Draymond Green Ballin' Out with Fiancee On $200k-Per-Week Yacht!

Published

Draymond Green ain't worried about all that offseason drama with the Golden State Warriors -- he's chillin' out off the coast of Italy with his fiancee ... in a CRAZY huge yacht!!!

The 29-year-old NBA star is sailing in Sardinia, Italy with Hazel Renee -- whom he proposed to with a $300,000 ring back in January!

Now that the offseason is in full swing, Draymond and Hazel are finally getting some R&R on a yacht called Ruya ... a 135-foot ship with 5 cabins, living room, hot tub and an on-board gym!

The cost to rent Ruya is about $200,000 per week -- but Draymond can clearly afford it ... he's about to enter the final year of his 5-year, $82-MILLION contract!

Green is expected to sign a MASSIVE deal when he becomes a free agent after next season -- so money ain't a thing for this guy.

Meanwhile, back at Golden State ... there's been a TON of action -- with Kevin Durant leaving, Andre Iguodala being traded out, D'Angelo Russell being traded in and Klay Thompson still recovering from a torn ACL

Snoop Dogg Pay Team USA Women Already! ... Way Better Than Our 'Sorry Ass Men'

Published | Updated

Snoop Dogg says it's about damn time Team USA women's soccer team got paid like the "sorry ass f*cking men" ... saying our champions are getting the shaft.

After Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan and the rest of the U.S. Women's National Team beat up the Netherlands to win our 4th World Cup, Snoop Dogg fired up his IG to go off on the pay disparity.

In his video, Snoop is referencing a report that said the U.S. women's soccer players only made $90,000 per player in bonus money for reaching the quarterfinals ... while the men would have made $500k for reaching the same stage.

After winning the whole thing, the U.S. women's team will reportedly walk away with $260k per player ... while the men would have banked $1.1 mil each.

Snoop is furious with the pay gap -- noting they're the BEST in the world at what they do ... while the U.S. men didn't even qualify for the World Cup in 2018.

"The sorry ass f*cking men from the U.S. soccer team, they ain't ever won sh*t, ain't gonna ever win sh*t, can't get out the f*cking first round," Snoop said.

"Man, PAY THEM LADIES!"

Snoop added, "The women should be getting $500k per athlete. Snoop Dogg says so."

Obviously, his numbers are a little off ... but you get the point.

Congrats to the women!

Ex-UCLA Star Tyler Honeycutt Suicide Shootout Cost $178,000 ... Lawsuit Claims

Published | Updated

Ex-UCLA basketball star Tyler Honeycutt's suicide after a standoff with police officers last year caused nearly $200k in property damage ... so says an insurance company that is now suing Honeycutt's estate for the cash.

As we previously reported, cops were called to a place Honeycutt was renting in Sherman Oaks, Calif. back on July 6, 2018 to respond to a call about a man with a gun in the residence.

When they arrived, Tyler -- who had played for the Sacramento Kings from 2011 to 2013 -- fired shots at the officers ... and an hours-long standoff ensued.

Eventually, SWAT was able to break into the home -- but they found Honeycutt on the scene unresponsive.

Officials later declared Honeycutt dead ... and said he appeared to have shot himself at some point during the altercation.

Now, Amco Insurance Company is going after Tyler's estate for the incident, saying all the damages caused during the standoff totaled up to $178,476.56.

The insurance company claims in the lawsuit Tyler's actions created "severe" damage to the property, contents, fixtures and furnishings ... and now they want his estate to pay up.

Honeycutt was a star for UCLA hoops in the 2009-10 and 2010-2011 seasons. He earned All-Pac-10 first team honors as a sophomore.

NBA's Bobby Portis Fires Back At NY Knicks Haters ... We Can Take Brooklyn!!!

Published | Updated
Bobby Portis
KNICKS ARE STILL DANGEROUS

The NY Knicks did NOT take an L in free agency ... so says new signee Bobby Portis, who tells TMZ Sports his new squad now has enough firepower to compete with the Nets!!!

Of course, a lot of NBA pundits disagree ... slammin' James Dolan and the Knicks' front office for failing to sign guys like Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving earlier this month.

But, Portis -- who just inked a 2-year, $31 MILLION deal with the Knicks -- fired back at his team's haters, telling us NY's free agency haul is more than enough to make a good squad!!

"I know everybody is going to have something to say about every situation, but I feel like we got a good core and we're going to shock a lot of people."

FYI, after missing out on Durant, Kyrie and all the other big fish in the free agency ... the Knicks ended up with a haul of Portis, Julius Randle and Taj Gibson -- along with a few others.

So, is that team (plus top draft pick RJ Barrett) good enough to take down the crosstown rival Nets -- who DID end up with K.D. and Kyrie??

"Oh, yeah," Portis says ... "For sure. For sure."

The Knicks' season officially tips off sometime in October ... #CantWait!

Jon Jones Dances & Parties After UFC 239 Win Despite Wheelchair Exit

Published | Updated

Jon Jones powered through the pain after his big win Saturday -- 'cause he was up on his own two feet dancing the night away ... despite having to be wheeled out of the Octagon.

The light heavyweight champ -- who tied a record with his 13th title fight victory at UFC 239 -- was spotted partying it up after walking away with a split decision W. You can see Jon turning up at On the Record at the Park MGM casino and hotel.

He eventually got on the mic and thanked his fans for showing up and showing love, and then continued to boogie.

Jon and his opponent, Thiago Santos, both had to be rolled into the locker room after their brutal brawl, but Jon seemed to be doing better at the presser. He showed off some cool tricks in his chair, and was able to get up on the stage without much of an issue.

Tough son of gun right here -- but then again ... UFC glory has that effect on people.

Paul George Winning(s)!!! Gambles in Vegas Post-Kawhi/Clippers News

Published

Paul George took a victory lap after news broke that he's joining forces with Kawhi Leonard for the Los Angeles Clippers next year ... and landed with an even luckier hand in Vegas.

The now-former Thunder and future Clippers star was spotted Saturday playing a game of Baccarat in Sin City, where he apparently won a hand ... evident in his enthused fist-pumping.

PG-13 had every reason to smile here, even beyond the Vegas winnings. Dude has a legit shot at a title next with the Klaw in his home state, and he looks like he couldn't be happier.

In case you missed the big story from Friday night, George reportedly pushed OKC for a trade ... and the Clippers finally got a commitment from him after offering up a ton of picks in return. It was the final domino needed to sign Kawhi -- he had everyone in suspense by being the last big free agent to not sign somewhere, and now he's finally got his costar.

The NBA is about as even as it's been in years -- meaning no more super teams like the Warriors or the Heat -- and the Clips have just as much of a chance to win it all in 2020 as anyone else.

In the meantime, Paul's out here betting on himself. Congrats, dude.

NHL AJ Greer & Sonny Milano Arrested for Assault 'He Got in Our Face'

Published | Updated
UPDATE

4:55 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ AJ Greer made a statement to police after the alleged assault, saying ... "He got in our face." We're told police believe this could be a possible motivation.

Pro hockey players AJ Greer and Sonny Milano were arrested this weekend for allegedly beating up a guy ... this after the dude reportedly complained about a restaurant check.

The two players -- who play for the Colorado Avalanche and Columbus Blue Jackets, respectively -- were taken into custody early Sunday morning in NYC and booked for assault. We're told they were both given desk appearance tickets, and are due in court at a later date.

According to reports, the altercation took place at a Manhattan apartment where a 28-year-old man claims they punched and kicked him. Some outlets are reporting that the guy was pissed about a bill from just hours earlier at 1 OAK, where the NHL players had been.

It's unclear what his gripe might've been, but he reportedly suffered jaw and rib pain, as well as injuries to his neck and bicep ... and refused medical attention after calling cops.

The Blue Jackets released a statement about Milano, saying they're aware of the situation and will be reviewing the facts without further comment.

The Avalanche has yet to say anything about Greer.

U.S. Women's National Soccer Team Alex Morgan Twerks In Locker Room After World Cup Win

Published | Updated
UPDATE

3:10 PM PT -- The USWNT were ecstatic after winning the World Cup, and you can tell ... just check out star forward Alex Morgan twerking in the locker room afterward. She's surrounded by her teammates, most of whom are wearing champagne goggles, and they're cheering her on. Gotta love it!

UPDATE
UPDATE

2:21 PM PT -- Megan Rapinoe snuck a smooch in with her girlfriend, Sue Bird, after winning it all Sunday. Looks like Sue was up in the stands and met Meg halfway from down on the pitch. Talk about a picturesque moment, right?

UPDATE

The U.S. Women's National Soccer Team are champions once more -- beating the Netherlands 2 to zip ... and proving yet again, they're the best in the biz.

Despite the score, it was a pretty close game throughout -- that is, until Alex Morgan was awarded a penalty kick after a Netherlands defender kicked her foot dangerously high in the box. After a VAR review, the ref blew the whistle and signaled a PK.

Megan Rapinoe took the shot -- and, of course, sunk it into the back of the net. The game continued at 1-0 for a while until midfielder Rose Lavelle made a beautiful play up the field and took a strike that the top of the box that made its way past the goalie.

Lavelle's goal put the USA up 2-0, and it stayed that way for the rest of the game ... despite some scary moments from the Dutch side that could've equalized things.

Nothing went in for 'em though, and the USWNT went on to secure their second straight championship in 4 years. They went undefeated during this year's run to to the final.

Rapinoe -- a longtime vet, and one of the team's captains -- was given the prestigious Golden Boot award for scoring the most goals (6) in the least amount of time on the field. Her teammate, Morgan, scored the same number of goals and had the same number of assists, but got more playing time than MR ... so she got the silver boot.

Rapinoe is just the second American woman to win the Golden Boot -- the first was Michelle Akers in 1999.

Cheers to the Women's National Team on holding it down for the U.S. of A -- here's hopin' the men take a cue as they play in their own championship later Sunday.

UFC's Jorge Masvidal KOs BEN ASKREN IN 5 SECONDS ... Sets UFC Record!!!

Published | Updated

If you blinked, you missed it!!!

UFC star Jorge Masvidal set a UFC record Saturday -- knocking out Ben Askren in 5 seconds!!!

The two faced off at UFC 239 in Las Vegas -- after months of some serious trash talk between the welterweight stars.

When the opening bell rang, Ben -- a highly decorated wrestler -- put his head down and went for a takedown ... something Masvidal clearly expected.

Masvidal had clearly been training for that move -- and came sprinting out his corner with a flying knee that connected right to Askren's temple.

Askren was out cold before he hit the mat -- but Masvidal continued to smash him until the ref stepped in and stopped the fight.

Askren eventually woke up -- he was helped to the back where he was treated by medical staffers. He was later transported to a local hospital. Hopefully, he's okay.

As for Masvidal ... wow.

By the way, the previous record for fastest UFC knockout was 6 seconds.

Dennis Rodman Not Being Prosecuted ... In Yoga Theft Case

Published | Updated

Good news for Dennis Rodman ... TMZ Sports has learned the NBA legend is NOT being hit with charges in that apparent yoga studio clothing heist back in May.

A spokesperson for the Orange County D.A.'s office tells us, "No case has been submitted on Rodman" ... and they don't anticipate receiving one from the Newport Beach PD.

As we previously reported, the owner of VIBES Hot Yoga studio in Newport Beach says Rodman and the NBA Hall of Famer's friends jacked a bunch of clothes from his store in broad daylight on May 7.

The owner also accused Rodman and his crew of breaking -- and then taking -- a $2,500 crystal that was on display at the front desk ... and says the whole thing was caught on video.

THE BIZARRE VIDEO

Cops investigated the incident ... and a woman who was with Rodman -- Misty Ann Sacapano -- was eventually hit with a felony charge of grand theft as well as a misdemeanor charge of shoplifting.

But, Rodman will likely escape charges ... with the D.A. telling us, "We do not anticipate receiving a case from Newport Beach."

Rodman is still under investigation down in Florida for a separate incident ... where a 30-year-old man is accusing the former Chicago Bulls star of slapping him at a party in Del Ray Beach on May 17.

For his part, Dennis is denying involvement in it all ... telling us back in May, "nothing happened."

Ex-UFC Fighter Melvin Guillard Pleads Guilty ... To KOing Civilians

Published | Updated

Ex-UFC fighter Melvin Guillard pled guilty to knocking out civilians on TWO separate occasions ... but TMZ Sports has learned the guy won't have to spend more time behind bars after the pleas.

36-year-old Guillard first ran into trouble on June 15, 2018 when the former fighter was working as a bouncer at The Ginn Mill bar in Denver, Colorado.

Cops say a man walked up to the entrance of the bar and confronted Guillard ... and that's when they say Melvin pushed the guy and socked him in the face -- knocking him unconscious.

The second incident happened just a few months later on Sept. 3, 2018, when Melvin was a patron at Bar Standard in Denver.

Cops say Guillard threw punches and knocked another man out after a dust-up inside the club ... and in video obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see the full melee break out.

FISTS FLYING

Guillard was eventually hit with SIX total charges for the two incidents ... including multiple felony assault counts.

But, we've learned Guillard struck a plea deal with prosecutors last month, and in exchange for guilty pleas -- he won't have to spend more time behind bars.

In the bouncer case, we're told Guillard pled guilty to one count of assault in the second degree in order to have the other assault charge dismissed.

In the club brawl case, we're told Guillard pled guilty to one count of assault in the 3rd degree in exchange for having the other three charges of assault dropped.

Seems it was a good deal for Melvin -- who was facing MULTIPLE years in prison -- because court officials tell us the terms of his sentencing allowed him to not have to spend any more time behind bars due to the pre-sentence confinement he had already accumulated.

Court officials add Guillard was also hit with 2 years of probation and will be required to pay some sort of restitution as part of his plea agreement.

Guillard was a pretty promising MMA fighter when he first started out -- appearing on "The Ultimate Fighter" season 2. He famously scored a victory against UFC stud Jeremy Stephens back in 2010.

76ers to Jimmy Buckets Thank You So Much, Jimmy Buter!!! ... Botch His Last Name

Published

Jimmy Butler did a lot to put the Philadelphia 76ers in contention for a title last year -- and as a parting gift ... the team thanked him by misspelling his name.

Someone in the graphics department screwed up big time in the 'Thank You' tweet sent out Saturday by the team's official page -- spelling Butler as Buter. Weirdly enough, they tagged him correctly by writing, "Thank you @JimmyButler!"

Hey, at least they got the "Jimmy" right. Props?

The erroneous tweet was up for about 40 minutes before somebody noticed and took it down. Jimmy doesn't appear to have responded to it either.

We'd like to give Philly the benefit of the doubt and assume this is just a classic mistake -- BUT, it could also be seen as a slight ... if you're into that narrative.

Jimmy, of course, is no longer with the 76ers ... having signed a new contract with the Miami Heat in a 4-team, sign-and-trade deal. He was a free agent, and could've re-upped for another run with the Process, but opted to take his talents to Miami Beach instead.

Anyway, here's to Jimmy Buter and his memorable year in Philly. Cheers!!!

Blake Griffin
LEVEL PLAYING FIELD

Blake Griffin thinks Kawhi Leonard choosing the Clippers is "good for basketball" ... but warns the superstar that L.A. definitely has it's ups and downs!

Griffin would know ... he spent 8 seasons with the L.A. Clippers before being traded to the Detroit Pistons in early 2018.

In fact, Blake still spends a bunch of his time in Los Angeles -- he was at the famous Comedy Store on Friday night -- so, we asked him about Kawhi's big move.

"I think it's good for basketball, good for L.A.," Griffin told TMZ Sports ... "I think it'll bring a little bit more balance to the Los Angeles basketball scene, so its good!"

But, when we asked Blake if he preferred L.A. to other cites, the 30-year-old didn't try and sugarcoat his answer.

"No, to be honest. I think playing in another city now I see the advantages and disadvantages to playing in different places."

He added, "Everything has a positive and a negative. It just depends on what you value."

Of course, the Kawhi news is rocking the NBA world -- he's leaving his championship Toronto Raptors squad to play in L.A. with Paul George

Meanwhile, the Lakers added Anthony Davis to play with LeBron James ... so yeah, Blake's right -- L.A. basketball is gonna be crazy this season!
