TMZ Sports recently caught up with the lightweight boxing contender at Fanatics Fest in NYC  ... when we asked about the status of his fight with Tank after their controversial first scrap.

You may recall, the fight ended in a majority draw (meaning Tank kept his title), though many fans felt Lamont won outright.

Malik Beasley is the subject of a federal investigation related to gambling on NBA games and prop bets ... this according to ESPN.

The nine-year NBA veteran is facing allegations connected to the 2023-2024 season ... when he played in 79 games for the Milwaukee Bucks.

According to the outlet -- citing an anonymous source -- at least one major sportsbook detected unusual betting interest in Beasley's stats starting in January 2024.

Aidan Zingg -- a young up-and-coming motocross star -- was killed in a racing accident this weekend ... according to multiple reports.

The racer was competing in the 2025 Mammoth Motocross event in Mammoth Lakes, California Saturday where he sustained his fatal injuries.

According to the motocross focused outlet DirtbikeLover, Zingg was participating in the event when he crashed and was "run over by multiple bikes." It's unclear what caused the accident.

It's finally that time of the year when the Italian sunshine starts to attract tourists from all over the world -- and lots of celebs are already taking advantage of the warm Mediterranean weather.

Dave Parker -- a 19-year MLB veteran who was voted into Cooperstown just months ago -- has died ... according to the league office.

MLB announced the news Saturday afternoon ... saying Parker passed away after a long bout with Parkinson's disease.

Parker -- who played for the Pirates in 11 of his 19 total seasons in the league -- was honored with a scoreboard tribute at PNC Park, where the Pirates are taking on the New York Mets.
