"Dancing with the Stars" is looking more like musical chairs after Tyra Banks almost saved a couple that, based on votes, should've been on the chopping block ... and somewhere Steve Harvey's laughing.
During Monday night's week 4 elimination, the new 'DWTS' host read off 10 names of couples who were safe to move on -- but when it came time to name the bottom 2 pairs, Tyra flubbed it.
It was awkward ... Vernon Davis and Peta Murgatroyd, Anne Heche and Keo Motsepe and a third couple were all on stage as Tyra and co. realized the mistake simultaneously. Two of the couples on stage were actually safe, and they brought back "Cheer" star Monica Aldama and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy to get under the spotlight with Anne and Keo ... as the correct bottom 2 vote-getters.
Confusing? Yeah, just watch, and know Anne and Keo eventually got the boot. The real entertainment came from the blame game -- Tyra at first blamed an error in the control room, but then seemed to take the blame herself, saying she was just reading off her flashcards.
Bad as it was, it wasn't as colossal of a screw-up as when Steve botched the Miss Universe winner, or when the Academy gave Best Picture to the wrong movie in 2017 -- much bigger stages.
Tyra took to IG after the show to further explain, saying there was a technical difficulty and that the names on the cards she was reading were actually the wrong ones ... so not really her problem after all. She was graceful about it, though, adding they got past it as a team.
Like ya said, TB, that's live TV ... get 'em next week!
Bill Belichick removed BOTH of his masks from his face Monday to scream at officials after a bad call ... and it seems obvious a huge fine is coming his way.
The New England Patriots head coach arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City wearing TWO masks ... seemingly trying to send a message that he's taking the NFL's COVID rules seriously.
But, when the Patriots appeared to force a HUGE turnover late in the 2nd quarter -- only to have the play waved off by officials -- Belichick lost his damn mind.

Long story short ... Pats defensive end Chase Winovich appeared to strip Mahomes of the ball during a big 3rd down play -- with another Pats player catching the ball before it hit the ground.
It seemed like a solid turnover that would give the Pats the ball deep in Chiefs territory ... a potential game-changer!
But, the refs ruled that Mahomes was "in the grasp" and blew the whistle dead BEFORE the turnover -- meaning Chiefs kept possession.
Belichick went NUCLEAR -- ripping down his two masks and unloading at the refs ... breaking COVID protocol.
The NFL has been fining coaches for removing masks to yell -- Raiders coach Jon Gruden was hit with a $100,000 fine for similar antics during Week 2.
Belichick is rich and can afford it -- but the NFL is trying to send a message ... STOP TEARING OFF YOUR MASKS!!!!
The Pats -- who were forced to play without Cam Newton after he tested positive for COVID over the weekend -- ultimately lost to the Chiefs in a 26 to 10 beatdown.
Green Bay Packers star Za'Darius Smith paid tribute to Breonna Taylor mid-game Monday night ... lifting his jersey after a huge play to reveal a "Rest In Heaven" message.
The honor all went down at the end of the first half of the Pack's "Monday Night Football" 30-16 win over the Atlanta Falcons ... when Smith sacked Matt Ryan.
As Za'Darius got up to celebrate at the fan-less Lambeau Field, he ran toward the endzone and pulled out the bottom of his undershirt that read, "Rest In Heaven Breonna Taylor."
Smith then raised his fist, pumped his arm and headed back with his team to the locker room as the tackle ended the half.
Smith -- who finished the night with 3 sacks -- was asked about the message after the game ... and he said he's planning similar honors the rest of the way this season.
"It's going to be something every week for me," said Za'Darius, who also promised to "do something special for someone" on Tuesday.
It seems like Smith is taking a page from tennis superstar Naomi Osaka, who wore a mask honoring different victims of racial injustice or police violence during every round of the U.S. Open.
As we previously reported, Breonna was killed by gunfire on March 13 after Louisville police officers forced entry into her home while executing a search warrant.
One officer was hit with criminal counts of wanton endangerment stemming from the incident. The other cops involved were ultimately not charged.
Cassie Randolph's war with Colton Underwood is now in the hands of law enforcement ... TMZ's learned she filed a report claiming he put a tracking device on her car.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Cassie went to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department Wednesday night to file a complaint about the allegation she first made against the 'Bachelor' star in her request for a restraining order against him.
Cassie's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, tells TMZ ... "It was her intention to first, try and work through this process privately in a manner that gives both her and Colton safety, security and respect. We are confident this is possible."
TMZ broke the story ... Cassie alleged Colton planted a tracking device, and that her brother found it taped to the bottom of her car's back bumper. She claimed he was trying to track her whereabouts long after they had broken up.
She made other claims about him showing up uninvited to her L.A. apartment and her parents' house in Huntington Beach. The judge signed off on Cassie's restraining order, and Colton's been ordered to stay away.
Connor McDavid -- arguably the best player in the NHL -- has tested positive for COVID-19, his team announced.
The Edmonton Oilers issued a statement Thursday evening confirming the 23-year-old tested positive on Monday.
"Since that time, he has been in voluntary self-quarantine at his home," the Oilers said. McDavid is quarantining in the Toronto area, where he lives in the offseason.
"He will continue to be monitored and will follow all associated health protocols."
The good news ... McDavid is currently "feeling well" -- though he is experiencing mild symptoms.
The NHL season just wrapped up last week -- with the Tampa Bay Lightning winning the Stanley Cup after the league played the remainder of the season in "hub cities" to reduce COVID exposure.
The league had zero positive COVID tests while doing the “hub city” thing. Though McDavid wasn’t in the NHL bubble very long since Edmonton lost in the qualifying round of the playoffs.
McDavid -- the #1 overall pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft -- has led the league in scoring twice and was named the league's most outstanding player in 2017.
This past season, McDavid racked up 97 total points -- with 34 goals and 63 assists in 64 games ... and finished 5th in MVP voting.
Delonte West is on the road to sobriety ... but it ain't easy.
Sources tell TMZ Sports the former NBA player is currently in the detox phase of his treatment -- which is known to be extremely difficult for people trying to clean themselves up.
We're told detox is Phase 1 -- the process of removing all traces of drugs and alcohol from Delonte's system.
Detox ain't exactly a walk in the park -- in fact, it's a pretty taxing process both physically and mentally.
West is undergoing the process under the supervision of professionals -- but it's still extremely tough.
One person close with West told us Delonte is "doing fine" while "roughing it out" in order to move on to the phase of his treatment.
After detox is complete, we're told West will move to a new location where his treatment will focus on mental health and long term sobriety programs.
Bottom line ... it's not an easy process. It's not quick either. But, the people we're talking with tell us they're happy with Delonte's progress so far and they're optimistic he can overcome his challenges.

O'Brien was 52-48 during his 7 years with the team ... making the playoffs 4 times, but failing to make it past the divisional round.
O'Brien also made the trade to send away superstar receiverDeAndre Hopkins to Arizona in exchange for David Johnson, who has less than 200 rushing yards on the season.
BOB spoke about his job security earlier Monday ... saying he was not concerned about being on the hot seat.

Derek Carr and several Raiders teammates were just hit with hefty fines for going maskless at Darren Waller's charity event ... with the QB reportedly getting hit to the tune of $15k.
The Raiders tight end hosted a fundraiser in Henderson, LV last week -- which included an auction to help those fighting drug and alcohol addiction.
Several guys like Carr, Nathan Peterman, Jason Witten and more attended to show support ... and the event was a huge success, raising more than $300k!!
Only one issue -- several players and guests were pictured without any sort of face protection, which violates the NFL's strict COVID-19 protocol.
The league handed down the punishments on Monday ... with Waller receiving a $30k fine and his teammates reportedly getting $15k fines.
Carr recently spoke on the event, saying, "We should have kept the masks on, even if we are coming in and they're introducing us."
It's not the first COVID fine for the Raiders -- head coach Jon Gruden was slapped with a $100k punishment after Week 2 for improperly wearing his mask on the sidelines.

CC Sabathialost his mind on Carlos Correa in an epic rant this month ... telling the Houston Astros star to straight-up "shut the f*ck up!"
If you missed it, after Correa and the 'Stros beat the Minnesota Twins to move on into the 2nd-round of the MLB playoffs last week ... Carlos rubbed some salt in Houston haters' wounds.

(IMPORTANT STORY NOTE -- a "walking taco" is essentially a bunch of taco ingredients stuffed inside of a chip bag. Good stuff)
The food G.O.A.T. would have been competing in the annual Pacific Park World Taco Eating Championship on Sunday if it weren't for COVID-19 ... but NOTHING can stop this dude from eating insane amounts of tacos on the food holiday.
So, Jaws took matters into his own hands and made a humongous walking taco in the comfort of his own kitchen ... and the list of ingredients is wild.
-- 2 pounds of chips -- 3 pounds of ground beef -- 2+ pounds of cheese -- 1+ pound of salsa -- 6+ avocados -- onions and sour cream -- Joey's signature green hatch and jalapeno sauce
Now, no meal is too big for Chestnut ... and the guy was even ENJOYING eating the giant concoction while only needing 38 minutes and some change to finish it.
FYI -- Joey guzzled 82 street-style carnitas tacos in 8 minutes to win last year's eating competition in Santa Monica ... but at least he was able to take his time this year.
Scary news ... 90-year-old college football coaching legend Bobby Bowden has tested positive for COVID-19.
Fortunately, the former Florida State head man -- who coached the Seminoles for 34 years and won two national championships -- told the Tallahassee Democraton Monday he's experiencing no symptoms as of now.
Bowden said he had been in the hospital recently because of a skin infection ... and took a coronavirus test while he was there. The results came back positive Saturday.
Bowden, though, says there's no fever, cough or illness yet ... adding, "I don’t feel bad, yet."
In fact, Bobby was in such good spirits after the diagnosis ... he joked, "I guess I can loaf around the rest of the week."
Bowden says his plan to handle the virus is to quarantine at his home and keep a close eye on any potential symptoms.
In the meantime, Bowden says family members that had been staying with him hadn't tested positive for the virus yet ... but will get further testing done Monday.
Bobby earned more than 350 wins in his time as FSU coach ... and was so good, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2006 while he was still an active coach.
Covington -- who's become close with Trump over the past few years -- was invited to the debate in Cleveland on Sept. 29 as a special guest of POTUS.
Now, after Trump and several people close to him have tested positive for coronavirus ... many people were wondering about Colby's health.
Covington responded over the weekend saying he's healthy -- and used the announcement to take a few shots at Trump's critics.
"For the people who constantly slander my name, but are all of a sudden concerned with my health and well being: I’m COVID free," Covington said.
"I’ve been tested 7 times in the past 3 weeks, including prior to and after meeting with the POTUS. I was also tested during fight week, as well as before and after the debate. ALL NEGATIVE."
"Speaking of ALL NEGATIVE," Colby said, "How about all the slime in Hollywood and woke sports wishing harm on a 74 year old grandfather!?! How tolerant! Unfortunately for them and fortunately for America, @realdonaldtrump is a fighter!!! "
