Richie Incognito Claimed to Be NSA Agent ... Cops Say
Richie Incognito was suffering an "altered, paranoid state" when confronted by police at a Florida gym ... "and believed ordinary citizens were government officials that were tracking him."
That's just one part of the disturbing police report describing the bizarre events at Lifetime Fitness in Boca Raton, Florida on May 23.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... cops were called to the gym when another patron said the NFL lineman snapped and attacked him with a dumbbell.
When cops arrived, they asked Incognito what was going on and his answer was troubling.
"There's a guy walking around with headphones on," Incognito said ... "I'm running NSA class level 3 documents through my phone. I can't have anybody in blue tooth capability of me or taking pictures of me."
The officer says he asked Incognito why the government was trying to watch him and Richie told the cop he didn't have high enough clearance.
When pressed by officers, Incognito told a nearby woman to call the FBI.
Cops ultimately decided to detain Incognito for an involuntary psychiatric hold -- but, due to his large frame, they decided to cuff him in two sets of handcuffs linked together.
5/23/18
He was transported to a nearby mental health facility for evaluation.
As we previously reported, several people close to Richie are concerned for his well-being -- including the gym attack victim -- and they all want him to get the help he needs.

Donald Trump Pardons Boxer Jack Johnson ... Thanks to Stallone!
Donald Trump announced he was posthumously pardoning the first black heavyweight champion Jack Johnson on Thursday ... and it seems a lot of credit goes to Sylvester Stallone!!
Johnson was convicted more than 100 years ago of violating the Mann Act by transporting a white woman across state lines.
The conviction, largely seen as racist and an abuse of the legal system, has been urged by many in the boxing community to be pardoned for years.
But, per POTUS, it was Rocky himself who swayed him to make the full pardon, tweeting back in April:
"Sylvester Stallone called me with the story of heavyweight boxing champion Jack Johnson. His trials and tribulations were great, his life complex and controversial. Others have looked at this over the years, most thought it would be done, but yes, I am considering a Full Pardon!"
On Thursday, Trump made that happen.
And just a few minutes ago, Sly and boxing studs Lennox Lewis and Deontay Wilder celebrated the move with a punchy photo op in Washington D.C.

Alex Rodriguez Topless, Sweaty Bootcamp ... with J Lo
The couple that does sweaty yoga together, stays together??
Seems to be the case with Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez ... who hit up a group Hot Pilates workout class at TruFusion in the Miami area -- and put in that work!
J-Rod seemed to enjoy it ... doing breath exercises, chopping moves, dancing and posing for selfies with everyone in the class.
They also threw fake money to promote J Lo's new song, "Dinero," with Cardi B and DJ Khaled.
The people in the class loved it -- and gave the couple an ovation after the workout. J Lo rewarded the group with a little dance number.
Good times.

Donald Trump Players Who Don't Stand Don't Belong In America!
Donald Trump fully supports the new NFL policy on the national anthem -- he says players who don't stand should maybe "not be in the country."
The President spoke with "FOX & Friends" co-host Brian Kilmeade -- saying, "You have to stand proudly for the national anthem or you shouldn't be playing. You shouldn't be there."
He added. "Maybe you shouldn't be in the country."
There's one part of the new policy Trump didn't like -- the option players have to stay in the locker room.
"I don't think people should be staying in locker rooms. But still I think it's good."
Of course, Trump has been railing for a while against players who demonstrate during the anthem -- and wanted NFL owners to fire Colin Kaepernick for starting the movement.
By the way, Donald Trump has bragged how much he opposed the Vietnam War -- the method of protest back then was burning the flag.

Common NFL Anthem Policy Is Un-American
Common says the new NFL anthem policy is robbing players of their freedom of speech -- and that's not what this country is supposed to be about.
"I just think ... telling people what they should do during a ceremony is not really what the country is based on," Common told us while out in Bev Hills.
"Freedom of speech, freedom to be who you are ... This country is supposed to be about us being independent and being able to be who we are. Especially in a ceremony where people aren't trying to disrespect anything."
Common says Colin Kaepernick's intent with his demonstration wasn't to disrespect the flag or the military -- but rather put a spotlight on racial injustice, specifically the wave of black people being killed by police.
But at the end of the day, Common says the NFL is a business and the kneeling was hurting the bottom line ... so the NFL made a business move.

NFL's Reuben Foster Dom. Violence Case Dropped ... After GF Denies Attack
A judge has officially dropped the felony domestic violence case against 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster after his ex-girlfriend told the court she lied about a violent attack back in February.
Foster was arrested on Feb. 11 after officials say he punched the woman in the face 8 to 10 times causing serious injuries including a ruptured eardrum.
But, the woman completely changed her story when she testified in court last month ... claiming she made the whole thing up because he was going to dump her and she was pissed.
"I wanted him to go down," she told the court.
Foster appeared in a Santa Clara County courtroom on Wednesday when the judge announced the domestic violence case would be dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Foster was also facing a felony gun charge for possession of an assault weapon -- since officials say they found a SIG Sauer 516 with a high-capacity magazine during the search of Foster's home -- but that charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.
While Foster appears to be good to return to the football field ... he still has another court date to worry about stemming from his January weed arrest in Alabama. He'll be back in court for that on June 20.

The Milwaukee Bucks are blasting the Milwaukee Police Dept. over the "shameful and inexcusable" way cops abused Sterling Brown ... and they're demanding accountability.
"The abuse and intimidation that Sterling experienced at the hands of Milwaukee Police was shameful and inexcusable."
"Sterling has our full support as he shares his story and takes action to provide accountability."
The team continued ... "Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated case. It shouldn’t require an incident involving a professional athlete to draw attention to the fact that vulnerable people in our communities have experienced similar, and even worse, treatment."
"Racial biases and abuses of power must not be ignored. There needs to be more accountability."
The statement concluded ... "As an organization, we will support Sterling and build on our work with local leaders and organizations to foster safe neighborhoods and better our community."

NY Jets CEO Screw The NFL's Anthem Rule ... I'll Pay The Fines!!
NY Jets chairman and CEO Christopher Johnson says to hell with the NFL's new policy on restricting anthem protests ... and vows to pay the fines HIMSELF if his players kneel!
"If somebody [on the Jets] takes a knee, that fine will be borne by the organization, by me, not the players," Christopher told Newsday.
"There will be no club fines or suspensions or any sort of repercussions. If the team gets fined, that's just something I'll have to bear."
FYI, Christopher is the brother of team owner Woody Johnson -- who is currently serving as the U.S. ambassador to the United Kingdom, after being nominated by President Trump.
Johnson added that while he prefers his players stand, he says it's not his nor the league's place "to put restrictions on the speech of our players."
The policy was shredded by critics almost immediately after it was announced ... but it appears Johnson and the Jets have found a workaround.

Malcolm Jenkins Rips NFL Anthem Policy 'Won't Let It Silence Me'
Malcolm Jenkins says he will not let the NFL's new national anthem policy "silence me or stop me from fighting" ... saying the owners are "[thwarting] the players' constitutional rights."
The Philadelphia Eagles star never took a knee during the anthem -- but did raise his fist -- and has been very outspoken about players like Colin Kaepernick having the right to protest if they so choose.
So, when the NFL announced the new anthem policy on Wednesday -- requiring players on the field to stand -- Jenkins sounded off.
"What NFL owners did today was thwart the players' constitutional rights to express themselves and use our platform to draw attention to social injustices like racial inequality in our country," Jenkins says.
"Everyone loses when voices get stifled."
"While I disagree with this decision, I will not let it silence me or stop me from fighting."
"The national conversation around race in America that NFL players forced over the past 2 years will persist as we continue to use our voices, our time and our money to create a more fair and just criminal justice system, end police brutality and foster better educational and economic opportunities for communities of color and those struggling in this country."
"For me, this has never been about taking a knee, raising a fist or anyone's patriotism but doing what we can to effect real change for real people. #thefightcontinues."

Olivia Munn On Aaron Rodgers' Family Drama 'Neither Side Is Clean'
When it comes to the drama between Aaron Rodgers and his family, Olivia Munn says ... "I don't think either side of the road is clean."
Aaron's ex-girlfriend -- who RARELY speaks about the Packers QB -- opened up Wednesday on "Andy Cohen Live" ... and addressed the rumors that SHE was the cause of the rift between Aaron and his parents and brothers.
Remember, there was that famous scene on "The Bachelorette" (starring Aaron's brother, Jordan) when the family had an empty chair at the dinner table to symbolize Aaron's absence.
Munn says the truth is ... Aaron had stopped talking to his family about 8 months before they started dating in 2014 and she was the one who tried to convince him to reconcile!
"On my last day when I was filming 'The Newsroom,' I spent the day in my trailer just encouraging him to, like, have an honest conversation with your parents."
Munn suggested there were jealously issues with Aaron's father and brothers -- who each had dreams of sports success -- and it created a complicated family dynamic.
"I don't think either side of the road is clean," Munn said ... "But, I do think it’s NOT okay when you try to stand on someone’s shoulders and then throw dirt in their face, which is what I think they did with him."
Munn and Rodgers called it quits about a year ago and Olivia says they no longer keep in touch.
Rodgers is now dating Danica Patrick.
