Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo berated one of his players during Tuesday night's game ... telling Kur Teng he wouldn't be able to lock down his 99-year-old mother on the court -- and he said after the final buzzer he was dead serious.

According to our sources, Victoria was right up against Brooklyn, allegedly in a way grinding on him, and guests felt the interaction crossed a line ... behavior those in attendance viewed as more fitting for romantic partners than a mother and son. Our sources say Brooklyn was mortified and never wants the moment made public.

"Get Real With Me" host Alix Earle lived up to her YouTube series name Tuesday night ... the influencer used her TikTok followers as an emotional-support boyfriend following her breakup from Braxton Berrios.

Turning the camera on herself mid-spiral, she announced, "I'm just going to start talking to you guys like you're my boyfriend."

As you know, Alix and Braxton split last month after 2 years together. Since then, she's been committed to remaining single for a while ... and it's apparently been rough.

She admitted, "I can't sleep right now ... I feel like just not having that stability of a male partner -- or just even someone to talk to or distract me -- is just so weird.”

LO didn't specify what he had, if anything, in his system before Vegas cops booked him for driving under the influence and two traffic violations on Saturday ... but owned up to needing to be more responsible behind the wheel.

John Harbaugh was officially introduced as the head coach of the New York Giants on Tuesday ... and the 63-year-old admitted it felt "really great" to know the leader of the free world is on board with his hiring.

Harbaugh was asked about President Donald Trump's push for his employment during his first date with the N.Y. media ... and coach was well aware of the Jan. 10 endorsement via Truth Social.
