Congratulations are in order for LiAngelo Ball and Rashida Nicole -- the hooper and rapper's partner announced she is pregnant with the couple's first child together!!

The 33-year-old shared the news with a series of photos on her Instagram ... saying she is "grateful, terrified, anxious, nauseous [and] HANGRY."

"As a teen mom, I was always hesitant about going thru pregnancy and parenthood again. (Iykyk) I want to thank my daughter for being here for me during this process, always demonstrating unconditional LOVE & reassuring me that, "Everything is alright!"

NFL free agent kicker Justin Tucker was just hit with a severe punishment ... being handed a 10-week suspension after a league investigation into misconduct allegations.

The 35-year-old -- who was released by the Baltimore Ravens back in May -- was accused by 16 massage therapists of acting inappropriately during sessions ranging from 2012-2016.

Louisiana State Police announced on Thursday, 41-year-old Zul-Qarnain Kwame Nantambu has turned himself in to authorities on charges of resisting an officer and disturbing the peace by interruption of a lawful assembly ... after he allegedly disrupted Lamar's Feb. 9 concert at the Superdome in New Orleans.

The LSP claims Nantambu was the one who waved a flag with the message "Sudan and Free Gaza" on it as K. Dot was crooning "tv off" during the break in the Chiefs vs. Eagles championship tilt.

Liver King's not going to hold domain over all of Austin, Texas for the foreseeable future ... 'cause if he sees Joe Rogan coming, he's gotta head the other way.

According to Liver King's release conditions, the social media influencer must stay at least 200 yards away from Rogan and his family members ... and, there's a no-contact order as well -- so, no hitting him up over the phone or social media either.
