Paige VanZant tells TMZ Sports ... the boob job rumors are true -- and it's really no big deal.

The UFC star's chest has been the topic of some Internet debate recently ... even Michael Bisping weighed in on the issue on a podcast.

Now, Paige wants to set the record straight once and for all ... telling us, "Yep, I did get a boob job."

She continued, "I'm a girl and always wanted my own boobs. They never came so I bought them."

So, how will the new additions affect her day job? They really shouldn't ...

However, there was a fighter, Pearl Gonzalez, who was temporarily stopped from competing in New York in 2017 because of breast implants ... but the NY State Athletic Commission later cleared her to fight.

Ex-MLB star Lenny Dykstra was arrested early Wednesday morning in New Jersey after allegedly pulling a gun on an Uber driver and threatening to kill him.

Oh, and cops say he also had cocaine and ecstasy on him at the time of the arrest.

Officials say the 55-year-old was busted outside Linden, NJ police headquarters after a terrified Uber driver told authorities Dykstra pulled a gun, put it to his head, and threatened to kill him.

So, what set Dykstra off?

The driver claims Lenny had asked to change destinations during the ride -- but the driver refused ... and Lenny flipped out.

Cops say the Uber driver furiously began honking the horn in the hopes of signaling police -- and then finally ran from the car and alerted police.

When cops got to Dykstra, they did NOT find a gun ... however, they did find cocaine, marijuana, and MDMA (ecstasy).

Dykstra was arrested for making terroristic threats, and numerous drug possession offenses.

He was taken to Union County Jail ... where he was later released.

Dykstra hit up Twitter this afternoon to address the arrest ... quoting Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" ... "But I keep cruising, can't stop, won't stop moving, It's like I got this music in my mind, sayin' gonna be alright."

When it comes to the drama between Aaron Rodgers and his family, Olivia Munn says ... "I don't think either side of the road is clean."

Aaron's ex-girlfriend -- who RARELY speaks about the Packers QB -- opened up Wednesday on "Andy Cohen Live" ... and addressed the rumors that SHE was the cause of the rift between Aaron and his parents and brothers.

Remember, there was that famous scene on "The Bachelorette" (starring Aaron's brother, Jordan) when the family had an empty chair at the dinner table to symbolize Aaron's absence.

Munn says the truth is ... Aaron had stopped talking to his family about 8 months before they started dating in 2014 and she was the one who tried to convince him to reconcile!

"On my last day when I was filming 'The Newsroom,' I spent the day in my trailer just encouraging him to, like, have an honest conversation with your parents."

Munn suggested there were jealously issues with Aaron's father and brothers -- who each had dreams of sports success -- and it created a complicated family dynamic.

"I don't think either side of the road is clean," Munn said ... "But, I do think it’s NOT okay when you try to stand on someone’s shoulders and then throw dirt in their face, which is what I think they did with him."

Munn and Rodgers called it quits about a year ago and Olivia says they no longer keep in touch.

Rodgers is now dating Danica Patrick.

The man who was attacked by Richie Incognito tells TMZ Sports he isn't mad at the NFL star -- he just wants the guy to get help.

We spoke with Mark ... who tells us he was working out in a turf area in the outside area of his gym in Florida when Richie came out and started acting in a bizarre and erratic way.

Mark says Incognito was rapidly switching between exercises with no real plan and then "went to the boxing mannequin and tore it off its pedestal."

Richie then started cutting off Mark while he was jogging in the area ... and when Mark called him out, Richie pegged him with a tennis ball.

Mark says Richie grabbed a sled and "tried to run me over" and then grabbed a dumbbell and launched it at him.

That's when Mark called 911 -- and Richie accused him of working for the government.

Cops arrived and put Incognito in handcuffs before placing him on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

Mike Pence is declaring victory over the NFL's new policy requiring players on the field to stand for the national anthem ... tweeting out, "#Winning."

Funny ... Pence tweeted out an article on the new policy from -- of all places -- CNN, which his boss has repeatedly trashed as "fake news."

Also, Donald Trump retweeted Pence.

But, this news is very real ... the NFL owners and commish have announced a new policy that says players don't HAVE to come out on the field for the anthem, but if they do ... they must stand.

A team can be fined by the league if players do not follow the new rule.

Players who don't want to stand are allowed to stay in the locker room for the anthem.

The policy is already being ripped apart from critics who see the rule as a violation of players' rights.

10:10 AM PT -- Law enforcement tells us Incognito was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold to be evaluated. It's essentially the equivalent of a 5150 in California. It's technically not an arrest -- but a forced mental evaluation.

It's not the first time Incognito has been placed on an involuntary psych hold -- the same thing happened a few years ago in the wake of the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal.

Richie Incognito was involved in an altercation with another man at an upscale Florida gym -- with the alleged victim claiming Incognito threw a dumbbell at him ... and cops were called.

Multiple sources tell TMZ Sports .. the 4-time Pro Bowl lineman was working out early Wednesday morning when he got into it with another guy who was working out.

We spoke with the alleged victim who tells us Incognito first threw a tennis ball at him for no reason -- before grabbing a dumbbell and heaving that as well.

The alleged victim says Incognito was rambling about the government and screaming at the man to "get off my f*cking playground."

Law enforcement confirms cops were called to the gym and met with Incognito.

Multiple gym sources say Incognito was taken away by police -- but cops won't say if he was formally arrested.

We've attempted to contact Incognito for comment -- but so far, no luck.

The 34-year-old has had a turbulent year -- back in February, his old Miami Dolphins teammate, Jonathan Martin, was arrested after posting a gun threat directed at Incognito and others.

Incognito then suddenly announced his retirement from the NFL while still under contract with the Buffalo Bills. Just this week, the Bills essentially granted him his release so Incognito could resume his NFL career with another team.

"Get Out" star Lil Rel Howery is a Boston Celtics fan ... but he says there's a silver lining to the team losing a couple games, and he's telling TMZ Sports his glass-half-empty theory.

If you're asking why Lil Rel is a Celtics fan in the first place, he says it's because he developed a kinship with Kyrie Irving while the two men were shooting Irving's upcoming "Uncle Drew" movie.

Rel says it's that friendship that makes it kinda okay ... hell, he almost even likes it ... that the C's seem to be struggling to beat LeBron with no go-to NBA superstar.

"I've been watching all these stories about how the team is better without Kyrie and all this dumb sh*t and I was like, ah, no, this is superstar time."

"So, I'm just saying like, Kyrie, that's his team, man. So, don't ever question that sh*t again. It's his f*cking team. He's a superstar. They need to win with him."

It may not have been an "official" pre-release party ... but Richie Incognito was definitely celebrating at a Florida bar hours before the Buffalo Bills released him -- and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The offensive lineman hit up SALT7 in Delray Beach, Florida on Sunday where he was in a GREAT mood -- super friendly with patrons and even buying shots of tequila for people he just met.

So, why was the 4-time Pro Bowl lineman in such a good mood?

It might have something to do with the Buffalo Bills releasing him from the reserve/retired list the very next day ... essentially allowing 34-year-old Incognito to continue his career with another team.

Incognito has been mum on social media since the move ... but based on the video, he's in a happy place.

Pete Wentz is a big Fortnite gamer -- he loves it -- but he knows he's got NO CHANCE in hell of winning a single dollar from the upcoming $100 MILLION prize pool.

Instead, Wentz says the only real gamers who could get rich from Fortnite are players like Ninja ... a Fortnite god who chews up and spits out casual gamers like Drake for breakfast.

"I feel like I would have better luck doing ANYTHING than making money off Fortnite," the Fall Out Boy bassist told us in Studio City.

The company behind Fortnite -- Epic Games -- announced the 9-figure prize pool for the 2018 season earlier this week and gamers have been scrambling to put together elite squads to go after the money.

But, Wentz has a point ... players like Ninja, TSM Myth and FaZe Tfue will murder you and all of your avatars when real money is on the line.

The MLB legend took some time away from his atrocious baseball team to hang with his wife, Hannah Jeter, and their baby, Bella Raine, in New York City.

Props to Jeter for stepping away from his job as the CEO of the Marlins for a little while to squeeze in some quality family time ... but ya gotta wonder when he's gonna start freaking out about how bad his team is playing.

The Marlins are 11.5 games out of 1st place in the NL East with no hope in sight (Fun Fact: the Marlins have scored the least amount of runs in all of MLB baseball).

Lakers rookie star Kyle Kuzma says he's honored NBA coaches voted him to the NBA All-Rookie 1st Team ... but tells us he wasn't surprised.

"I thought I was gonna get it all year, really," Kuzma told TMZ Sports at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.

"It's definitely a good honor."

The twist ... his teammate, Lonzo Ball (the 2nd pick in the draft), only made the All-Rookie 2nd Team -- so, we had to ask Kyle if that would have an impact on their friendship.

"Not at all," Kuzma says ... "That's my brother."

He may not have a job, but stud NFL receiver Brandon Marshall says his unemployment won't last long ... essentially telling TMZ Sports he'll be on an NFL roster by next week.

We spotted the 34-year-old leaving the Paley Center in NYC Tuesday night -- where we started talking about all things football ... including the drama with the Patriots and Tom Brady.

But, the most interesting part ... when Marshall smirked and told us about his career plans -- "I'm just trying to enjoy my last week of being unemployed."

Marshall was released by the NY Giants back in April after an ankle injury ruined most of his season.

We brought up rumors about the 49ers being interested in him ... and he didn't exactly shut that down, even praising Jimmy Garoppolo!

Then again, he also likes Seattle, Green Bay and the New York Giants!

Good news Mets fans ... you don't completely suck this year -- so says Carlos Beltran, who says his former squad has a real shot to make a run this season.

Of course, the Mets were absolute trash last year -- racking up a pitiful 70-92 record ... 27 games behind first place in their division.

So, when we saw Beltran -- a 9-time All Star -- leaving Capitale in NYC, we asked if there's any real hope for success in MetLand.

"I think that the Mets are going to be okay," Beltran tells TMZ Sports ... "I think that the season is early, I think that they have a lot of talent so there's no doubt that they have the talent to bounce back."

"The pitching staff looks great, the most important thing right there is to try to keep this guy healthy, and I think they have a good manager who was able to manage the starting pitcher in Cleveland and I think he's going to do a pretty good job for them."

Soccer legend Brandi Chastain's Hall of Fame plaque left a lot to be desired, but luckily ... Arby's came to the rescue!

The fast food sandwich chain went out and found a sauce artist that did a much, much better job capturing the former Team USA star's likeness, saying ... "it’s not made of gold, but we think you look much better in Arby’s Sauce."

We strongly agree.

As we reported ... Chastain was honored with a plaque at the San Francisco Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame induction Monday, but it was pretty horribly done -- people said it looked more like Babe Ruth or Mickey Rooney than her.

UFC star Luke Rockhold banged his shin -- and accidentally opened a gash on his leg that needed so many stitches, the guy lost count.

We spoke with Rockhold, who says his shin was surgically repaired after his fight with Yoel Romero back in February ... but the wound reopened while he was training this past weekend.

So, Luke went back to the doctor who needed to sew his shin shut -- and the whole thing was insanely graphic ... we're talking lots of blood and gore.

There's bad news and good news ...

The bad news ... Luke says he can't fight again until at least October, so the fight he was targeting with Alexander Gustafsson is off for now.

Baker Mayfield's girlfriend is following Khloe Kardashian's lead ... picking up and moving out of Los Angeles to follow her superstar boyfriend to Cleveland.

Emily Wilkinson has only been dating the Cleveland Browns QB for a couple of months -- but clearly, she feels the relationship is serious enough to move with him for his new job.

But that means, she's quitting her own job -- as a patient coordinator at a fancy plastic surgery center in Beverly Hills.

"I'm excited to say I'm only leaving Galanis Plastic Surgery because I'll be starting a new adventure with this guy in Cleveland," Emily said.

She called the move "bittersweet" and said the surgery center has been her "favorite job ever."

No word if she'll look for a new job in surgery in Cleveland -- or just be Baker's #1 cheerleader.
