Ex-NFL Star Aldon Smith Arrested For DUI ... Again

Published

More trouble for Aldon Smith ... the ex-NFL star was arrested (again) for allegedly driving under the influence.

Smith -- a former All-Pro linebacker -- was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of DUI in Mission, Kansas ... after cops say he was speeding and illegally changing lanes.

Officials say they suspected Smith was drunk ... so they put him through sobriety testing -- which he bombed.

Police placed him under arrest and hauled him off to Mission Police Department ... where he was processed.

Cops say they tried to administer a breathalyzer ... but Smith refused.

Officials then issued citations to Aldon ... and after he posted bond, he was released to a friend.

This ain't the 1st alcohol-related incident involving Smith ... he's been popped for at least 2 other DUI's in the past.

His drinking got so bad ... Aldon checked himself into alcohol rehab last March -- and his former fiancee told us she feared for his life.

Smith -- a former 1st-round pick -- hasn't played a down of professional football since 2015.

Cowboy Cerrone 'Good Health' After Nasty Injury ... No Broken Eye Bones!!!

Published

Cowboy Cerrone says that nasty injury he suffered at UFC 238 is not as bad as it looks ... 'cause he has NO broken bones in his eye and says he's "in good health."

Cerrone took a controversial L at the hands of Tony Ferguson on Saturday ... losing by TKO after the 2nd round. It was an EPIC, bloody battle before the doctor forced the fight to end due to Cerrone's eye being swollen shut.

After the fight, Cerrone went straight to the hospital and didn't talk to media ... and Dana White told reporters he had a broken right orbital bone.

Donald gave his first health update on Tuesday ... and the good news is that it's not as bad as everyone initially suspected.

"Thanks for all the message and concerns," Cowboy says. "Only air was in my eye. No broken bones nor cracked or broken orbital."

Cerrone added that he's down for the rematch with Tony ... and it sounds like everyone -- including Ferguson -- is on board with that.

Tiger Woods Denies Responsibility For Man's Death ... Wants Lawsuit Thrown Out

Published | Updated

Tiger Woods says he is NOT responsible for a man's death last year ... and wants a lawsuit against him thrown out -- this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

The golf legend is currently being sued by the parents of Nicholas Immesberger -- who claim Tiger, his girlfriend and Woods' The Woods restaurant all contributed to their son's drunk driving death in 2018.

In the initial lawsuit, Immesberger's parents say the 24-year-old worked as a bartender for Woods' restaurant in Jupiter, Florida.

They say Nicholas knew Tiger personally ... and, in fact, was recruited to work at the place by Tiger's girlfriend, Erica Herman, herself.

But, they say things took a terrible turn on Dec. 10, 2018 ... when they allege Nicholas was overserved alcohol after a shift at the restaurant -- and then allowed to get into his car.

Immesberger died on the drive home -- and was found with a blood-alcohol level of .256, more than 3 times the legal limit.

Now, Tiger is officially responding to allegations he was responsible for the death ... saying in court docs he shouldn't be a defendant at all in the case.

"Mr. Woods, in short, did not sell alcohol to Mr. Immesberger," the lawsuit states ... "He has no connections to the events described in the complaint."

As for Tiger's girlfriend, Herman has also filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit ... saying she, too, was NOT responsible for Immesberger's death, claiming she was not at the restaurant on the day of the accident.

For their part, Nicholas' family is seeking everything from medical and funeral expenses to other damages in their lawsuit.

Kylie Jenner & Jordyn Woods On Speaking Terms ... Brief Chat in Nightclub

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner's drama with Jordyn Woods is far enough behind them for them to say hello to each other in public -- but Tristan Thompson is STILL on their no-fly zone.

Kylie, Jordyn and Tristan were all partying Friday night at Bootsy Bellows, and people inside the nightclub tell us Kylie and Jordyn spoke with each other briefly inside the VIP area.

We're told Kylie was inside for about half an hour, and Jordyn was there for about 20 minutes ... and in that small window, KJ went down from her top-level section to say hi to JW, who was in a lower section.

The former BFFs flashed smiles as they said hello, and we're told their interaction wasn't awkward at all. As one source put it, the "good vibes" were flowing. Kylie and Jordyn weren't alone, there were some mutual friends around to help break the ice.

As you know ... Kylie and Jordyn's super close friendship ended back in February after Jordyn hooked up with Tristan at a house party. In the fallout, Khloe broke up with her baby daddy once again, and Jordyn was kicked out of Kylie's guest house.

So, all eyes were on Kylie and Jordyn as they made their way to Bootsy Bellows for the birthday bash of their longtime pal, Stassie Karanikolaou ... and things got even more interesting when Tristan popped up.

Tristan -- who was rolling with Drake, NBA baller Jordan Clarkson and Shaq's son, Shareef O'Neal -- walked up to Kylie and Kendall's section ... but we're told Kylie didn't talk to him, only Kendall did. Our sources say TT and Jordyn didn't communicate either.

By all accounts, Kylie's peace summit with Jordyn went well and it seems like they're getting more comfortable being around each other. They say time heals all wounds ... it's been about 6 months for the ex-friends.

Floyd Mayweather Drops Off Forbes' List ... Messi Takes Top Spot

Published | Updated

From #1 to not even listed ... Floyd Mayweather is NOT one of Forbes' highest-paid athletes of 2019 ... after taking the top honors one year ago.

The business magazine released its list of the richest ballers of the year ... and surprisingly, the boxing superstar nicknamed "Money" ain't on it.

The top 3 spots belong to footballers Lionel Messi ($127 million), Cristiano Ronaldo ($109 million), and Neymar ($105 million) ... and Canelo Alvarez ($94 million) and Roger Federer ($93.4 million) round out the top 5.

Look, this ain't a shot at Floyd -- considering he made more than double what Messi made this year in 2018 (he raked in $285 million thanks to the Conor McGregor fight) ...but it's interesting to see him fall out of the top 100 altogether.

Other notable athletes in the top 10 include Russell Wilson ($89.5 million), Aaron Rodgers ($89.3 million) and LeBron James ($89 million).

McGregor made the list at #21 with $47 million earned (last year he was #4 with $99 million).

As for cash made straight off endorsements, King James ain't at the top -- it's Federer, with $86 million made off the tennis court.

The youngest player on the list is 20-year-old French soccer star Kylian Mbappe with $30.6 million ... so he's got a few years to catch up to Messi.

While the rest of the Toronto crowd was CHEERING Kevin Durant's horrible Achilles injury during Game 5 of the NBA Finals ... Drake was actually really upset -- and even tried to console the NBA star.

KD's right calf popped midway through the 2nd quarter as the Golden State Warriors took on the Toronto Raptors ... and it was pretty obvious the injury was serious.

Raptors fans cheered as if the injury was a GOOD thing (gross) -- but you can see Drake was obviously devastated for his friend.

As Durant hobbled past the rapper to get to the locker room, Drake reached out and grabbed KD's shoulder while offering up some words.

You can see Drake mouth the word "F*ck" as he realizes Durant's injury is really bad.

After the game, it was reported KD will miss the rest of the Finals because of the injury -- the real question is how much of next season will he miss?

Durant posted a statement on the situation saying, "Dub nation gonna be loud as f*ck for game 6."

He added, "I'm hurting deep in the soul right now I can't lie but seeing my brothers get this win was like taking a shot of tequila, i got new life lol #dubs."

ALWAYS FEELIN' GOOD

John Cena's days in the WWE ring could be numbered ... with the superstar admitting he's been recently giving serious thought about hanging up his trunks for good.

The WWE legend was out in New York when he was asked by Adam Glyn about the disastrous match between The Undertaker and Bill Goldberg at Super Showdown on Friday in Saudi Arabia.

Goldberg suffered a nasty head wound during the match -- and both wrestlers are being criticized for a sloppy and dangerous performance. Some are calling for both wrestlers to retire.

Cena says when it comes to calling it a career, it's up to the individual and it's not his place to advise either wrestler.

However, Cena admits retirement is something he's been thinking about lately ... especially now that he's 42-years-old.

The difference between Cena and other wrestlers... Cena is in the middle of a booming movie career.

In fact, it was just announced he'll be joining the Fast and Furious franchise -- and Cena raved about how grateful he is to have the opportunity.

"I'm very grateful to Vin Diesel for certainly orchestrating it all and making it happen," Cena says.

Look, Cena probably won't retire in the immediate future -- and even when he does wrap up his wrestling career, he loves WWE so much, he'll likely always be a part of the WWE universe in one capacity or another.

Gale Sayers In Tears After Huge Ovation ... At Bears100 Celebration

Published

Haven't cried yet today? Here's something that'll change that ...

Gale Sayers -- who's battling dementia and is struggling daily to remember who he is -- showed up to the Bears100 celebration on Friday ... and got an ovation from the crowd that brought a tear to his eye.

The 76-year-old legend is struggling in his fight with dementia ... his wife, Ardie Sayers, says the former RB is having hard time speaking and moving.

In fact, she tells The Athletic he can't even sign autographs anymore because he can't write ... saying, "It's kind of sad because he used to love to write his name."

But, Ardie took Gale to the Bears100 celebration over the weekend in an effort to help "jog his memory," and his first appearance in front of the crowd was tear-jerking.

Sayers was pushed onto the stage in a wheelchair -- and the ovation was so loud ... it appeared Gale started crying.

The moment was awesome ... but when Sayers' ex-teammate and good buddy, Dick Butkus, spoke about Gale afterward, he called the whole situation "a tough thing."

“I call and check on him quite frequently," Butkus told the Chicago Sun-Times. "Sad deal. You’ve just got to be thankful for what you’ve got. I’ve got my problems with neuropathy and my balance. But, I’ve got no pain, and I still know who I am. I’m happy about that.”

Gale was one of the greatest NFL players ever ... famously scoring 22 touchdowns in his rookie season in 1965.

He was inducted into the Hall of Fame when he was just 34 years old ... and is still the youngest player to ever earn that honor.

ROCKIN' THE ROLLS

It ain't just for show ... Odell Beckham is actually USING that crazy $350,000 Browns-themed Rolls-Royce to get around L.A. ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Remember, Beckham recently tricked out his 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan to show off his team spirit -- with a custom Browns paint job, custom wheels and pimped out sound system.

Oh, and don't forget that custom hood ornament of HIMSELF making that iconic 1-handed catch!!!

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

But, OBJ didn't get the whip to collect dust in his garage ... 'cause when he hit up SHOREbar in Santa Monica over the weekend, he used the OBJ Mobile to get there.

There's a reason Odell wanted to make a statement when he arrived at the bar ... there were a TON of huge stars at the party including Drake, Lonzo Ball, Russell Westbrook and Utah Jazz star Rudy Gobert.

By the way, the car was tricked out by Dreamworks Motorsports in Roxboro, North Carolina -- and after the work was done, Beckham obviously had the car shipped out west.

Question is ... will he move it to Cleveland when the season starts too? Has to, right?!
