Cowboys' Bo Scarbrough To Ezekiel Elliott: Take Me Under Your Wing, Bro!
Dallas Cowboys rookie RB Bo Scarbrough has a message for Ezekiel Elliott -- HELP ME HELP YOU!!
The ex-Bama star was a 7th round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft -- and knows he ain't taking Zeke's starting job.
Instead, he wants to be the best #2 back in the league -- and hopes Zeke's down to help him get that spot.
"Man, I just hope Zeke ... help your boy out," Scarbrough told TMZ Sports.
"We coming in, work together. We trying to win, we trying to be the best duo that ever came through in NFL history."
Scarbrough has all the tools to be a stud in the league -- he's 6'1", 228 lbs and ran a blazing 4.52 in the 40-yard dash at the combine, the 6th fastest time for a running back.
And get this ... Scarbrough spotted Terrell Owens at LAX, and it turns out they already know each other because Bo was just working out with T.O. and Julio Jones just a few days ago!
In fact, Owens even dished out some advice for Scarbrough on how to make it in the NFL.
That's Hall of Fame advice, Bo ... better listen up!

Master P LiAngelo Ball Can Still Make NBA ... Despite Combine Diss
LiAngelo Ball doesn't need to hustle up a day job just yet, 'cause even though he wasn't invited to the draft combine, Master P says LiAngelo's NBA dream is alive and well.
'Gelo declared for the draft some time ago ... and most people thought it'd be an uphill journey for him to be drafted being that he didn't play college ball, and the Lithuanian pro experiment was short-lived.
We got P at LAX and asked him if this setback means 'Gelo won't make his hoops dreams come true, and P is telling the kid not to lose hope.
"It isn't over for LiAngelo Ball, there's still summer leagues and I'm sure someone will pick him up."
P knows what he's talking about ... remember he was able to make a couple different NBA summer league teams back in the day, and came THIS close to actually being a regular season player.
See, LiAngelo ... there's still hope. Especially if you're a celebrity.

Tekashi69 Alleged Crew Member Arrested ... For Barclays Shooting
Tekashi69's manager appears to be off the hook for the Barclays Center shooting last month -- 'cause cops arrested a different alleged member of 6ix9ine's crew for that one.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops arrested Fuguan Lovick on Sunday, and booked him for first-degree reckless endangerment for a shooting inside the Brooklyn arena during a recent Adrien Broner boxing match.
We broke the story ... Tekashi's group got into a scuffle with a rival rap crew, and cops believe someone in his camp fired a weapon. No one was hit, and no one was arrested at the time.
While cops initially believed Tekashi's manager, Tr3way, might've been the guy who fired the lone shot ... we're told police firmly believe it was, in fact, Lovick who discharged the weapon. However, Tr3way is still under investigation for another shooting just hours before the event, when he was allegedly caught on camera chasing after a tailing car.
Sources close to Tekashi say Lovick has no ties to Tr3way or Tekashi.

Yeah, he fell down during one of the drills (adjusting to a prosthetic leg ain't easy) -- but he got right back up and continued the drill.
We spoke with Pead who tells us it was great to get out there and run again. He acknowledged learning how to run with the new leg is challenging, but he's up to the task.
Pead previously told TMZ Sports his goal is to compete in the Paralympics and win some gold medals -- looks like he's off to a good start.

NFL Players Association Targeting Bengals For Rejecting Reid Over Kneeling
The NFL Players Association believes the Cincinnati Bengals violated league policy by trying to get Eric Reid to agree to stop kneeling in exchange for a possible contract.
It's all part of a new grievance the NFLPA filed on behalf of Reid -- who believes he's being blackballed for taking a knee during the national anthem in the 2017 season.
Reid met with the Bengals on April 9 and was reportedly asked if he would kneel during the 2018 season. According to reports, Reid refused to answer the question. He ultimately did NOT get a contract offer.
Enter the NFL Players Association which is saying Reid is getting screwed because the NFL has NO league rule prohibiting players from demonstrating during the national anthem and teams that try to stop them are in violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In fact, the NFLPA obviously references the Bengals in a news release ... though it doesn't call them out by name.
"According to our information, a club appears to have based its decision not to sign a player based on the player’s statement that he would challenge the implementation of a club’s policy prohibiting demonstration, which is contrary to the League policy."
The situation sounds VERY similar to what Colin Kaepernick went through with the Seattle Seahawks -- which shut down a workout with the QB because he would not agree to stop kneeling.
Kaep and Reid are repped by the same attorneys -- Mark Geragos and Ben Meiselas -- who issued this statement:
"Colin and Eric have taken courageous action at the expense of their professional careers and personal lives. They did these selfless acts because they wanted to shine light on inequity and oppression."
"Today they welcome all NFL Players who have joined in the prosecution of the NFL for their conspiracy and illegal acts. We stand shoulder to shoulder with the NFLPA in our fight for justice, equality and inalienable rights of all Americans."

Andre Rison to NFL Rookies: Here's How You Don't Go Broke ... Like I Did
Listen up, rookies ... ex-NFL star Andre Rison is shelling out some VERY valuable advice on how to NOT go broke like he did ... telling TMZ Sports what he wishes he'd done during his playing days.
FYI -- the former 1st-round pick made more than $20 MILLION during his 11-year career -- but ended up filing for bankruptcy in 2007 after years of spending his earnings on jewelry and partying.
Rison says it's a "drastic change" for these young players to become rich basically overnight ... and says focusing on your closest family and friends is important, but it should end there.
"Remain loyal to the people that helped you get to that point, no doubt ... but you don't owe anything to anybody, really," Rison says.

NFL's Chris Long John Lennon Was a Bad Guy ... Abused Women
John Lennon was not a saint. In fact, The Beatles legend is a "bad guy" ... so says NFL star Chris Long.
Long was responding to a Twitter challenge where he was supposed to state a "controversial yet unproblematic opinion" ... and he wrote, "John Lennon was a bad guy."
The Philadelphia Eagles stud doubled down in all caps -- "JOHN LENNON WAS A BAD GUY AND IF THIS MAKES YOU MAD UNFOLLOW ME."
When asked why he felt this way, Long responded, "It’s easier for me because I don’t care for the Beatles. I don’t feel a need to cape for an abuser."
Long is clearly referring to Lennon's admission that he physically abused women -- something he touched on during a 1980 Playboy interview.
"All that 'I used to be cruel to my woman, I beat her and kept her apart from the things that she loved' was me. I used to be cruel to my woman, and physically -- any woman."
"I was a hitter. I couldn't express myself and I hit. I fought men and I hit women. That is why I am always on about peace, you see. It is the most violent people who go for love and peace."
"Everything's the opposite. But I sincerely believe in love and peace. I am not violent man who has learned not to be violent and regrets his violence. I will have to be a lot older before I can face in public how I treated women as a youngster."
In fact, his first wife, Cynthia, wrote a book and said Lennon once slapped her in the face.
When somebody tried to challenge Long and say, "People aren't just good or bad" -- he shot back, "Shut the f*ck up."

Meek Mill Signs 'Free Meek' Jersey ... Updates Status
Meek Mill is well beyond prison walls now, and any merch signaling otherwise oughta be corrected to reflect his current sitch -- according to Meek himself, who did just that for a fan.
Philly fan Zack Rothenberg spotted Meek sitting in his SUV Saturday after the 76ers game against Boston, and approached the car by foot (in the middle of traffic, mind you) for an autograph on his custom Eagles jersey ... which reads "Free Meek" on the back.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Meek happily obliged, but rather than his usual John Hancock, he signed the jersey with "Meek Free!" We're told the rapper liked it so much, he took a photo of the jersey himself. He doesn't appear to have posted it yet, however.
As we've reported ... Meek's been the toast of the town in Philly since being released from prison a couple weeks ago. He was choppered to the Wells Fargo Center to catch Game 5 of the Heat series, and was allowed to ring the ceremonial bell before tip-off.
Despite Meek saying he doesn't truly feel free even on the outside, he's apparently free enough to put it down in Sharpie ... for now, anyway.
