Another turn in the LeSean McCoy home invasion saga ... with the NFL star being cryptically warned by the alleged victim's friend -- "You know I know everything."

The woman behind the thinly veiled threat goes by "Mia" -- she's the person who first published the bloody photos of Delicia Cordon on social media and blamed McCoy for the attack.

Initially, Mia spelled out her case against LeSean -- calling him a "devil" -- and accusing him of using steroids, attacking his own child, his dog and Delicia.

McCoy put out a statement adamantly denying Mia's allegations -- and a short time later, she deleted her post.

But Mia wants everyone to know she's NOT backing down -- and only pulled her post on the advice of Delicia's attorney.

She has now published a NEW post calling LeSean "Shady" McCoy a liar.

"For the record Delicia's lawyer forced me to remove that post. I stand by what I said," Mia wrote.

"I've personally addressed @leseanmccoy on everything that was stated many many times over the years. Lie to these people if you want Shady, but you know I know everything."

Ex-Seattle Seahawks star Brandon Browner has been charged with attempted murder for trying to kill his ex-girlfriend ... officials say.

Browner has been hit with 1 count each of attempted murder, first-degree residential robbery, first-degree burglary, person present, and false imprisonment. He also faces two misdemeanor counts of cruelty to a child.

Officials say Browner broke into his former GF's apartment in La Verne, CA on July 8 and allegedly chased the victim, dragged her and then smothered her in a carpet.

Her two children were present when the alleged abuse occurred.

Browner is accused of stealing the victim's Rolex watch. He fled the residence but was later arrested.

Bail has been set at $10 million. If convicted as charged, Browner faces a possible maximum life sentence in state prison.

Browner is a former Pro Bowl cornerback who was part of the original Legion of Boom defense. He won one Super Bowl with the Seahawks and one with the Patriots.

Ex-UCLA star and renowned basketball trainer Billy Knight was found dead in Phoenix on Sunday after posting an apparent video suicide note ... cops confirm to TMZ Sports.

The 39-year-old posted a YouTube video early Sunday morning saying it was "probably my last message on Earth" ... and noting, "My time is up."

In the video, an emotional Knight talks about depression and apologizes to friends and family. He also advises people suffering from mental illness to seek help, so they don't end up like him.

Shortly after the video was posted, the Phoenix P.D. says officers found Knight's body in a roadway in downtown Phoenix.

Officers say, "No evidence of foul play was detected," but the body has been sent to the Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.

Knight broke out at UCLA in 2001 -- when he started all 33 games and averaged 14 points on 46 percent shooting from the floor.

After going undrafted in 2002, he played in the NBA's D-league for a bit before heading overseas.

The news of Knight's death has rocked the basketball community ... with ex-NBA star Matt Barnes saying, "Rest Easy My Brotha! Your summer time beach workouts had me in the best shape of my life to start every season!"

The Milton Police Dept. says the violent incident at LeSean McCoy's Georgia home early Monday morning was NOT random ... they believe it was "specifically targeted."

"The preliminary investigation indicates that this residence was specifically targeted by the suspect or suspects, and not a random incident," the Milton PD tells TMZ Sports.

"When officers arrived they found one victim who had been physically assaulted by a lone intruder."

"During the altercation, the suspect demanded specific items from the victim."

"An adult female victim was treated and released at North Fulton Regional Hospital. A second adult female victim also sustained a minor injury during the incident."

"Milton detectives are continuing their investigation."

Cops have NOT identified any suspects -- or insinuated LeSean is involved in any way. No arrests have been made either.

Cops did not name the alleged victims -- but one woman has already been identified on social media through friends and family members as Delicia Cordon, McCoy's ex-girlfriend.

Cordon's friends and family have made it clear they believe McCoy is responsible for the attack.

For his part, McCoy has denied any involvement -- calling allegations "baseless and offensive."

Emergency personnel were dispatched to LeSean McCoy's Georgia house early Monday morning for a "home invasion" -- and the operator says the female victim was hit in the head.

In the audio, obtained by TMZ Sports, the operator sends police and medical personnel to the home around 3:23 AM ET ... saying, "It's gonna be in reference to a female who was assaulted, hit in the head and locked in the bathroom."

"We do have [police] in route in reference to a home invasion where a phone was taken."

As we previously reported, the alleged victim is LeSean's ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon. Her friends and family members have gone to social media and accused McCoy of carrying out the attack.

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy says allegations he beat up his ex-GF are "totally baseless and offensive" -- saying he has not spoken to the alleged victim in months.

And TMZ Sports has learned McCoy recently SUED the woman in an effort to kick her out of the home that he owns.

Photos surfaced early Monday morning showing a bloody Delicia Cordon in what appears to be a hospital bed.

De's friend posted on Instagram pointing the finger squarely at McCoy saying, "THE DEVIL!!! YOU ARE AN ANIMAL!!"

She also claimed he's been using illegal drugs, steroids and viciously beat up his son and their dog.

Now, McCoy has responded on social media -- saying, "For the record, the totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on social media are completely false."

"Further more, I have not had any direct contact with any of the people involved in months."

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... EMTs responded to a home on Delicia's street early Monday morning. There are only 3 houses on her block. They would not reveal details about the situation.

We've learned LeSean and Delicia have had a contentious relationship for a while -- according to docs obtained by TMZ Sports, McCoy went to court in June seeking to get a judge's order forcing to her to move out of a home he owns in Alpharetta, Georgia.

RG3 doesn't seem too worried about fighting for a job against Joe Flacco and Lamar Jackson -- telling TMZ Sports he's got no fear when it comes to the Baltimore Ravens' upcoming QB competition.

Let's keep it 100 ... there's a good chance Robert Griffin III will be cut before the season begins -- but, when we saw the 28-year-old in L.A., he seemed ready for the challenge.

We also asked Robert if he feels he's returned to his 2012 form (when he dominated the league) -- but RG3 explained, "At this point in my career, I don't want to talk about [2012] anymore."

THEY'RE ALL OUT!!!

The Thai Navy SEALs have safely rescued all 12 boys and their soccer coach from a flooded cave in Northern Thailand where they've been trapped since June 23.

Thai officials made the announcement Tuesday -- confirming the final group of 4 boys and the coach were freed on day 3 of the rescue mission.

However, officials say at least 3 Navy SEAL divers and a doctor are still inside the cave. Officials are asking people to "send your support to them."

All of the boys who have been rescued -- members of a youth soccer team age 11 to 16 -- will be hospitalized for at least a week, according to officials ... but, right now, they're in good spirits.

A few of the boys have already been reunited with their families -- and friends of the players are excited to shower the kids in gifts and food.

Two of the boys are being treated for potential lung infections -- but they're expected to make a full recovery.

One Navy SEAL -- Sgt. Major Saman Gunan -- died during the rescue operation last week while trying to forge the escape path for the boys.

Hours after officially signing his L.A. Lakers contract, LeBron James and his wife celebrated in Malibu ... with his OLD Cleveland Cavs teammate Tristan Thompson (and Khloe Kardashian!).

The foursome -- along with a ton of security and others -- hit up Nobu in Malibu ... one of the most expensive sushi joints in town.

Not like price matters (LeBron just signed a $154 million contract, Tristan is in an $82 mil contract and Khloe is rich as hell too).

So, why is Bron out with the old teammate instead of bonding with his new Lakers squad? Could be because the Lake Show is in Vegas at the moment competing in the NBA Summer League.

The newly inducted UFC Hall of Famer was at LAX on Monday where we asked if DC's victory over Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 cements him as the best to ever step in the Octagon.

"I think right now, yeah," Ronda said ... emphasizing the words "right now."

"He's the best in the game right now."

Don't get it twisted -- there was no disrespect ... in fact, Ronda praised Cormier for all of his accomplishments. She considers him a friend. Nothing but love.

Ronda's also friends with Brock Lesnar -- and says she's NOT looking forward to the Cormier vs. Lesnar superfight, because it'll tear her up inside!

LeBron James isn't going anywhere but L.A. now -- the King has officially signed his contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Klutch Sports -- which reps LeBron -- tweeted a photo of the NBA superstar grinning widely alongside Lakers GM Rob Pelinka, and a stack of papers in front of them.

The sports agency added a caption, which read ... "Officially signed with the @Lakers @KingJames." In a press release, Lakers President of Basketball Operations Magic Johnson is quoted as saying, "LeBron is special. He is the best player in the world ... The Lakers players are excited to have a teammate who has been to nine NBA Finals. It’s a huge step closer to returning the Lakers to the playoffs and to the NBA Finals."

As we reported ... LeBron's new deal is worth $154 mil over 4 years. Magic is said to have engaged in immediate talks with LeBron the moment he landed in L.A. last Saturday, and was integral in landing the big fish for the Lakers organization.
