Ex-NFL player Jermichael Finley says Marshawn Lynch and Michael Bennett don't give a damn about social justice, telling TMZ Sports their national anthem protests are shameless publicity stunts.

We talked to Finley -- who's Super Bowl-winning career with Green Bay was cut short by injury -- and he told us he doesn't believe any of the guys who are sitting actually care about the issues.

"It's more of marketing, it's not really in their heart that they really want to do that. But once again, I think it's a selfish reason I really do."

Finley's take is essentially ... it's hard for star players to get individual attention and guys like Bennett, Lynch and Kaepernick need to be controversial to stay relevant.

Tiger Woods had 5 different drugs in his system at the time of his DUI arrest -- including painkillers and THC, the main chemical compound in marijuana.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office released the toxicology report from the May 29 arrest -- in which Tiger was whacked out of his mind when officers found his car on the side of the road.

The report shows Tiger tested positive for Hydrocodone (painkiller, generic form of Vicodin), Hydromorphone (powerful painkiller known as Dilaudid), Alprazolam (aka Xanax), Zolpidem (sleeping pill also known as Ambien) and THC.

Woods had chalked up the arrest to an unexpected reaction to prescription medication -- "I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly."

He never mentioned weed.

Woods announced he was getting treatment after the arrest and later struck a deal with prosecutors to enter a DUI diversion program.

The program essentially means Woods gets 12 months probation and he's required to complete DUI education classes.

1:47 PM PT -- Flair is out of surgery and resting, a rep for WWE tells TMZ Sports.

Unclear how the surgery went but we're told Ric's family is by his side and they're waiting to meet with doctors.

Ric Flair is in a medically induced coma and is preparing for surgery ... a rep for the WWE tells TMZ Sports.

The 68-year-old wrestling icon was admitted to the hospital early Saturday morning and the situation has gotten more serious.

We're told Flair is set to undergo a procedure momentarily, though we're not being told what the procedure is ... though Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that it's a heart related issue.

Flair's rep had previously asked for thoughts and prayers for the Nature Boy.

If Lamar Odom wants to join the BIG3, he ain't gonna be playing for the Killer 3s ... 'cause Charles Oakley says he doesn't want the ex-Lakers star on his team.

We spoke with the NBA legend and current BIG3 player/coach about L.O.'s hopes of getting back on the court and while Oak praises Lamar's game ... he admits "I don't like him like that."

He explains ... "In life, sometimes you only get but one chance. He had 3 or 4 chances."

As we previously reported ... Lamar casually talked with league honchos about joining next year, and even attended the BIG3's stop in L.A. on Sunday.

Terrell Owens has some advice for NFL players like Ezekiel Elliott -- if things aren't working out with a woman, JUST DUMP HER AND MOVE ON!

The ex-NFL star says the situation involving Zeke is "unfortunate" -- but he should never have put himself in a volatile position with the accuser in the first place.

Kendall and Blake grabbed dinner at Craig's Sunday night in WeHo. It appears they jumped in separate whips but were seen together inside the joint. Just last week, they left Avenue Nightclub in Hollywood and jumped in the same limo.

No word on whether Kendall kicked A$AP Rocky to the curb and rebounded with the NBA superstar. Same goes for Blake ... who last September welcomed his second child with Brynn Cameron.

After CR7 stormed the pitch and banged a quick goal in the 2nd half of Real Madrid's battle with Barcelona -- he was tripped up by Samuel Umtiti in a run a few minutes later and blew up at the refs for not penalizing the guy.

Ronaldo threw a mini-tantrum and shoved the ref from behind -- which YOU CAN'T DO, EVER!

Ronaldo already had a yellow card for taking his shirt off during his goal earlier in the match.

We're in the 2nd week of pre-season football and one thing's clear to Emmitt Smith -- Colin Kaepernick should be on an NFL roster.

"I think somebody needs to give him a chance," Smith told our friends at BSO ... " He deserves to be back in the game."

The Hall of Famer says Kaep "definitely" has the talent to make a roster -- and suggests that he's being blackballed over his protest

"He is an American citizen and he does have rights. And his rights should not be violated just like no one else's rights should be violated."

Chad Ochocinco says he wants to go to the next white supremacist rally -- and give out hugs to all of the neo-nazis and racists until they feel the love.

The ex-NFL star was out in Bev Hills over the weekend -- when he offered his solution to fix the disgusting, violent situation out in Virginia.

"You know what the white supremacists need? They need some f*cking love from me," Ocho said.

"Matter of fact, the next rally ... let me know and I'll show up. I walk through there hugging and kissing everybody."

He continued, "You know how you fight aggressiveness? With love. Love."

Pro wrestling icon Ric Flair has been hospitalized -- and it sounds serious.

The Nature Boy's reps confirmed the 68-year-old was hospitalized over the weekend -- but Legacy Talent Agency insisted it was for "routine monitoring" and there was "no reason to panic."

But things changed by Sunday night, when the reps posted, "We need your prayers, positive energy, and well wishes for our Living Legend as he is dealing with some tough medical issues."

The agency has not said exactly what those medical issues are.

Flair was reportedly admitted to the ICU with "heart-related issues," according to ProWrestlingSheet.com.

We just saw Flair out back in May -- and he told us not to let terrorists scare them away from sporting events.

He's also been campaigning for his friend Kane, who's running for mayor in Tennessee.

Ice Cube is one step closer to adding "Agent 0" to his BIG3 league -- with Gilbert Arenas telling TMZ Sports he's seriously considering joining up.

35-year-old Arenas was promoting his Life Water company at 7/11 in L.A. this week when he told us he's been in talks with Cube's 3-on-3 league about signing on for next season.

In fact, Arenas says he's hoping the two sides can work out a sponsorship deal where his beverage company can be the official drink of the league.

But even if that doesn't work out, Arenas says he'd still consider lacing up -- most likely because he has friends like Kenyon Martin who are having a blast getting back on the court.

Jon Jones says he's a fool for passing up a chance to hang with Muhammad Ali ... and tells TMZ Sports the regret's still eatin' him up.

In a few words -- "That really sucked."

Jones has met a who's who of legendary fighters in his life ... but told us he backed out of a dinner with The Greatest cause he was afraid to see one of his heroes in such a bad way.

Ali battled Parkinson's for years and one of his friends advised him not to meet with his hero because Ali was a shell of his former self and "it won't be everything that you thought it would."
