UFC champ Tyron Woodley says the REAL reason Colby Covington is trying to push their fight is because Colby needs time to recover from a medical condition called "sore vagina."

There were rumblings this week that UFC was targeting a Sept. fight date for Woodley vs. Covington -- but Colby said it won't happen until November or December because he needs time to heal up from fight injuries.

Darren Till says he was approached about a Woodley fight too -- but on "The Hollywood Beatdown," Tyron says no one has formally offered him EITHER fight!

Don't get it twisted, Tyron says he'll beat the dog snot out of both guys ... but, "ain't nobody offer me sh*t."

Actress Margot Robbie's no longer skating on ice, she's down in Costa Rica taking in some surf ... and pretty good at it.

The driver who crashed into Indianapolis Colts player Edwin Jackson in Feb. -- killing the linebacker -- has pled guilty in his DUI case ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The case became a HUGE deal when President Trump tweeted that it was "disgraceful" that Jackson was killed by a man who was in the United States illegally.

Now, we've learned the suspect, 37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Zavala, has pled guilty to 2 counts of "DUI that causes the death of another."

He faces up to 16 years in prison when he's sentenced in September.

As we previously reported, 26-year-old Jackson and his Uber driver were hit by a pickup truck while they were standing on the shoulder of a highway in Indiana.

There will be no Terrell Owens-like drama with Darrelle Revis and the Hall of Fame, 'cause Revis will get in first ballot ... so says Tennessee star Adoree Jackson.

We got the Titans corner out at the ESPYs earlier this week ... and Adoree poured on the praise for the ex-Jet who just retired Tuesday.

"Darelle Revis is gangster, man," Jackson tells TMZ Sports. "It speaks for itself. Legendary."

Adoree says the two haven't gotten the chance to talk since he's been in the league ... but D.R.'s got all kinds of time on his hands now that his playing days are over.

As we previously reported, LeBron's son, Bronny -- widely considered the #1 rated 13-year-old hooper -- is seriously considering going to Sierra Cnayon ... but nothing's in stone yet.

But, Kenyon Jr. is hoping he can help steer Bronny in the right direction -- it's a pretty good sales pitch.

Obviously, they won't end up playing together -- Kenyon graduates in 2019 ... and he's already getting offers from top colleges including Georgetown, Memphis, Oklahoma, Oregon State and UCSB.

Marcellus Wiley is all for Jimmy Garoppolo dating porn stars ... and he doesn't care if the QB's marketability takes a hit -- telling TMZ Sports, "I think he's made enough money, he doesn't need every damn endorsement!"

Cal Poly don't play when it comes to hate speech -- the University just REVOKED a scholarship for a star high school wrestler who was caught on camera using a homophobic slur while holding a Donald Trump campaign sign.

The wrestling star is 18-year-old Bronson Harmon -- who scored a medal in the California CIF State finals and earned himself a scholarship to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

But now he's more famous for a 31-second video -- featuring Bronson and his father protesting at a Keep Families Together rally in Modesto on June 30.

Bronson was holding a Trump 2016 sign -- when he walked by immigrant rights protesters ... turned to a camera and yelled, "Fuck you f****t."

Another man -- reportedly Bronson's father -- screams, "Send their asses back."

Bronson allegedly shoved a man into a tree during that same protest.

The video was posted on social media and went viral -- eventually Cal Poly saw the clip and revoked his scholarship.

Bronson told the San Luis Obispo Tribune, "I totally regret it [the slur] ... I got caught up in the heat of the moment."

"I was there to peacefully protest the things that we believe, and people were harassing us, spitting on us and calling us Nazis."

"Sunday Night Baseball" announcer Matt Vasgersian is under fire for mocking a bachelorette party at Wrigley Field on Thursday -- while on the air -- saying he hates seeing them at MLB ballparks.

"Is there anything more obnoxious than the bachelorette party at the ballpark?" Matt said.

"You're sitting behind like the bridal party -- 'Like, oh my god! We're getting married! Ehhhhhh."

Matt's cohost Jessica Mendoza fired back -- telling him he's wrong and that she would probably have her bachelorette party at a baseball field if she could.

Matt joked that it's probably better than having the party in Vegas.

After the game, people went nuts on Twitter -- some people called him sexist. One person took it a little too far.

Less than 2 months after taking a softball to the FACE -- and undergoing surgery -- Clay Matthews is back in front of the camera ... looking as beautiful as ever!

Remember, the NFL star caught a comebacker to the grill while playing in a charity game on June 2. He ran off the field while dripping blood and had surgery right after the incident.

But on Thursday, the 32-year-old Green Bay Packers linebacker surfaced in California to shoot a commercial for Walmart without any noticeable scarring.

As for the softball injury, Clay was pitching to offensive lineman Lucas Patrick -- who connected a little TOO well.

After the incident, Clay tweeted ... "Thank you for all the concern and well-wishes. I busted my nose pretty good and will have surgery once the swelling subsides. Thankful as it could have been much more serious."

Mikey Garcia -- the king at 140 -- says he's willing to go up in weight for a shot at a superfight with Errol Spence ... and he wants it bad!

The reigning WBC light welterweight champ tells TMZ Sports he's already trying to set up fights AFTER his brawl with Robert Easter on July 28 ... and he's got his sights set on Spence.

"I'd really like an opportunity to fight Errol Spence," Garcia said ... "Let's get together after this fight. Maybe we can work something out."

Garcia -- who's fighting at 135 next weekend -- says he'd even go up to 147 to fight Spence.

If Garcia beats Spence at 147 ... he'd have belts in 4 weight classes at the SAME TIME.

The good news for War Machine is that he found love and he's now engaged to 30-year-old Ashley Farrington ... bad news is there's no conjugal visits in the state where he's locked up. Congrats?

Family sources close to Ashley tell TMZ ... War Marchine -- who is serving a life sentence with a possibility of parole when he's 71 -- first got acquainted with Ashley when she started writing to him as his pen pal last summer. Don't slam the door on a possible Cormier vs. Miocic rematch -- with D.C. telling TMZ Sports he's open to the idea ... AFTER he fights Brock Lesnar.

Remember, after Daniel Cormier defeated Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 earlier this month ... Lesnar stormed the cage and hyped a Cormier vs. Lesnar superfight.

Miocic -- the former heavyweight champion of the world -- is furious claiming he's EARNED a rematch with Cormier before Lesnar gets a shot ... considering Brock hasn't even fought since 2016.

So, when we saw Cormier at the ESPYs on Wednesday ... we asked how he felt about Stipe's gripe.

Of course, the clock is ticking considering Cormier is 39 years old and wants to retire at age 40. His birthday is in March.

Jimmy Garoppolo has nothing to fear about losing endorsements or pissing off his bosses just because he's dating a porn star ... so says none other than NBA team owner and "Shark Tank" star Mark Cuban.

Mark says he's had players on the Dallas Mavericks who have dated porn stars in the past, and it's never been an issue -- with one caveat. If they try to hide it, they're screwed.

Cuban thinks Jimmy actually did himself a big favor because he's coming off as authentic ... and, in the world of advertising, there's nothing more important than being real.
