Audrina Patridge Files for Divorce I'm Afraid for My Safety and My Daughter's

Published | Updated

Audrina Patridge is divorcing her husband of less than a year, on the heels of running to court to get protection from him ... TMZ has learned.

The former 'Hills' star filed to divorce Corey Bohan on Wednesday, and according to docs the split appears to be triggered by a series of incidents she considers menacing and emotionally abusive.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Audrina says the violence began in mid August when they argued about her accusing him of cheating. She says she was holding their daughter, Kirra Max, when Corey pushed her back. Audrina says he then emptied out her backpack and purse, and began punching himself in the head ... and threatening to bash himself in the head with a metal canister if she left.

She says Corey had threatened suicide before -- in July while she was out of town on a business trip.

According to docs, on Sept. 6, Corey was at home watching KIirra, and when Audrina got home, he began calling her names and harassing her. Audrina says she grabbed Kirra and went upstairs, but he followed and told her she's "f**ked up" because of her childhood and her messed up mother. She says she started recording video of him, and he said, "Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce."

CHILDREN HAVE A VOICE

T.I. says he's GLAD the parents of an 8-year-old youth football team supported the players' decision to take a knee during the national anthem ... saying it's important for people to use their platforms.

FYI, the Junior Comanches youth football team in Cahokia, Illinois followed Colin Kaepernick's lead during the anthem before a game on Sept. 17.

The coach of the team insists the players came up with the idea to support demonstrators upset with the not guilty verdict in the trial of a St. Louis cop accused of murdering a black man. The coach says the parents and coaching staff supported the idea.

Now, T.I. says he didn't know about the protest before Wednesday night -- but salutes the parents for nurturing the passion of the children.

"I think parents are just supposed to support the passion of the child."

As for critics who say politics should be left out of sports, T.I. disagrees in a big way.

Good news for Mike ... Connelly says Bisping's mouth will be good as new in a week and there is NO concern that the procedure will affect his preparation to fight Georges St-Pierre at UFC 217 in Nov.

WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?

Oscar De La Hoya tells TMZ Sports ... boxing officials ARE moving to suspend Adalaide Byrd, the judge who insanely scored the GGG vs. Canelo Alvarez fight 118 to 110.

Oscar joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs tonight on FS1) -- and expressed his outrage over the way Byrd scored the fight, despite the fact her decision benefited Canelo, who's Oscar's fighter.

"Atrocious," Oscar said ... "What the hell was she thinking?"

Oscar says he does believe Canelo should have won the fight -- but not by that lopsided of a score.

In the end, the fight was ruled a draw -- and if you watch the show tonight, you'll hear Oscar tell us the status of rematch conversations with Gennady Golovkin's people.

Albert Haynesworth: My Baby Mama Attacked Me ... I Have Witnesses

Published | Updated

Ex-NFL superstar Albert Haynesworth claims he's the victim of domestic violence -- alleging his baby mama physically and verbally abused him ... and TMZ Sports has the police report.

The drama between Haynesworth and his ex, Brittany Jackson, went public Wednesday when she accused him of skipping out on child support for their young son.

Jackson's a former college basketball star who says she also played in the WNBA.

Haynesworth -- who reportedly made more than $50 MILLION during his NFL career -- fired back with allegations of his own.

"Not only has she called me unthinkable names she has been extremely violent," Haynesworth claims.

The 6'6", 350-pound defensive tackle says he called police on the woman more than 10 times during their rocky 2-year relationship.

"I have witnesses and bruises but me for some reason still tried to protect her by not sending her to jail bc I didn't want to ruin her so called career and name."

TMZ Sports obtained a police report filed back in January in which Haynesworth told police in Tennessee that Jackson kicked him in the groin twice after an argument at a friend's house. Albert told cops she had been drinking wine.

According to the police report, Haynesworth refused medical attention. Albert never pushed forward with charges.

Haynesworth claims his ex, who is white, would call him the n-word -- despite the fact they have a mixed race child together -- because "she said she wanted me to feel hurt bc I didn't show her affection."

Haynesworth adds, "Being a man I am a provider and protecter I have millions of faults that are not flattering but NO ONE deserves to be mentally and physically abuse!!!"

We reached out to Haynesworth's ex multiple times for comment -- so far, no word back.

Broke Ass Boris Becker Rages at Oktoberfest ... No Money? No Problem!

Bankruptcy, shmankruptcy ... German tennis legend Boris Becker wasn't about to let a little "historic debt" stop him from goin' hard at Oktoberfest!

Just three months ago, a U.K. judge declared Becker bankrupt after a private banking firm said he owed them a TON of dough. Boris' own people admitted he was terrible with money.

But that was then ... now he's partying his problems away at Oktoberfest in Munich -- rockin' out to his native jams with a bunch of Bavarian babes.

No beer in hand, surprisingly, but we're guessing the ex-playboy got his chug on at some point (c'mon, that's what you do at Oktoberfest!).

Not sure who Boom Boom's lady friend is ... but don't worry, his wife Lilly's also with the gang at the fest.

The big question ... who pays for the beer?

Boxing legend Jake LaMotta -- the champ who was played by Robert De Niro in the movie "Raging Bull" -- died Tuesday, TMZ has learned. He was 95.

Jake's wife tells TMZ, Jake died in a nursing home due to complications from pneumonia.
