NBA star Manu Ginobili says there are lots of reasons he's still ballin' in his 40s ... but the BIG one is something he shares with Tom Brady -- the ol' ball and chain!

We got Manu out in D.C. ... and asked if his wifey, Marianela, has his back like Gisele does Brady. FYI, Gisele recently revealed she's A-OK with Tom playing football for as long as he wants ... as long as it makes him happy.

Turns out, Mrs. Ginobili doesn't just sign off on her man logging more game-time -- she's what's kept him sharp through his 16 YEARS on the Spurs.

"She's always very helpful and extended my career," Ginobili told TMZ Sports in D.C.

Olivia Culpo is getting back on the horse in a big way ... hitting the town with her equally hot girlfriends just days after her split with Dolphins WR Danny Amendola went public.

Culpo and her friend, Cara Santana, hit Craig's Wednesday night, where a whole lot of post-breakup hotness was on the menu ... but talking about Amendola WAS NOT.

The couple dated for several years, so we're sure she's broken up on the inside about it ... but we gotta say her outside is still very, very, very, very, very, very intact.

Dennis Scott ain't gonna let his love for BBB change his mind on LiAngelo Ball's NBA chances ... telling TMZ Sports not even the worst teams in the league would be interested in signing him.

We spoke with D.S. -- the 4th overall pick to the Magic in 1990 -- about Gelo, and he says the middle Ball son isn't even a top 100 talent ... which is a problem, considering only 60 dudes will get their names called in June.

Scott says scouts know Gelo is playing against "C-level talent" in Lithuania, so his 72-point game didn't really impress him that much.

Hulk Hogan and the WWE might be in talks, but Hulk tells TMZ Sports Hulkamania will NOT be running wild at WrestleMania 34, brother!!!

3:31 PM PT -- Mansield PD just released a statement saying the alleged assault was captured on video cameras inside the residence.

Detectives got a search warrant last week, and seized the footage. MPD says they reviewed the footage today ... before an arrest warrant was issued for Boykin.

Cops say Boykin was arrested at his home -- without incident -- and transported to jail.

Bond has not yet been set.

NFL QB Trevone Boykin is in custody after being arrested Wednesday for allegedly punching his girlfriend and cracking her jaw ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Boykin was being investigated by cops in Mansfield, Texas after he was allegedly involved in an altercation with his longtime GF, Shabrika Bailey, last Wednesday.

He has been arrested for aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.

TB -- who was cut by the Seahawks on Tuesday -- vehemently denied any involvement in a physical fight with Bailey.

However, Bailey -- in an interview -- told a different story, claiming Boykin choked her and broke her jaw before finally taking her to the hospital for treatment.

The Dodgers are going for a clean sweep -- not of their Opening Day opponents, the Giants -- but of the waste water that seeped onto the Dodgers Stadium field.

Odell Beckham Jr. and Johnny Manziel are mentoring one of the biggest prospects in the NFL Draft on what NOT to do -- so says Christian Kirk, who told us he's learning from both of his "Big Bros."

Kirk -- who tore it up at Johnny's alma mater, Texas A&M -- is projected to go in the first round of the draft ... and when we talked to him, he said both Johnny & Odell have helped and inspired him.

"I think just having both those guys, to be able pick their brains and to know what not to do and how to stay out of certain situations -- it's good for me."

Christian says he met Manziel his freshman year at A&M, and he's known Odell since he was in high school ... and both guys have really made him understand how to have fun with the process.

"They definitely just say enjoy the process, especially right now."

8:00 AM PT -- Doctors say Jim Kelly's surgery was a success.

He is resting comfortably at a hospital in New York ... and is expected to stay there for several weeks.

With Jim Kelly going into surgery today for his recurring oral cancer, fellow Bills legend Andre Reed has recorded a message of support for his former QB -- and TMZ Sports has the exclusive audio.

In the emotional letter Andre penned and narrated, Reed calls Kelly "one of the strongest men I've ever met"... and tells his longtime Buffalo teammate he knows he can beat the disease -- something Jim's already done twice in his life.

"You've quarterbacked through a lot of things in the last 20 years of your life. I know you will take this challenge head on without backing down like you always do."

The 32-year-old Danny and 25-year-old Olivia first met randomly while walking the streets of Hollywood back in 2016 ... and shared a memorable kiss on the field after D.A. helped the Pats win the 2018 AFC Championship game.

Former NBA point guard Sebastian Telfair has been ordered to stay away from his estranged wife for 3 YEARS ... after an alleged violent incident earlier this year.

In court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Telfair is ordered to have absolutely no contact with his wife, Samantha -- that means no phone calls, texts, or emails.

Samantha claimed Sebastian showed up to her home in Irvine, CA on January 12 and went nuclear on the doorbell when he realized she wasn't home.

She claims Sebastian started kicking the front door ... before eventually smashing her car windshield.

After the incident, the court granted Samantha a temporary restraining order ... but her lawyers asked the court for something more permanent.

A judge in L.A. County granted that request earlier this week ... and now Telfair must steer clear of Samantha.

Johnny Manziel is completely serious and focused on his football comeback ... so says Drake's dad, Dennis Graham, who tells TMZ Sports the ex-Browns star is making REAL changes to his lifestyle.

Before you think this is totally random -- Dennis and Johnny Football have actually been tight for a couple of years ... and D.G. considers Manziel a "very good friend."

Dennis tells TMZ Sports he ran into Johnny at Delilah on Monday night ... and says he could tell the dude's in full "ComebackSZN" mode -- sober and fully committed to football.
