Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez played a husband and wife on 'Criminal Minds' and they were married in real life too ... but now they're estranged, because he just filed for divorce.

Zach beelined it to court Friday and filed to divorce his actress wife after 12 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The actor, who also starred in the NBC series "Friday Night Lights" as quarterback Matt Saracen, is going with the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. He does not list a date of separation, claiming it is "TBD."

Jazz Chisholm Jr. has landed in some hot water following the Yankees' Thursday night matchup against the Tampa Bay Rays ... not for his actions on the field -- but for a social media post he published in the middle of their game.

MLB made the announcement Friday afternoon ... saying Chisholm Jr. received the one-game suspension and "an undisclosed fine" for violating the league's social media policy.

He will not serve the suspension Friday ... as he's appealing the league's ruling. The second baseman can continue to play until the process is complete.

Luka Doncic might want to look into an OtterBox sponsorship deal ... 'cause the L.A. Laker showed off how he handled the news of being traded from the Dallas Mavericks -- revealing he turned his phone into a cracked mess after chucking it.

Doncic did a sit-down interview with ESPN ahead of his playoff debut with the Purple and Gold ... in which he admitted he threw his iPhone once he hung up with his former squad.

San Antonio Spurs legend Gregg Popovich left a local restaurant in an ambulance Tuesday night ... after officials say they received a call for an elderly person who had "fainted" while eating dinner, TMZ Sports has learned.

We've obtained video of the 76-year-old on a stretcher as he was placed into the back of an emergency vehicle outside a San Antonio steakhouse around 8:20 PM.

Our sources tell us Popovich appeared to still be dealing with the effects of the mild stroke he suffered in early November while at the establishment ... and was there for close to two hours before suffering the medical emergency.

Yella Beezy had his motion to modify his bond in his ongoing capital murder case denied in court this week ... effectively keeping the star rapper under house arrest, until further notice.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained court documents filed this week in Dallas County, Texas that outline the shutdown.

Yella Beezy filed a petition back in March seeking permission from the court to be able to leave the house, solely for the purpose of attending his minor son's football games ... a measure that would ensure "continued family engagement and stability."

Police say a home connected to Austin Metcalf -- the teenager who lost his life during a stabbing incident at a track meet earlier this month -- was swatted on Thursday.

According to the Frisco Police Department, authorities rushed to a Metcalf family home in Frisco, Texas after receiving a call regarding a gunshot.

An FPD spokesperson, though, said officers on the scene quickly determined it was a swatting call -- aka a hoax aimed to disturb the Metcalfs -- and they left.

Bam Margera's holding out hope that he'll be included in "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4" ... 'cause while the deadline for adding new skaters has passed, Bam's hoping his previous inclusion in the game will help.

Margera says he recently surprised Tony Hawk with his skills despite being a "professional pile of s***" -- his words -- but, after showing he's still a skater to be reckoned with, Hawk made a call and lobbied for his inclusion in the upcoming game.
