MLB's Jeremy Jeffress Pleads Guilty In DWI Case
Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Jeremy Jeffress has plead guilty in his drunk driving case -- but he's NOT going back to jail, TMZ Sports has learned.
As we previously reported, Jeffress was popped on August 26, 2016 -- and during the stop, cops say he admitted to drinking 3 to 4 cups of Hennessy and Coke before he got behind the wheel.
Jeffress was initially charged with misdemeanor DWI -- which carries a minimum 72 hours in jail in Texas (they REALLY don't like drunk driving there). The maximum is 180 days.
A rep for the Dallas County District Court tells TMZ Sports ... Jeffress pled guilty to DWI on Tuesday and got the minimum 3 days in jail. We're told the court gave him credit for time served, so he won't have to go back behind bars.
Jeffress went to rehab following the arrest and rejoined the team about a month later. Sources connected to Jeffress tell us he's taking the situation very seriously and is committed to sobriety moving forward.

WWE's Eva Marie 'I'm an Alcoholic' ... Went to Jail for DUIs
Former WWE superstar Eva Marie says she is, and always will be, an alcoholic ... and her disease almost cost her everything before she was able to come to terms with it.
"I will be an alcoholic for the rest of my life ... and admitting that truth saved my life," Eva wrote in an essay for InStyle.
Eva says she's been sober 5 years, but hit "rock bottom" prior to coming to WWE -- serving 3 months behind bars for multiple DUIs, and struggling in her personal and professional life.
Thankfully, the "Total Divas" star was able to enter into a 12-step program to get clean ... and says she still attends AA meetings every week to avoid falling off the wagon.
Eva's killing it as a fashion designer and fitness model these days ... but says she's still in a constant battle with alcoholism -- "This fairytale life is always one drink away from shattering."
Update: Eva was a guest on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and spoke candidly about her struggle ... and why she's choosing to speak up now.

Shareef O'Neal Snubbed By McDonalds NBA Star Boycotting Nuggets
Shareef O'Neal -- Shaq's son -- revealed he did not make the prestigious McDonald's All-American Game ... and now one NBA star is boycotting nuggets as a result.
FYI, the Micky D's game features the top high school players in the country -- Shaq was the co-MVP of the game back in 1989.
As you know, 18-year-old Shareef is a top prospect (he's committed to the Univ. of Arizona) -- but, for some reason, he didn't make the McDonald's cut.
LeBron James (the MVP of the game in 2003) didn't approve of the snub ... and spoke out on social media.
"Nephew listen, Even though we all know you should have made that McDonalds game use it as motivation to prove not to those who didn’t vote you in, not to those who is actually in the game but more importantly to yourself that u belong!"
He added, "Keep grinding, studying and working daily! The light is always brighter at the end of the tunnel."
Matt Barnes went harder -- saying McDonald's made a "huge mistake" and that he won't let his kids have nuggets anymore ... "NO MORE NUGGETS!"
As for Reef, he wrote, "Everything can’t go perfect ! I just gotta move on.. this hurt me but it ain’t stopping me."

Larry Nassar Victims Speak in Court (Day 4) Here's Why You're a Scumbag
The victims of Larry Nassar are continuing their impact statements on Friday ... telling the disgraced ex-Team USA doctor to his face why he's a piece of human garbage.
Nassar sexually assaulted more than 100 girls -- the majority of them in his capacity as the team doc for Olympic Women's Gymnastics and Michigan State University. His victims include McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas and Simone Biles.
Nassar is scheduled to be sentenced on 7 first-degree sexual assault charges -- but first, his victims are getting the opportunity to address the court and lobby for whatever punishment they see fit.
No surprise, his victims want the judge to throw the book at Nassar. A maximum sentence would essentially ensure he spends the rest of his life behind bars.
Burn in hell, scumbag.

Ouch.
"We appreciated the turnovers you gave us over our season so in return we wanted you to get a TASTE of 7 turnovers," Cinotti's Bakery wrote to Roethlisberger.
"So here are our very best apple, blueberry and cherry turnovers!"
To be fair ... Big Ben actually played pretty well against the Jags -- throwing for 5 TDs and almost 500 yards -- but he did turn the ball over twice, and 7 times total when you include their regular-season game.
Silver lining -- the joint's got 4 stars on Yelp. Maybe Ben will actually enjoy 'em??

PETA Rips Horse-Punching Fan ... Ban Him From Eagles Games!!
The drunk Philadelphia Eagles fan who allegedly attacked a police officer AND his horse should be BANNED from owning pets AND attending Eagles games ever again ... this according to a huge animal rights org.
Cops reported the fan, Taylor Hendricks, repeatedly attacked an officer and his horse as he was being escorted out of Saturday's game against the Falcons. Hendricks was arrested for aggravated assault, illegally taunting a police horse, simple assault and defiant trespass.
But Stephanie Bell, senior director for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, tells TMZ Sports Hendricks should get more than that.
"PETA is asking the prosecutor to charge the suspect with cruelty to animals, and if he's convicted, we hope sentencing will include a psychiatric evaluation and a ban on owning or harboring any animals, from horses to dogs and cats."
"Anyone who would violently attack an animal likely has rage issues and could be a danger to the community at large."
And they didn't stop there ... Bell calls for Hendricks to be forever banned from Eagles games to "send a strong message that such abuse will not be tolerated."
