Hip-hop legend Uncle Luke says Ray Rice shouldn't be banned in the USA ... telling TMZ Sports he thinks it's time the exiled former star player get a second shot in the NFL.

Rice has been reinstated, but so far no NFL teams are taking a flyer on him -- but the 2 Live Crew frontman says he saw Rice's recent interview, and believes he's turned his life around.

Chicago Blackhawks superstar Patrick Kane is the subject of a police probe into an alleged bar incident involving another woman -- and there are reports it's a rape investigation.

The alleged incident went down at a bar in the upstate NY town of Hamburg ... just outside Buffalo. Kane is from the area and stays there in the off-season.

So far cops are keeping tight-lipped about the investigation ... which was first reported by the Buffalo News. It's unclear when this went down, but sources tell us Kane is known to frequent a few bars in the small town during the summer months.

Kane was arrested in 2009 for assaulting a Buffalo taxi driver over 20 cents. He pleaded guilty, and got off with an apology to the cabbie.

Terrell Owens and his San Fernando Valley house are parting ways one way or another -- either he's gonna unload it, or his bank is gonna snatch it so they can sell it.

The WWE just made a XXX-sized oops ... by naming a group of their Divas after a hardcore porn series -- which likely directed their fans toward the wrong kind of pile drivers.

During "Monday Night Raw," WWE unveiled Submission Sorority -- the new official team name for sexy Divas ... Paige, Becky, and Charlotte. Sure, it's a badass name ... but an Internet search for the team points you to tons of links for a porn series called HazeHer, produced by BangBros.

Social media went nuts after 'Raw' -- some people thought it was hilarious, but others were pissed kids could be exposed to porn.

BangBros traffic analyst Delilah Mcginnis says their web traffic shot up 56% overnight, and they saw a 35% rise in subscriptions.

Donald Sterling pulled the trigger -- doing what Shelly Sterling wouldn't -- filing to divorce his longtime spouse.

The former Clippers owner filed the docs in Los Angeles Superior Court ... about 2 weeks before the couple would have celebrated their 60th anniversary -- although it's debatable if there would have been any celebration at all.

As we've reported ... Shelly had actually prepared divorce docs last year -- she even signed the papers, but changed her mind at the last minute. That, of course, came on the heels of TMZ Sports breaking the story about Donald's racist recorded conversation with his alleged mistress V. Stiviano.

Chris Paul going up against NBA sophomore Elfrid Payton would normally mean lights out for the young Orlando point guard, but since their latest 1-on-1 battle came on a football field -- different story.

Lee was out in L.A. when we asked him about the Sacramento Kings adding Hall Of Famer Nancy Lieberman to their coaching staff ... the second woman to join an NBA bench after Spurs coach Becky Hammond.

EDM superstar Kaskade is officially VIP with the Chicago Bulls ... mascot, anyway.

Kaskade got seriously swagged out by Bennie the Bull, and in a video the 44-year-old posted ... he was as giddy as any teenager would be. Makes sense -- he grew up in a Chicago suburb near where the Michael Jordan-era Bulls practiced.

In return, Kaskade gave Bennie a bunch of glow sticks and 2 tickets (for him and some cow) to the Ultra Music Festival.
