Here they are ... 8 of the morons arrested during the violent, insane Eagles Super Bowl celebration in Philadelphia -- with allegations ranging from attacking police to flipping cars.

The Philadelphia PD has released mug shots and some information about the incident that led to all 8 arrests. Good times ...

1 & 2) Robert Ehlers & Brendon Lopez -- busted for allegedly spray painting graffiti in multiple locations including University of Pennsylvania, Chestnut Law School and a wall at a loading dock.

3) Malcolm Cox -- busted for throwing a bottle at a police car. He ran, but he was caught. Charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses.

4) Mark Thompson -- busted for allegedly beating the hell out of a cameraman who was trying to document the chaos. Allegedly punched the photog in the face 6 times and smashed the camera. Charged with aggravated assault.

5) Rubin Garrido -- busted for removing his belt during the celebration, swinging it over his head and clocking a guy who was next to him, causing a laceration. When cops approached him, he was still holding his belt. Charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

6) Alexander Mawescu -- busted for drunkenly banging on police shields and then bullrushing officers on the police line. Charged with disorderly conduct.

7) Veasna Sary -- busted for throwing a bottle at a car that turned out to be an unmarked police vehicle. Oops! When cops arrested him, they saw he had injuries from a fight prior to police contact. He was hospitalized and later charged with criminal mischief and propulsion of a missile.

8) John Rigsby -- busted for helping to flip a 2017 Nissan Rogue SUV during the mayhem, along with 6 others. The others have not been arrested yet. Rigsby, the son of Villanova basketball announcer Whitey Rigsby, was charged with causing and risking a catastrophe, criminal mischief, riot and related offenses.

Forget calling him out, Tyron Woodley called Nate Diaz directly today -- and left him a voicemail telling him to sign a fight contract so they can get it on at UFC 226.

It all went down on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Wednesday night on FS1) -- where the reigning UFC welterweight champ told the crew to get Nate on the phone, so they could talk things out on the air.

But when the call went to voicemail, Tyron decided to talk some smack -- and it's pretty hilarious!

Baron Davis thinks Cardi B is probably safe in L.A. despite her recent Crips diss on social media ... but he ain't making any guarantees.

"Cardi B ain't no gangbanger," the South Central native told TMZ Sports.

Baron replied: "I don't know that. The homegirls might."

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Philly native and superstar rapper is hosting a victory bash at NOTO nightclub on Thursday to thank the guys for bringing a Lombardi Trophy to the city of Brotherly Love.

The club tells us ... stars like Darren Sproles, Jalen Mills and Jay Ajayi are slated to attend ... with even more getting the invite -- especially BOTH quarterbacks, Nick Foles and Carson Wentz.

We're told the event will be open to the public ... with tables going from $2-4k.

Nate Diaz is finally ready to fight Tyron Woodley -- saying, "I see him on TMZ every week, talking about me. I'm like, 'What the f*ck?'"

Diaz spoke with ESPN's Brett Okamoto and Nate was asked when we'd finally see him return to the octagon -- since he hasn't fought since the Conor McGregor rematch in 2016.

That's when he brought up Tyron ...

"I'm getting to the point where I'm sick of not fighting. I'm not getting any younger ... I put that tweet out saying I wanted to fight in May or June, but I didn't say who because I was weighing my options. And now, Woodley is my best option."

Tyron had previously said he was offered the Nate Diaz fight at UFC 219 but Diaz refused to sign the contract. Tyron's been calling Nate out on his show, "The Hollywood Beatdown" -- which drops every week on the TMZ Sports YouTube page.

"I see him on TMZ every week, talking about me. I'm like, 'What the f*ck? If that's what you want to do.' It's not really my weight class, but I'm with it," Diaz said.

"I think it's my title we're fighting for. If he's the one calling me out, whose title are we fighting for? Who's the real champion here?"

Diaz says he's eyeing UFC 226 in Vegas on July 7 -- because he wants a 3-month camp to get ready.

Dana White is building a personal weapons room in his Vegas mansion (seriously) ... so he hit up the guys from "Pawn Stars" to buy a REAL combat-used samurai sword.

The UFC boss had a hard bargaining sesh with Chumlee and Big Hoss over a whole batch of blades -- which the guys claim can be traced back to the families of the samurais who used them.

And in a matchup of equally intimidating bald dudes, Dana and Rick Harrison negotiated for the final sword -- bringing his total bill to $69k.

White made hundreds of millions on the UFC sale -- so we think he'll be alright.

"Who the hell wants to go to the Colts organization and play for [Jim] Irsay. I mean, that place is an absolute s**t show" -- says ex-Patriots tight end Jermaine Wiggins.

Wiggins would know ... he played for the Colts back in 2002 and tells TMZ Sports he's convinced Josh McDaniels made the RIGHT choice in backing out of the Indy coaching job.

"[If McDaniels] goes to Indy, if they suck in two years, they'll be looking for a new head coach and he'll be out," Wiggins says.

Tony Dungy is ripping into Josh McDaniels -- saying there's "no excuse big enough to justify" screwing over all of the asst. coaches who are getting burned in his coaching flip-flop.

"It’s one thing to go back on your word to an organization," Dungy said ... "But having assistant coaches leave jobs to go with you then leave them out to dry is indefensible. For COMFORT??"

This all stems from Josh's last minute decision to back out of a deal to coach the Indianapolis Colts and go back with the Patriots ... AFTER he lured a team of assistants to leave other jobs and sign contracts with Indy.

Now Indy will have to hire a new head coach -- and that person will likely blow out McDaniels' entire team and bring in his own guys. Dungy clearly believes the assistants are getting screwed big time.

"Has nothing to do with the Colts. It’s about the families of those assistant coaches that he totally disregarded. But who cares about them???!"

The man who allegedly killed ex-Colts LB Edwin Jackson and his Uber driver while wasted drunk has been charged with 4 felonies ... and now faces more than a decade in prison.

37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Savala -- who was living in the U.S. illegally -- appeared in court today where he was charged with 2 counts of leaving the scene of a fatal accident and 2 counts of drunk driving resulting in death.

The first 2 charges are Level 3 felonies and carry 3 to 16 years in prison. The next 2 charges are Level 4 felonies and carry 2 to 12.

On top of that, Orrego-Savala has also been hit with a federal charge for illegally reentering the country after being deported. That charge carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.

As we've previously reported, officials say Orrego-Savala is from Guatemala and illegally entered the country multiple times over the years. He was deported twice before.

He's come under fire by Donald Trump, who on Tuesday tweeted -- "So disgraceful that a person illegally in our country killed Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson."

Cops say Jackson and his Uber driver were standing outside their car on the shoulder of a highway in Indiana when they were struck by Orrego-Savala's truck.

Now Carson Wentz will know what it's like to come off the bench ...

The Eagles QB got the call to fill in for Vice President Mike Pence at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday ... since Pence will be in South Korea for the Olympics.

North Dakota Rep. Kevin Cramer told Valley News Live ... Wentz will be the keynote speaker at the event -- which is usually attended by some pretty powerful politicians and business leaders.

The Pittsburgh Steelers star was leaving 1 OAK in L.A. on Tuesday night when we talked about the biggest story in his world ... where's he gonna play next year??

Bell had already shot down a fan on Twitter who jokingly offered $60 mil for Bell to come to NY -- and now, Le'Veon's drawing a line in the sand -- $100 MILLION.

Bell will become a free agent in March if the Steelers don't put the franchise tag on him. Bell has said he'd consider retiring if Pittsburgh tried to lock him down that way.

The car crash that killed beloved ex-NBA player Rasual Butler and his wife, Leah LaBelle, was so loud, the audio was picked up on a home surveillance camera about a block and a half away from the incident.

You can hear the tires screeching for roughly 2 seconds -- followed by a series of loud bangs.

Cops say Butler's Range Rover was traveling at very high speed around 2:30 AM on Jan. 31 when he lost control and struck several parking meters, slammed into a wall and flipped two times before coming to a stop.

Judging from the audio, it sounds like Butler slammed on the brakes and tried to avoid the collision -- but he was going too fast to regain control of the vehicle.

Butler was one of the most well-liked guys in the NBA -- and tons of huge stars like Ray Allen and Kobe Bryant paid tribute to him after the incident.

Butler was 38. Leah was 31.
