Charlotte Flair Sued By Ex-Husband I'm Not Sterile!!

Published | Updated

3:35 PM PT -- WWE tells TMZ Sports, "We recently received what appears to be a meritless lawsuit and we will vigorously defend ourselves."

When reached Ric Flair had no comment.

WWE superstar Charlotte Flair is being sued by her ex-husband who claims she defamed him in her new book by falsely claiming he shoots blanks.

It's all in new legal docs filed by Riki Paul Johnson and obtained by TMZ Sports ... in which he goes after Charlotte, her father Ric Flair and the WWE, demanding more than $5 MILLION in damages.

Riki's beef is with the book 'Second Nature' -- which Ric and Charlotte wrote together and released in Sept. 2017.

In his suit, Riki claims the Flairs wrote negatively about his relationship with Charlotte -- and falsely stated that he is sterile and incapable of fathering children.

FYI, Riki and Charlotte -- real name Ashley Fliehr -- were married from 2010 to 2011.

Riki says the allegations in the book have humiliated his family -- including his 3 children -- because they're now the subject of ridicule and shame by people who believe the Flairs.

Riki also claims the book contains "multiple false allegations physical and/or psychological abuse" -- which he believes he can prove based on police reports and dash cam footage.

He also claims the Flairs wrongly claimed he was fired from 2 jobs due to illicit drug use.

In his suit, Riki claims he was intentionally painted as a villain in order to make Charlotte seem like a "victim who overcame personal adversity and domestic abuse."

He also claims WWE was involved in the marketing of the book -- so, they should be held liable as well.

We've reached out to the Flairs and WWE for comment -- so far, no official comment.

Meek Mill Wins $50k Trick Shot Bet ... Pay Up 76ers Owner

Published | Updated

Meek Mill can't lose these days ... first he gets his freedom back, then he squashes beef with Drake, and now he's winning a cool $50k by making a crazy over-the-shoulder, half-court hoops trick shot.

Meek was hanging out with his pal, Michael Rubin -- owner of the Philadelphia 76ers and one of MM's strongest allies when he was inside -- when the two men decided to have a little friendly wager.

Friendly, meaning $50k ... according to Meek.

Meek had 25 tries to make an over-the-shoulder, half-court heave ... and with about 9 tries left, he nailed it.

Listen, the NBA season kicks off Tuesday night and, while we think it's dope someone other than those guys are getting paid for basketball, this whole thing reminds of one very sobering fact.

We are SO not rich.

Dana White Says Khabib Ain't Quitting UFC, 'We Worked It Out'
WE'RE ALL GOOD

Dana White tells TMZ Sports ... he and Khabib Nurmagomedov have worked out their issues and "The Eagle" will not be leaving the UFC.

"We're good with Khabib," Dana said ... "He's staying. This will all work out."

Remember, Khabib threatened to leave the organization if White fired his teammate, Zubaira Tukhugov, for his role in the post-fight madness at UFC 229.

THE SNEAK ATTACK

"If you decide to fire him, you should know that you’ll lose me too," Khabib posted on Instagram last week.

So, when we saw Dana out in NYC moments ago, we had to ask if he felt there was a real risk that Khabib would walk.

"We worked it out. We're gonna get everything worked out. Obviously, he was a little upset and a little fired up."

He continued, "Listen, guys get very emotional man and that was a very emotional fight for him. At the end of the day, Khabib is a great guy and we've always had a great relationship with him."

The other question ... does this mean Khabib AND Zubaira will remain on the UFC roster?

"Well, [Khabib's] staying in the UFC," Dana said ... telling us he's not 100% sure about Zubaira's future.

He did assure us that Khabib is happy and "this will all work out."

We also asked Dana about Conor McGregor's future and his desire to fight at AT&T Stadium in Dallas after talking with Jerry Jones -- check out what he said.

CHUBBS IS BACK!!!

Yeah, that massive 15-foot alligator sauntering through a Florida golf course has a name -- because he's become a "regular" ... and miraculously, no one's been eaten yet!

Chubbs was first spotted at the Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Palmetto, FL back in 2016 -- and has become a social media sensation ever since ... mostly because he's a giant, green monster.

But, the gator returned on Saturday -- with stunned golfers crapping their pants as the carnivore strolled through his home course.

Course officials have said Chubbs is almost like a pet -- he does his own thing and doesn't bother anyone.

Just as long as you keep your distance.

As for his name, guessing it's inspired by "Happy Gilmore" -- you remember the guy who lost his hand to a DAMN ALLIGATOR!!!

58-year-old Davis was a STUD back in the day -- a 3-time All-Star with 3 World Series rings on his resume and a lifetime average of .274. Not too shabby!

But, the Cubs sent him packing on Monday after just 1 season with the team -- and Davis says he thinks he knows why.

"I guess I need to make some adjustments in the way I deliver my message to the millennial players now," Davis told the Chicago Sun-Times.

"I need to make those adjustments for the next job I get, if there is one."

Davis didn't call out any of the young players by name -- but says there were "multiple players there I didn't connect with" -- and notes he's learned what to look out for before taking his next job.

"I learned that the next situation I get in, before I say yes to a job, I need to make sure I know the personnel I’ll be dealing with in the clubhouse."

LeSean McCoy Accusers Suing NFL Star ... More Than $13 Mil

Published | Updated

The women who claim they were violently attacked during a home invasion allegedly orchestrated by LeSean McCoy are suing the Buffalo Bills star for more than $13 million, TMZ Sports has learned.

McCoy's ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon, is demanding at least $10 million and her friend, Elizabeth Donald, is asking for at least $3.5 million for damages suffered in the July 10 incident.

Donald claims she was pistol whipped by the masked man who broke into the Georgia home where they were staying and has suffered serious mental anguish and emotional distress as a result.

Of course, Cordon has been very public about her injuries -- showing photos of her bruised face also inflicted by the home invader (photo below).

Both Cordon and Donald believe McCoy masterminded the attack -- and therefore should be liable for any damages they suffered.

For his part, McCoy has adamantly denied any involvement and he has not been named a suspect in the criminal case.

PROPER PARTIERS

Conor McGregor led the victory party for the Dallas Cowboys after the big win on Sunday -- raging with Ezekiel Elliott at a local nightclub ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

The UFC superstar changed out of his fancy blue sports coat and into a tight green party shirt to hit up Citizen in Dallas with his entourage and the Cowboys running back.

In fact, you can see Zeke chatting it up with one of Conor's pals. Sources say other Cowboys players were there as well.

We're told the guys arrived around midnight -- and Conor was walking around the place with a bottle of Proper 12 whiskey in his hand, continuing the endless publicity push for his new booze company.

There was definitely reason to celebrate -- the Cowboys beat up on the Jacksonville Jaguars all game long, racking up a 40-7 victory. Zeke rushed for 106 yards and a TD.

Conor has said he wants his next UFC fight to take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas -- we'll see if Dana White and Jerry Jones can make it happen.

PUNISHMENT FITS THE CRIME

Don't let stupid fans disrespect and dehumanize NFL players by throwing beer on them -- so says ex-NFL star Rashad Jennings, who's praising the Patriots for taking action.

Jennings -- a "Dancing with the Stars" champion -- just learned about the Tyreek Hill incident when we saw him out in L.A. on Monday night ... and he was shocked it went down.

The former NY Giants running back says fans need to show "some type of level of respect" to players -- and not treat them like animals.

So, how does Rashad feel about the 21-year-old suspect being banned for life from Gillette Stadium?

Rashad's all about it -- telling us, "You shoulda stricken down on the protection of a player and not allow degrading them and dehumanizing them."

What about letting players like Tyreek have carte blanch to beat the hell out of a fan who attacks them first?

Rashad laughed -- but says that's a very dangerous game ... 'cause someone would get hurt BAD.

BTW ... if you're wondering what Jennings is up to in his post-football days -- he's still dancing his face off ... even doing a shirtless Paso with DeMarcus Ware on Monday night!!

MOMENT OF IMPACT

7:10 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us the photog has filed a report with the LASD. We're told pedestrians are not allowed to block a vehicle in a space by standing in front of it, and drivers are permitted to creep forward.

It was Escalade vs. photog outside of Craig's last night -- with Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez caught in the middle ... but it seems pretty clear the blame lies squarely with the paparazzi.

The power couple got in their waiting white SUV to leave the fancy L.A. restaurant -- and while the shutterbugs snapped away through the front windshield ... the driver began to pull out slowly.

During the flash frenzy, the driver clipped one of the photogs -- who dropped to the ground. You can hear witnesses yelling. The driver immediately slammed on the brakes to make sure the guy was okay.

Other photogs tried to scold the driver -- but he blamed the incident on them, saying, "See what happens when you flash all the flashes? I can't see where I'm going."

He's right.

Yeah, you're not supposed to hit people -- but it's not like the driver was being reckless ... it was the opposite.

And at a point, if the photogs don't get out of the way and let this dude drive ... well, it's on them.

That said, hope everyone's okay.

Khabib's Manager Conor Doesn't Deserve Rematch ... 'He's a Quitter'

WORLD'S OLDEST PROFESSION

QUITTERS DON'T DESERVE REMATCHES ... so says Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager who says Conor McGregor fought so poorly at UFC 229 that he doesn't deserve another crack at the champ.

"This guy, he quit," Ali Abdelaziz tells TMZ Sports ... "How are we gonna give a guy a rematch? He's a bitch."

Remember, Khabib dominated the fight -- and ultimately forced Conor to tap out from a brutal neck crank in the 4th round where it looked like Khabib was gonna rip CM's head clean off.

But, that doesn't mean a rematch won't happen -- after all, Ali says he's a businessman and would happily allow Conor to get his ass kicked again ... if the price is right.

Or, as Ali puts it -- "[Conor] is a prostitute."

There's more ... Ali also has some strong words for Conor's coach, John Kavanagh -- a guy he's been beefing with for months.

Long story short, Ali says John can talk all the trash he wants ... but he better be prepared to back it up if they ever meet in the streets.

"If I'm inside an arena under regulations, I'm gonna respect the rules. But, outside the arena, there are no rules for me," Ali said.

"But, if you think you're gonna talk crazy and make fun of my religion? Imma catch you outside."
