Jordon Hudson appears to be leaning into the "gold digger" claims ... 'cause Bill Belichick's girlfriend's company -- which is managed by the 24-year-old -- just filed to trademark the term.

Records show the application was filed by TCE Rights Management LLC on Aug. 25 -- and as trademark attorney Josh Gerben first noted, it is with the intention to use it for jewelry and trinkets.

The same company also filed for several trademarks earlier this year ... including phrases like All-Belichick Team, Chapel Bill, The Belichick Way, Dynasty (Bill's Version) and more.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's engagement news was so massive yesterday, they literally broke the internet ... or at least crashed Instagram for some users for a short time.

A Meta spokesperson tells TMZ ... IG was so overwhelmed with users yesterday reacting to the engagement post, some users -- not all -- were unable to access the app. So yeah, they freaking broke it. But, we're told the issue was resolved quickly and all is running smoothly now.

Brooke Hogan confirmed with her own eyes her dad has NOT been cremated ... she paid homage to Hulk Hogan at a funeral home in Florida Tuesday where she sat by his body.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Brooke was not convinced her dad's body was still intact after Hulk's widow, Sky, said he would be cremated. Brooke visited the funeral home because she wanted to see if an autopsy has or would be performed on Hulk.

Brooke has had lots of questions about the circumstances surrounding Hulk's death ... specifically, whether opioids may have been a factor or whether there might have been foul play.

She went on Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show Wednesday morning to discuss the case. Bubba was a little ticked off TMZ broke the story about Brooke visiting the funeral home. Brooke also told Bubba that Hulk was still wearing his famous bandana.

While Taylor Swift was getting rings, Kayla Nicole was closing her Apple Watch ones ... hitting the gym hard after the world's biggest pop star revealed she had gotten engaged to Travis Kelce.

Taylor Swift is engaged to Travis Kelce ... take that in!

Taylor and Travis jointly posted photos of the proposal on Instagram ... multiple pics of them in a garden setting, with Travis down on one knee. The caption -- "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨"

The couple set the post to Taylor's fan-favorite song, "So High School" from her "Tortured Poets Department" album ... which makes sense given the song is inspired by their romance.

TMZ has learned the engagement ring is an Old Mine Brilliant Cut. The jewelry designer is Kindred Lubeck ... and sources tell us the jeweler worked with Travis to design the sparkler.

Taylor and Travis' "Love Story" started back in July 2023, after the NFL tight end voiced his disappointment that he wasn't able to meet the pop star at her "Eras" tour stop in Kansas City. Travis made the confession on his "New Heights" podcast, admitting he made a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it for her.

Word got back to Taylor, however, who later called the gesture something out of a "John Hughes movie" during her first "New Heights" podcast appearance in 2025.

The couple made their relationship public in September 2023, when Taylor attended her first Kansas City Chiefs game -- cheering on Travis from his box at Arrowhead Stadium.

If Shaquille O'Neal and Charlie Mack do end up throwing hands in a celebrity boxing match later this year ... none other than Roy Jones Jr. has called dibs on refereeing it!!

Vince McMahon is asking a court to throw out his reckless driving case, TMZ Sports has learned.

Mark Sherman, an attorney for the former WWE honcho, tells us he filed a motion on his client's behalf on Tuesday to suspend and dismiss the matter -- which stemmed from a car crash McMahon was involved in late last month.

While it's unclear what the basis for the motion is ... Sherman said in a statement if it's granted, it "would ensure a complete dismissal of the case but still allows Vince to convey contrition and concern for the other drivers, which is his top priority."
