shot at Bar ... Tried to Break Up Fight
Indoor football player and college standout Jordan Jones tragically lost his life over the weekend in Georgia ... after he was shot outside of a bar while trying to break up a fight. He was only 28.
The Acworth Police Department said officers were dispatched to Saddle Bar for a shooting around 2:42 AM on Saturday. When they arrived, they found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound and rendered aid.
He later succumbed to his injuries at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA.
APD's investigation revealed the victim was Jones, who was working as a security guard at the bar.
H.S. Coach Travis Turner Still Missing Four Months Later ... Wanted On Child Porn Charges
The Virginia State Police, U.S. Marshal, and FBI are still searching for missing high school football coach Travis Turner, who is wanted for allegedly possessing child pornography and using a computer to solicit a minor.
Law enforcement provided an update on the search on Monday, four months after Turner, a former Union High School football coach, disappeared in late November, just before Special Agents from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations unit visited his home in Appalachia as part of their probe.
He is wanted on five counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of using a computer to solicit a minor.
"Police are actively searching for Turner, who is considered a fugitive," VSP said.
Patriots' Christian Barmore Domestic Assault Case Dropped ... 'Not Viable For Prosecution'
Over two months after New England Patriots defensive lineman Christian Barmore was hit with domestic assault charges ... officials in Massachusetts have now dropped the case against him -- saying that it was "not viable for prosecution."
The decision came down moments ago in an Attleboro courtroom ... where prosecutors said that following the updated information, they were going to file notice to formally drop the case against Barmore.
"Mr. Barmore is grateful to the District Attorney's Office for carefully evaluating the facts,
reviewing the materials that his attorney shared with them, and acting in the interests of justice," David Meier, Barmore's attorney, said in a statement
He was initially charged in connection with an incident that occurred in August 2025. According to a police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, a woman told cops that Barmore became angry with her after a disagreement over the temperature of the bedroom air conditioner.

Former NBA star Dwight Howard filed for divorce from his wife Amber Howard -- hours after she made bombshell accusations against him online, TMZ has learned.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Dwight filed for divorce on Monday morning. He listed the date of marriage as January 11, 2025, but said they are not separated, with no hope of reconciliation.
Dwight said the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” He noted that they had no children.
