Brock's oldest child was in Eugene, Oregon, for the Outdoor Track and Field Championships this week ... with Mya representing Colorado State.

Already being tapped as the favorite to take home the gold, the senior beat out the competition with a throw of 19.01m. The next closest was a thrower from Illinois ... who finished second with a throw of 18.85m.

MMA legend BJ Penn has been arrested again.

According to the Hawaii Police Department, Penn was taken into custody on Thursday morning over allegations he violated a temporary restraining order.

Penn was transported to a Hilo-area jail and processed ... before he was released on $3,000 bond. Cops say he's now due in court for a hearing on the matter later Friday.

Antonio Brown is wanted in Florida, after cops say he stole a security guard's gun and tried to kill a man outside of a celebrity boxing match last month.

TMZ Sports has obtained the arrest warrant that was issued this week for Brown ... and in it, there all kinds of troubling allegations against the former NFL superstar.

According to the document, Brown and Zül-Qarnaįn Nantambu were seen on surveillance video getting into an argument near Adin Ross' May 16 Brand Risk event in Miami, before Brown could be seen hitting Nantambu with "a closed fist."

The New England Patriots just announced Tom Brady's statue will be erected outside Gillette Stadium ahead of their first preseason game in August ... with the organization planning a special ceremony to promote the 12-foot tribute.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft initially shared the plans for the bronze Brady during his Patriots Hall of Fame ceremony last year -- the same night the 47-year-old quarterback’s No. 12 was retired.
