The luck of the Irish has run out in Vegas ... at least for those trying to find an Irish pub to cheer on their champion.

There's a strong Irish contingent in Vegas this weekend for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight, and for those who don't have the Euros to enter the T-Mobile Arena ... choices are limited.

Problem is ... free-standing Irish pubs don't have the dough to pay for the fight -- $10k -- so the only pubs that will do the trick are Ri Ra in Mandalay and Nine Fine Irishmen in New York, New York.

Tickets go for $165 -- and that doesn't include a drop of whisky! Sad to say, both pubs have been sold out for weeks.

There are thousands of Irish men and women in Vegas to cheer on Conor. Just look at this video from T-Mobile shot Friday.

Floyd Mayweather eats likes a horse ... because he can.

Floyd's chef, J. Santiago, tells TMZ, Floyd's eating is directly proportionate to his workouts. A typical breakfast includes eggs, home fries, grits, various breakfast meats including bacon, turkey sausage, turkey ham and turkey Kabasa, and pancakes.

Floyd's "obsessed" with spaghetti bolognese. He's had it pretty much every day leading up to the fight.

Other favorites ... BBQ chicken, baked chicken with rice and gravy and all sorts of soul food.

Before Friday's weigh-in, all Floyd ate were 2 bananas and all he drank was water.

After the weigh in ... that was a different story. Santiago says he had his spaghetti, BBQ chicken, green beans, rice, sauteed shrimp and peppers in garlic sauce -- and salad.

At 1:30 AM Saturday, Floyd got hungry so she made BBQ chicken, spaghetti, green beans and rice.

Unknown what the champ's eating today leading up to the fight. It's all about cravings.

Conor McGregor beating Floyd Mayweather would be the biggest upset EVER ... this according to the man responsible for the most shocking upset in boxing history.

We talked to Buster Douglas with MayMac about to go down ... and he told us that Conor taking out Floyd would be waaay crazier than him KO'ing Mike Tyson back in 1990.

"I think his odds are a lot more tougher than mine," Buster told TMZ Sports.

"Conor is no boxer ... he has no boxing skills."

Buster says Conor's only shot is hitting Floyd with a "Hail Mary punch" -- but he expects Floyd to flat-out dominate.

FYI, Douglas was a 42-to-1 underdog when he knocked Tyson out.

Right now, Conor's about a 4-to-1 dog ... but over 90 PERCENT of bets are being put on him to upset.

The UFC honcho is tearing Oscar a new one over comments DLH made this week on the "TMZ Sports" TV show on FS1.

Long story short ... Oscar tried to downplay his interest in a possible Conor vs. Canelo Alvarez match -- and Dana White wasn't having it. At all.

"He's WAYYYY down with that," Dana said ... "Don't feed into his bullsh*t."

And that's when White just began to unload on Oscar ... saying he used to be cool with the boxing legend until he began to publicly trash the Mayweather fight. Dana basically says the guy is two-faced.

What ensues is an expletive-filled rant about the Golden Boy ... and it's pretty hilarious -- unless you're Oscar.

Floyd Mayweather will be staring down several racks of cash hours after the fight with Conor McGregor -- win or lose -- 'cause clubs are throwing big bucks to get him to show his mug Saturday night.

TMZ Sports spoke with several Vegas promoters and the numbers are insane. One of them told us he'll pay Floyd $30k just to walk through his establishment ... for only 10 minutes! Another doubled that, offering $60k for a 30-minute pool party appearance on Sunday.

Sources close to Floyd tell us he already has 3 other offers -- for $50k, $80k and $100k. We're told the offers would still stand even if he loses because people would still want to chat him up.

Unfortunately for all those promoters, Floyd hasn't agreed to any of it. But we're told he WILL make some appearances besides his Girl Collection strip club party. If he accepts everything on the table -- which is logistically possible -- he could pocket a total of $320,000.

UFC star Kevin Lee says Conor McGregor's gonna have to go coffin shopping if they ever square off ... 'cause he's comin' for the Notorious' belt after UFC 216 ... and says it ain't gonna be pretty.

TMZ Sports spoke with Lee about his plans after taking on Tony Ferguson for the interim lightweight title -- which he sees as the hardest fight in the division, not Conor.

The Motown Phenom says he's been doing all of Conor's hard work -- which makes him the REAL champ -- and he's not afraid to take on McGregor.

Lee makes his point clear by saying if he were to cross paths with Conor in the gym, he'd be in serious trouble:

The cyber-gambling site BetOnline.ag -- one of the biggest gambling sites on the net -- is offering up a bet on whether Demi will show cleavage or cover up the goods during "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the fight.

As of right now ... the odds are definitely pro-boob:

There's more (not as sexy) bets ... like over/under 1 min 52 seconds for her rendition of the anthem and whether the Biebs and Lil Wayne will make an appearance.

So we got a bunch of celebs out Friday night and they were almost singular in their prediction of the fight ... singular with one exception.

We got Nipsey Hustle, Yo Gotti, Casper Smart, Dominic Santana and Dorothy Wang out and about, and they all seem psyched for Saturday night.

Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are ready to rumble in these almost identical punching pics ... put up your dukes and attempt to find the differences between the two swingin' shots!

Dominick Cruz is shutting up all the Mayweather vs. McGregor haters at the 11th hour ... saying MayMac is gonna spark an "amazing" change for the UFC and boxing.

Dom admits a Conor win would be best for UFC superstars like himself ... but tells TMZ Sports we should expect a lot of crossover in the fight game no matter the outcome.

"Either way, this fight is gonna create that type of chemistry between the two combat sports," Cruz said. "I think we're gonna see more superfights from here."

One catch -- Dom told us it's just gonna be MMA fighters trying boxing cause, "I don't think any boxer on Earth is that dumb to come over to us."

Bruce Willis is betting on himself in Vegas on the eve of the Mayweather/McGregor fight.

Bruce was playing craps at the MGM Grand Friday night ... he's in town to catch the fight.

A bunch of Irish fans of Conor McGregor fired off some F-bombs at Floyd Mayweather's children -- including his 14-year-old daughter -- screaming, "F*ck the Mayweathers."

It all went down right after the weigh-in at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Friday ... where Floyd's kids were hanging about 30 or 40 yards from a pack of rowdy Conor fans.

You can see Floyd's 17-year-old son, Koraun, in a camouflage TMT shirt mocking the McGregor fans while they yell at the kids, including 14-year-old Jirah, 16-year-old Zion and 17-year-old Iyanna. The kids seems to be enjoying the spectacle!

The fans eventually stopped cussing and flipping the bird -- and started chanting, "Stand up for the boys in green" ... while Koraun continued to dance.

There's a Johnny Manziel connection to the Mayweather vs. McGregor fight -- his fiancee is one of the Corona Girls!

TMZ Sports has learned ... Bre Tiesi (who happens to be a smokin' hot model) was tapped to don the legendary Corona outfit to work Friday's weigh-in festivities.

She did an excellent job!

No word if Johnny plans on heading to Vegas to attend the fight -- or if he's busy training for his NFL comeback.

One thing's for sure ... Bre looks goooood!!!

Conor McGregor was VERY excited about the weigh ... at least judging by the bulge in his pants.

The UFC superstar weighed in at 153 pounds ... while parts of him were hanging off the scale.

Floyd weighed in at 149.5 ... some room to grow.

Congrats to Calvin Klein, the maker of McGregor's underwear, for containing the beast.

Floyd and Conor now have just one date left -- when they square off in Vegas on Saturday night for the super fight.
