If Shilo Sanders were currently on an NFL team, he most certainly would be listed on the injury report with soreness ... 'cause Deion Sanders' middle son took a HARD fall while snowboarding -- and it was all caught on video.

The 26-year-old uploaded a new video to YouTube titled "I Almost Ended My Career Snowboarding" -- and when you see the fall, you can't blame him for thinking that.

He hit the first pipe with relative ease (impressive!) ... but when he attempted to hit a move on the second rail, he fell hard onto the object in the middle of the slope.

"I'm done, bro," Sanders said. "I'm done."

"You know what happened, I hit the front lip. It didn't hurt that bad, I just fell on the rail. It looked worse than it was.

He wasn't joking about it being his last run either ... as the video then cuts to him at the bottom of the hill -- before they head back to the hotel.

Once back at the hotel, you see his knee was a little swollen after the day out on the slopes.

Jake Paul and his fiancée Jutta Leerdam didn't get much time to celebrate her gold and silver Olympic medals after touching back down in the United States ... 'cause the Problem Child was forced to undergo another surgery on his jaw following his brutal knockout loss to Anthony Joshua.

Paul shared the news on Instagram, explaining he was put under the knife after "the screws and plates were coming loose because apparently I didn’t rest for the past 2 months."

JP wasn't alone as he made his way around the hospital halls, as Leerdam was by his side after the procedure.

The injury will certainly push back any potential return plans for Paul ... who will be looking to bounce back after just his second loss as a pro.

The 29-year-old had his first surgery on Dec. 20 ... the day after his bout against Joshua, when he required two titanium plates inserted around his jaw. It also cost him a couple of teeth.

The serious injury didn't slow Paul down ... we spotted him at a post-fight party thrown by Celebrity Sports Entertainment at a private mansion in Miami, though Paul understandably wasn't doing a lot of talking.

It’s been a brutal few days for Lindsey Vonn … and she’s not sugarcoating it.

The three-time Olympic medalist shared updates from her hospital bed on Friday after undergoing a marathon surgery following her terrifying crash at the 2026 Winter Games -- and it was no small procedure.

“Made it through surgery … it took a bit more than 6 hours to complete,” Vonn said in an Instagram post. “As you can see, it required a lot of plates and screws to put back together but Dr. Hackett did an incredible job.”

She further detailed just how tough the recovery has been -- now having undergone at least five surgeries since the February 8 accident.

Former NFL player Keith Gray was found guilty of orchestrating a massive $328 million fraud scheme ... with the former UCONN captain being convicted this week on nine counts in federal court.

The Department of Justice shared news of the verdict Friday morning, saying Gray was the mastermind of a scheme to bill Medicare for "unnecessary genetic tests designed to evaluate the risk of various cardiovascular diseases and conditions."

In reality, the DOJ says there was no medical need for the tests ... but Gray kept billing Medicare, to the tune of an astounding $328 million, which resulted in a return of around $54 million from the government agency.

The Michael Rubin staffer arrested at his Hollywood Hills mansion is one of his housekeepers, and she'd allegedly been skimming tons of cash out of his safe ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the woman was taking the money out of a safe at the home of the Fanatics CEO for nearly a year. At some point, Rubin noticed cash was going missing, and we're told his 24/7 security team installed a hidden camera inside the safe.

Our sources say she dipped her hand in the cookie jar again Wednesday morning -- allegedly grabbing $20,000 -- and once they had her on camera, someone called LAPD. Officers responded and immediately arrested her on the spot for grand theft.

Kayla Nicole is seemingly opening up about ex-boyfriend Travis Kelce ... saying he was the right person who just came at the wrong time.

Michael Irvin isn’t letting retirement weigh him down -- literally.

The Hall of Famer jumped on social media Thursday and filmed himself standing on a scale to prove he’s only packed on one pound since his playing days … and he even kept his shoes on while doing it.

“I played at 212," he said. "In all of them years I’ve been away from the game, n****, I’ve put on one pound,” Irvin said, locking in on the number like it was a defensive back.

Beverly Hills issued a public apology to Jaylen Brown after shutting down his All-Star event last week over "inaccurate information," ... but the Celtics star isn't accepting it, and is considering legal action.

The city released a statement addressing the incident on Thursday, days after not allowing Brown's All-Star event at an 18,000-square-foot estate on Trousale Place, where he was hosting a guest panel on the future of the culture.

Police initially cited missing permits as the reason for shutting down the event, but an internal review determined the City's "prior public communication contained inaccurate information."

LaMelo Ball addressed the media for the first time since his Wednesday accident in Uptown Charlotte -- which left his Hummer missing a wheel and a person with minor injuries -- though the hooper wasn't in the mood to open up about the ordeal.

The 24-year-old sat down in front of microphones following the Hornets' 105-101 loss to the Houston Rockets Thursday night, and it was clear he was trying to keep things all about basketball.

When asked about the crash, Ball said it was "unfortunate, [but] everybody cool."

"So just blessings. God is great."

LaMelo Ball's custom Hummer is already undergoing repairs after Wednesday's collision in downtown Charlotte -- with the owner of the motorsports company telling TMZ Sports the truck is fixable, but it will take some time!

We spoke to Adam Wolfe of Dreamworks Motorsports, the company behind the custom work on Melo's 2022 GMC Hummer EV Edition 1, who says they've already started getting it back to tip-top shape.

The Hummer suffered significant front-end damage in the crash, including the loss of one of its 24x12 DW Forged one-off designed wheels.

Wolfe said he spoke with Ball after the crash and was relieved to hear he was okay ... and the damaged truck was sent back to the company's Roxboro, NC location on Thursday -- about three hours from Charlotte.

Nearly two months after Anthony Joshua was injured in a crash that took the lives of his trainer and longtime friends, Sina Ghami and Kevin "Latif" Ayodele ... his promoter says Joshua will return to camp in the coming weeks, and could fight later this summer.

Eddie Hearn addressed the boxer's future in Nottingham, England, on Thursday. While the crash has delayed a potential August megafight against Tyson Fury, the promoter has no doubts Joshua will be making a comeback.

"I believe, late summer, but physically, he's not yet in a position to return to camp," Hearn said.

The United States Women's hockey team just took down Team Canada to take home the gold medal in the 2026 Winter Olympics ... and there were plenty of stars in the stands to take in the action as the Red, White and Blue came back to win a thriller!

Tons of stars, including Tom Brady and Jason Kelce flocked to the Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena in Milan to watch the gold medal game, a rematch of the preliminary-round matchup between the neighboring countries, which the U.S. won 5-0.

It was an exciting contest between the two sides. Canada jumped out to a 1-0 lead with 54 seconds left to go in the second period. They would hold that lead until two minutes left in the third period, when Hilary Knight tied it up at one.

After her headline-making run at the 2026 Winter Olympics, the Dutch speed skating star focused on more than just the podium and medals.

Leerdam dominated her events at the Games … winning gold in the 1,000 meters and setting a new Olympic record in the process. She followed it up with a silver medal in the 500 meters, proving she’s one of the fastest women on the planet across sprint distances.
