Larry Nassar Drugged, Raped & Impregnated 17-Year-Old ... Lawsuit Claims
A former Michigan State field hockey player claims Larry Nassar raped her back in 1992 -- and got her pregnant -- but when she tried to go to cops, a high-ranking MSU official shut her down.
The woman behind the suit is Erika Davis -- who was 17 years old when she suffered a knee injury during an MSU team practice and her coach referred her to Nassar.
During an exam, Davis claims Nassar crushed up a pill and made her drink it -- and a short time later she got "very woozy" and could not move her limbs.
Davis claims she passed out -- and woke up to Nassar raping her vaginally and ejaculating into her.
Later in the summer, Davis says a pregnancy test came back positive "and the only person who could have caused her to be pregnant was [Nassar]."
She miscarried a few weeks later, according to the suit.
Davis claims she told friends who recommended she go to the police -- but when she did, a detective told her he was "powerless to investigate ... and to go to the athletic department."
Davis says the athletic department had already dismissed her complaint and the Sergeant told her that MSU athletic director George Perles was a "powerful man" and that "she should just drop it."
Davis says she eventually moved on with her life and repressed the memories -- until 2018 after other victims began speaking out. That's when she decided to resurrect her legal action.
In her suit Davis says, had MSU taken her seriously back then, the school "could have prevented hundreds of young girls and women from being sexually assaulted by Defendant Nassar."

Tiki Barber I Want Saquon To Break My Record ... Here's Why!
Nothing would make Tiki Barber happier than to see Saquon Barkley break his NY rushing record this season ... 'CAUSE IT WOULD MEAN HIS GIANTS WOULDN'T SUCK ANYMORE!!
"If he breaks my records, then that means good things," the NY legend tells TMZ Sports.
Tiki holds a grip of Giants records ... but it's his 1,860-yard, single-season rushing total that many have said could be within reach for Barkley by season's end.
And, if you think Barber is secretly hoping the star rookie falls short of that ... you'd be wrong.
"That means good things for the New York Giants," Tiki says.
Barber's ex-teammate, Amani Toomer, seems to think it's certainly possible the record falls this year ... 'cause the ex-receiver tells us Saquon was undoubtedly the most impressive NFL rookie of Week 1!!

UFC's Aljamain Sterling I Popped My Opponent's Knee!
Wanna hear something gross? Imagine putting your opponent in a KNEEBAR and then hearing it POP!!!!!
That's exactly what happened to UFC star Aljamain Sterling this weekend -- when he was ripping away at Cody Stamann's knee and heard it explode right in the Octagon!
The "Funkmaster" was ripping Stamann's left leg over his head with an excruciatingly painful move, when he pulled just a little too hard and heard the joint go snap, crackle, POP!
"I heard it bro," Sterling tells TMZ Sports ... "It was a nasty one!"
Sterling says he feels bad for Stamann and hopes he heals up soon -- but fears the dude tore his LCL and maybe even more ... judging by the way the injury went down.
Injury aside, Sterling's victory was super impressive and Aljamain says Dana White took notice -- even promising to send him a little bonus check in the mail for putting on a show at UFC 228.
Congrats, man ... you earned it!

Jay Williams Andrew Bynum Looks Good ... But The Game's Changed
Jay Williams says he's seen Andrew Bynum's recent workout video -- and he's impressed -- but tells TMZ Sports it might be too little, too late for the big man's NBA comeback dreams.
FYI -- Bynum's been training like crazy in hopes of getting a tryout with a team in need of a 7-footer ... even though it's been 4 years since he last suited up for a pro team.
Project i had to keep under wraps. 2 time NBA Champion ‼️Andrew Bynum ‼️is back and ready to make his return to the NBA. The Comeback Story @Lakers @SportsCenter @SInow @overtime @BleacherReport @BR_NBA @HouseHighlights 📽@swishcultures pic.twitter.com/8nGpetA7MH

Williams -- who went to the same New Jersey H.S. as Bynum -- says the ex-Laker looks in amazing shape ... but questions whether he'll be able to adjust to today's game with big men like Anthony Davis and Boogie Cousins pulling up from three.
But, Williams doesn't close the door on Bynum's goals, he actually thinks he CAN pull off the comeback ... but he's keeping it real for the 30-year-old.
"Father Time is undefeated and when you got new, young cats coming into the league at 21, 22," Williams says. "Can Andrew make it? Yeah, he can make it. But, will he be that $80-90 million dollar player that he could've been? I don't see that."

Former AG Eric Holder Shades De La Hoya Forget President, Stick to Boxing!
Oscar De La Hoya's political aspirations aren't exactly being met with thunderous applause in D.C. -- where former Attorney General Eric Holder sucked the air out of the boxer's Presidential plans.
Remember, Oscar came on "TMZ Live" on Monday and said he was launching an exploratory team to see if he could get the support he needs to make a serious run for the White House.
SEPTEMBER 2018
Oscar said he's dead serious about running for Prez -- and feels that if Trump could do it, why not him?
Fast-forward to Holder ... who could hardly believe we used the words "De La Hoya" and "President" in the same sentence.
"Oscar De La Hoya? I think he's be a better fighter than he could be a President," Holder said.
It gets better -- watch Holder's reaction when we bring up Donald Trump. He didn't have an official comment -- but his reaction said all you need to know.

Conor McGregor Sued By UFC Fighter Over Bus Attack
It was just a matter of time, but Conor McGregor has finally been sued by a UFC fighter for that April bus attack at Barclay's Center where he threw a steel dolly through a window, injuring several people.
The man behind the first lawsuit is Michael Chiesa -- who was scheduled to fight Anthony Pettis at UFC 223 but was forced to pull out due to the injuries he received in the bus attack.
As we previously reported, Chiesa was on the bus with several fighters and UFC staffers when Conor and his gang of hooligans went berserk. Chiesa suffered cuts to his body and face.
4/5/18
According to the lawsuit filed in state court in New York, Chiesa says he also suffered "severe emotional distress, mental trauma and/or bodily harm."
Chiesa is suing McGregor for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
He's also going after the Barclay's Center for negligence, claiming they failed "to engage in proper security measures to protect the plaintiff and other patrons."
Chiesa doesn't specify how much he's going after in the suit -- but he's clearly looking for a big number because part of the damages he's seeking are the paychecks he lost due to missing that massive UFC event.
Conor was arrested after the incident and charged with felony criminal mischief and 3 counts of misdemeanor assault. However, he later struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he pled guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and the other counts (including the felony) were dropped.
Conor issued a statement thanking the D.A. for "allowing me to move forward."
There were other fighters injured in the attack including Rose Namajunas who has also told the media she was emotionally scarred. She hasn't sued yet, but that's only a matter of time.
Good thing Conor's rich ...

Nicki Minaj Hits NYC with Lewis Hamilton ... 3rd Wheel?
8:57 AM PT -- Okay, maybe another turn. Apparently Winnie Harlow might be dating Wiz Khalifa. So, what we know now ... is who the hell knows who Lewis is actually banging these days.
Maybe none of 'em. Maybe all of 'em. Probably some of 'em.
6:37 AM PT -- Okay, everyone calm down. Turns out, Lewis' rumored girlfriend Winnie Harlow was also there!
Lewis and Winnie have reportedly been dating since 2017 though they've never really confirmed the relationship. But the fact she was there with Lewis and Nicki probably means they're together and Nicki was just tagging along.
Still, Nicki's pinky finger seems to be loitering on Lewis' lap. Just sayin' ...
Is Nicki Minaj feeling the need ... the need for speed?!?!?! (Spoiler: No. See update above).
Seems that way -- because she partied all over NYC on Monday with Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton ... and TMZ has the video.
It all started at NY Fashion Week -- where the rapper and the racer hit the red carpet ... and Lewis had his arm around Minaj.
Hamilton was at the event to debut his new fashion collection with Tommy Hilfiger -- but Nicki's super revealing outfit DEFINITELY stole the show (you have eyes, so you can see why).
Afterward, Nicki and Lewis hit up Carbone restaurant where they dined together for 2 hours -- and traveled together in the same SUV.
So, are they officially a couple? (Again, spoiler: No).
And, neither person is a stranger to dating another celebrity -- Nicki's famously been linked to Meek Mill and Nas. Hamilton's been out with everyone from Kendall Jenner to Rihanna ... and even Nicole Scherzinger.

Frank Gore's Son Gets Major NCAA Offer I'm Better Than My Dad!
The football genes run in the Gore family ... because Frank Gore's son just got his first major NCAA scholarship offer to Kentucky -- and the high school star tells us he's already better than his dad!
Okay, he's joking around ... but Frank Gore Jr. is legit on the field -- a star running back at Killian High School in Miami where he's already making a name for himself as a junior.
"I can return the ball, I can catch the ball, I can run the ball," Gore Jr. tells TMZ Sports.
As for the comparison with his father -- a 5-time Pro Bowler who's been in the NFL since 2005 -- FG2 has his sights set on being the best football player in his family.
"He's one dimensional -- he can run the ball. I'm shifty, I'm faster than him. But he's stronger, that's it. I'm more explosive."
In fact ... Frank Jr. says it's his pops who's helping him the most when it comes to football and his recruiting process!!
"He talks to me about my name, he knows that people are going to try to come at me differently," Gore Jr. says.
"He just tells me keep your head straight up on, and God has a plan."
As for where Gore Jr. will eventually end up -- everyone assumes it'll be the University of Miami like Sr. ... but the younger Gore tells us that's not entirely set in stone.
And, it sounds like Frank Sr.'s okay with that ... for now.

Alexi Lalas Chad Ochocinco is Crazy Enough ... To Be MLS Goalie
Chad Ochocinco wants to be an MLS goalie ... and Alexi Lalas says he already has one major keeper skill mastered ... he's crazy!!
We spoke with Lalas about Ochocinco's 2-year plan to try out for David Beckham's new expansion team in Miami ... and surprisingly, he's not completely shutting down the idea -- he actually thinks 85 could be ready SOONER than 2020.
"The only thing I know about goalkeepers is that they're crazy," Lalas says. "So he'll fit right in!"
"He doesn't need 2 years, he's crazy now! I love him!"
As for Ochocinco seeking the career change at 40 years old ... Lalas seems shocked, but it's clear he's not putting it past the guy to actually follow through with it.
But, if Beckham comes calling for Lalas? You gotta check out his answer.

Willie McGinest Gruden Should Have Called Mack ... 'There's No Egos In This'
NFL legend Willie McGinest is confused by the whole Raiders-Khalil Mack drama ... and is seemingly placing most of the blame for the superstar's departure on Jon Gruden's shoulders.
"If you're a coach coming into a new situation and this is a player that you covet and you really want on your team, there's no egos in this," the ex-Patriot tells TMZ Sports.
"I think you call the player and express your feelings and what you expect and what you need."
Remember ... Mack's whole issue with the Raiders stems from the fact that he and Jon NEVER spoke after Gruden got the head gig.
Willie -- a former stud pass rusher himself -- is perplexed by Gruden and the Raiders' role in the situation ... especially after the new Chicago Bear BEASTED in his first game Sunday.
"I understand there's two sides to the business," McGinest says.
"But, Khalil Mack, in my opinion, is a generational player that can control and impact the game."
For Gruden's part ... he tells ESPN the trade had to go down because, "Obviously, Khalil Mack didn't want to play here."
"Obviously, Khalil Mack didn't want to be here."

Oscar De La Hoya I Might Run for President! ... Seriously!
SEPTEMBER 2018
President Oscar De La Hoya?!?!
Don't scoff -- the boxing legend says he's "very seriously" considering running for the highest office in the land ... and he's already putting together an exploratory team.
"I am actually very, very serious and I strongly feel that if a Kanye West can do it and announce and maybe tease the world that he would maybe one day wanna run for president, why not me?"
Obviously, Oscar has no experience as an elected politician -- but as ODLH pointed out on "TMZ Live," neither did Donald Trump.
So, what convinced Oscar to explore politics?
"I've had literally, over the years, ever since I became a professional in boxing, I've had millions of people tell me, 'Look, why don't you represent? Why don't you stand up and have a bigger voice?' And obviously, the biggest voice you can have is being president."
Oscar says if his exploratory team comes back with good numbers, he'll make it official and begin his campaign.
And, if you're wondering, Oscar says he believes strongly in standing for the national anthem.
But before he goes on the campaign trail, Oscar's got another major event in his life -- he's promoting the big Canelo vs. GGG rematch on Sept. 15th.

University Of Kentucky Students Flip Kid's Car After UK Win ... Kid's Mom Is PISSED
The car that got flipped in that raging Kentucky victory celebration over Florida this weekend DID NOT belong to a UK student ... and now the mother of the kid it belongs to is SUPER FREAKING PISSED OFF!!
Kentucky fans are wild lol pic.twitter.com/QDYuW8bvF4
@ItsPaoloni
Kentucky ended a 31-year drought beating Florida 27-16, prompting a crazy celebration/riot in Lexington where Matt O'Hara -- a 19-year-old who was visiting friends who attend UK -- had his car flipped over.
Matt's mom, Amy, was none too pleased about the car carnage ... and scrambled to make a GoFundMe page to get her kid a new whip ... and to lambaste the rowdy Wildcats responsible.
"When UK won, the students went nuts and started destroying my son's car. They ripped the doors off, shattered every window and then flipped over, totally destroying it."
Amy then asked why "young people think it is okay to destroy other people's property?" She ended her thoughts with the hashtag, #AngryMom.
As of right now, the GoFundMe page has raised roughly $2,300 of it's $5,000 goal ... but the comments section of the page is HILARIOUS ... with multiple UK fans blaming Matt for parking there, and Amy for not having full coverage on her son's car.
College football, how we missed you.

Von Miller Sues Undefeated Boxer I Invested In You So Where's My Money?!
In one corner ... Von Miller, NFL superstar.
In the other corner, Travell "Black Magic" Mazion ... a 13-0 boxer who's a rising star in the sport.
The fight? Von claims he staked Mazion with a $30,000 investment and in exchange, he was supposed to get 20% of all "Black Magic" fight earning.
The problem? Von claims he forked over his initial check in Feb. 2017 -- and hasn't received a dime.
Mazion had a fight in April 2017 -- after Von ponied up his dough -- and expected his cut right away. But, Black Magic went M.I.A. and stopped responding to Von's demands for his cash.
In his suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Miller says he wants Mazion to cough up pay stubs so he knows how much cash he's owed.
Mazion's career seems to be on a serious upswing -- he's being promoted by Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions and his fight in June was aired on ESPN.

Ex-Packers Star Rodgers Better Than Favre & Starr ... If He Wins Another Ring
Ex-NFL DB Nick Collins -- Aaron Rodgers' AND Brett Favre's former teammate in Green Bay -- says with one more ring ... Rodgers will be the best Packer QB to ever live.
"If he wins the Super Bowl this year, you would have to say he's the greatest," the three-time Pro Bowl safety tells TMZ Sports.
It's high praise ... considering both Bart Starr and Favre are already in the Pro Football Hall of Fame -- but that's how high Nick is on Aaron -- especially after his comeback win over the Bears on Sunday.
"To come back out there and just dominate the second half ... on one leg?!" Collins says. "Come on now, you have to put that up there."
By the way, Collins was drafted in the same class as Rodgers -- and has already been inducted into the Packers' Hall of Fame.
Collins compared Rodgers' performance to Michael Jordan's flu game ... saying other than Rodgers' lone Super Bowl win, it was the best night of the quarterback's career.
As for Rodgers' place on the QB rankings OUTSIDE of Green Bay ... Collins says it'll take a whole lot more than just one more Super Bowl to get him to the top of THAT list.

Wiz Khalifa Steelers Need To Pay Le'Veon Bell!!
Wiz Khalifa seems to have the solution for the Pittsburgh Steelers' early season woes ... PAY LE'VEON BELL!!
We got the rapper -- who's a huge Pittsburgh sports fan (remember "Black and Yellow"!?) -- leaving Penthouse when we asked him what's up with the Steelers TYING the sorry Browns??
That's when Wiz told us he ain't worried about that game ... but his squad DOES need to give Le'Veon what he deserves so he can get back on the field.
"We gotta pay him that cash, man," Wiz tells TMZ Sports. "We need to pay the man!"
FYI ... James Conner was a beast in Bell's stead -- scoring two TDs Sunday -- but Wiz is still riding with Lev, telling us the former All-Pro should still be the starter when he gets back.

Jerry Rice 49ers Should Sign Dez Bryant ... 'He Can Help Us!'
Wanna know how to help fix the San Francisco 49ers' passing attack??
Go get Dez Bryant ... at least, that's what Jerry Rice says.
ICYMI ... Jimmy Garoppolo got wrecked by the Vikings on Sunday -- chucking 3 picks and completing less than 50 percent of his passes in a 24-16 loss.
Jerry noted the WRs could have done better -- saying they've "got to get separation in the Red Zone ... I call it winning at the line of scrimmage."
That's when somebody asked the greatest wideout of all-time if the ex-Cowboys superstar could be the solution ... and it seems Jerry's on board.
"I think he can help us with experience and knowledge about the game," Rice said.
FYI ... Dez revealed two teams on Sunday he'd love to play for -- the Patriots and the Redskins.
Maybe it's time to add S.F. to that list too.
