Wanna see a Super Bowl hero completely fool a TMZ camera guy?

You're about to ... courtesy of Patriots star Malcolm Butler who told of our camera guys that he committed football SACRILEGE ... selling the truck Tom Brady gave him after the Super Bowl.

Butler snagged the interception that sealed it for the Pats (run the ball) but Brady won MVP honors ... and a shiny new whip which he then gave to the rookie hero.

Check out the clip -- Malcolm is pretty convincing and totally gets our guy to fall for his ruse before letting him in on the joke ... funny stuff.

3:11 PM PT -- The Clayton County P.D. tells us ... Buster was at work at the time of the kidnapping and was unharmed in the incident.

We're also told Buster's mistress had gone to Buster's workplace right BEFORE the kidnapping -- and told him she was MAD that Buster and his wife were going on a vacation together.

Cops say Buster insists he had no idea Brown was homicidal -- and didn't think the situation would escalate, which is why he did not call police.

Barnett is not a suspect or a person of interest.

The mistress of a former NFL player went berserk in Georgia -- kidnapping the man's wife and then killing her and herself after a high speed car chase ... this according to police.

Cops say the killer was the mistress of Buster Barnett -- a former tight end for the Buffalo Bills from '81 to '84.

Barnett's mistress, Lisa Brown, kidnapped Buster's wife, Sandra Barnett, and sped off in a Dodge Durango ... officials told 11Alive.com.

The Durango was spotted by police and a chase ensued -- through Georgia and into Alabama ... until the car suddenly stopped -- and that's when cops say Brown opened fire on Barnett and then herself.

No word if Buster was harmed in the incident.

NBA star Ty Lawson says he's finally getting treatment -- entering a rehab center for the next 30 days ... after his 2nd DUI arrest this year.

Lawson appeared in court in Denver moments ago for a hearing on his DUI arrest in Colorado back in January ... where a judge ordered him to be on monitored sobriety, instead of a SCRAM bracelet.

What that means is instead of having to wear an ankle bracelet 24/7 which constantly monitors the user's blood alcohol level, he'll have to routinely blow into a stationary B.A.C. monitoring device.

During the hearing, Lawson's lawyer also announced that he will begin treatment at a rehab center in Southern California beginning tomorrow.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the Denver Nuggets star was arrested for DUI in L.A. earlier this week. He's due in court for that case in August.

IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!!!!!

Charles Barkley -- owner of the WORST swing in the history of golf -- somehow found a way to ditch the remarkably awkward hitch in his stroke ... and now golfs like your average terrible player.

Miracle.

Barkley debuted the new swing at the American Century Championship tournament near Lake Tahoe ... and was APPLAUDED loudly by the crowd ... which was clearly expecting something more turrible.

FYI -- Barkley has finished dead last in the tournament on 5 separate occasions including last year.

Maybe there's hope ...

Here's video that allegedly shows NFL stud John Abraham PUNCHING SOME DUDE IN THE FACE at a strip club ... there's only one problem -- the video isn't exactly crystal clear.

Abraham was arrested and charged with battery for the attack on his ex-friend and business partner Vladmir Ako at the Pink Pony strip club in Atlanta on February 28th.

We spoke with Ako's attorney, Darl Champion Jr., who tells us Ako has also filed a lawsuit against the 5-time Pro Bowler ... claiming he suffered physical and emotional injuries.

Which brings us to the video ... shot on the surveillance system inside the strip club where things are pretty dark ... for obvious reasons.

You can clearly see a man strike another man 3 times -- but you can't make out the faces.

We're guessing Ako's lawyer has witnesses who will connect the dots -- which could be the key to victory.

Abraham is due in front of a court on the criminal side of things in October ... and a hearing in the civil matter is set for later this month.

Towns and Russell -- the top picks in this year's draft -- took a break from the NBA summer league recently and visited Floyd at his TMT gym to grab some pointers on being a superstar pro athlete.

Peter Berg got a ton of backlash for posting that meme featuring Caitlyn Jenner -- and now one of the haters is considering taking legal action against the director.

The issue? The meme features a pic of Jenner owned by a photo agency ... which immediately recognized Berg was using its property. So, now it's fired off a cease and desist letter to Berg's people ... demanding the photo be removed.

The agency, AKM-GSI ... isn't just upset the photo was used without permission (read: payment), it says it never would have allowed the pic to be used to mock Caitlyn.

Question -- How is Magic Johnson like Jesus?
