Snoop Dogg was responsible for the call of the NBA season on Monday ... the legendary rapper happened to be behind the microphone for an epic Steve Kerr flipout sesh, and he captured the crazy moment as only he could!

Snoop picked up the headset and stepped into the proverbial booth for the second half of  Monday's showdown between the Warriors and the Clippers in Los Angeles ... when Kerr's emotions got the better of him in the fourth quarter, leading to losing it on the refs, and getting tossed from the game.

Tha Doggfather captured the moment perfectly, as only he could.

TMZ Sports has obtained more details about Lenny Dykstra's New Year’s Day traffic stop ... with cops suspecting the former Mets star had either crack or meth on him.

Pennsylvania State Police claim Dykstra -- who was the passenger -- opened the glove box during questioning just after midnight to confirm his identification ... and they observed in plain sight a "container holding suspected crack-cocaine/methamphetamine and a glass smoking device containing suspected drug residue."

Police didn't field test the substances, but he has since been formally charged with misdemeanor possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to local reports.

Chelsea Green says fans worried that "WWE Unreal" is pulling back the curtain too far on the biz are getting it wrong ... insisting the popular Netflix series is making wrestling stronger!!

Travis took the jab well, and according to Josh, even agreed with him! Travis apparently explained to him he needed to "come in with some swagger" to that game ... and it worked, because the Chiefs won the game ... and, Josh admitted Travis was able to get into the Ravens' heads.

NFL star Josh Jacobs has unloaded his Las Vegas mansion -- decked out with a movie theater and six-car garage -- for a pretty payday right before the playoffs!!

TMZ Sports has learned the Green Bay Packers running back sold the 5,500 square-foot property recently for $4.7 million -- a price tag that seems palatable when you take into account all the place has to offer.

A fan in Jacksonville opted for a little bit of A, and a little bit of B Sunday night -- just hours after the AFC South champs closed out the regular season with a blowout win over the Titans -- and video of the scene is crazy.

Nyjah Huston's New Year was quite painful -- the famous skateboarder says he suffered a fractured skull and eye socket after a trick went horribly wrong.

DK Metcalf won't have to wait until next season to return from his suspension for an altercation with a Detroit Lions fan ... and the star receiver told reporters he's "excited as hell" to be back.

The 28-year-old Pittsburgh Steelers player met with the media at his locker on Monday ... and while there were plenty of questions about what exactly happened with spectator Ryan Kennedy on Dec. 21, Metcalf made it clear he wasn't going to talk about it.

12:07 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Jayne Trcka's friend called her several times days before her body was found, but no one picked up. The friend got worried and went to Jayne's home to check on her -- finding her unresponsive in the kitchen. After the friend called 911, first responders arrived on scene and pronounced Jayne dead.

Bodybuilder Jayne Trcka -- who played Miss Mann in "Scary Movie" -- has died, TMZ has learned.

Jayne's son tells TMZ ... Jayne passed away December 12 in San Diego.

The San Diego medical examiner also confirmed her death, telling us her cause of death is pending.

Russell Wilson is defending his soon-to-be former squad after he revealed he tore his hamstring before their Week 2 game against the Cowboys, saying there's a great reason the team never listed him on the injury report -- he never told 'em!

The news broke after Wilson, meeting with reporters after the Giants' season ended, divulged he suffered an "undisclosed Grade 2 hamstring tear," which ProFootball Talk said would lead to an "inevitable NFL investigation" ... as the QB never received an injury designation.

Russell tried to do some damage control for New York, saying he didn't want "to tell anyone bc of the circumstances."

Terry Kennedy is officially a free man ... the famed skateboarder is out on parole just over three years after he was convicted of assaulting a fellow skater -- an incident that led to the man's death.

TMZ Sports broke the story last month ... the Illinois Department of Corrections told us Kennedy -- known by fans as "Compton-Ass Terry" -- was eligible for parole and set to be released on New Year's Eve.

True to the plan, Kennedy, according to inmate records, was released from custody on December 31.

Cardi B's proving she's a ride or die for her man -- vehemently defending Stefon Diggs as he faces serious charges ... saying his former personal chef never previously accused the star WR of getting physical.

The support came amid a tense social media exchange on Monday ... when one user pointed out Diggs' charges stemming from allegations made by his ex-employee, who claimed he choked and slapped her over a salary dispute in early December.

Cardi was having none of it ... clapping back and making it clear she won't tolerate any negative talk directed at Diggs -- 'cause she claims she has all the proof she needs to believe the chef is lying through her teeth.

The Pittsburgh Steelers needed a win to make the NFL playoffs, and their supporters pulled out all the stops to make that happen ... with a Priest literally blessing the field with Holy Water before the SNF game!!!!!

What ultimately happened will surely test even the most staunch of atheists ... 'cause the Ravens missed a 44-yard field goal in the closing moments of the game, in the end zone that was blessed!

The Holy Water blessing took place before the Ravens-Steelers game at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, where Father Maximilian Maxwell was seen issuing the blessings.

If you're unfamiliar, Holy Water's meant to protect against evil and spiritually cleanse and bless people, places, and objects.
