Turning Point USA is pushing full steam ahead with plans for its own Super Bowl halftime show ... but the conservative org is keeping key details under wraps.

Aubrey Laitsch, public relations manager for TPUSA, tells TMZ ... "The All American Halftime Show" is 100 percent on -- though fans will have to tune in live on Sunday, Feb. 8 to find out who’s taking the stage.

Laitsch says multiple performers are already locked in, but she declined to reveal who they are ... or even what type of performers viewers can expect.

She was also tight-lipped about where the show will take place, and wouldn’t confirm whether it will actually air live.

Stefon Diggs won't have to face a judge until after the NFL season -- the New England Patriots star's arraignment in his assault case has been postponed.

TMZ Sports has confirmed Diggs' court date was initially slated for Jan. 23, two days before the AFC Championship Game. However, his attorney stated in court filings that Diggs has a "previously-scheduled professional commitment" on that date.

It's now scheduled for Feb. 13 -- five days after the Super Bowl.

The Pats have a legit shot at making it all the way to the Big Game this year ... and should they win it all, Diggs will be able to partake in all the post-Super Bowl festivities.

Matthew Bialick -- Haley's lawyer -- tells TMZ ... he plans to file a motion to dismiss Matt's lawsuit within three weeks of being formally served the summons or complaint, which hasn't happened yet.

Bialick says it's totally unreasonable to file a lawsuit on the basis of making someone liable for "exercising her sexual sovereignty by truthfully describing a sexual experience that left her in tears" ... adding it violates his client's right to free speech.

Figure skater Maxim Naumov was moved to tears during Thursday’s U.S. Championship ... after he paid tribute to his late parents, who tragically died in the Washington D.C. plane crash nearly a year ago.

Naumov, along with other top skaters, competed at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri ... not only vieing for the Championship, but also a spot on the U.S. Olympic team heading into the 2026 Winter Games.

Antonio Brown will soon be able to leave the confines of Miami and travel across Florida -- if only for a few days -- after a judge approved the former NFL star's request to traverse the Sunshine State for business.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Eiglarsh, filed a motion on Monday, seeking the court's permission to allow Brown to make the four-hour, roughly 280-mile drive from the southeastern tip of the peninsula to the west coast of the state for six days.

"During this period, Mr. Brown has several scheduled work-related meetings and business engagements with Energetic Exotic, Florida's premier exotic and luxury car rental company," Eiglarsh wrote, according to court documents. "In addition, he has multiple prearranged music studio sessions."

"SFPD (San Francisco Police Department) was on location to defuse the situation," the org. said. "The fans have been banned from future Chase Center events."

The Warriors also told us no one was injured ...which is pretty remarkable after watching the video.

Prime Video host Taylor Rooks makes a living talking to athletes ... but it turns out she was doing that LONG before it was her career ... 'cause she babysat them!!

Rooks revealed this week on the "Downs 2 Business" podcast, hosted by football stars Josh and Caleb Downs, that she took care of the two brothers from sixth grade up to her senior year of high school while growing up northeast of Atlanta.

Josh is now a 24-year-old wide receiver with the Indianapolis Colts, and younger brother Caleb, 21, is expected to be a top-10 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft as a defensive standout from Ohio State -- time flies!!!
