The inaugural "Hell Yes, I Banged Khloe Kardashian Conference" went down in Las Vegas ... when James Harden and Lamar Odom popped up at a Meek Mill concert.

The ENTIRE Florida State University football program is on THIN ICE ... so says the FSU president who called an emergency team meeting today to warn the guys to STOP PUNCHING WOMEN!!!!

After TWO FSU players were arrested for allegedly attacking females in Tallahassee in June -- FSU president John Thrasher says he delivered a stern warning to the players and coaches .... including head coach Jimbo Fisher.

"I reiterated to our players that they simply cannot put themselves in situations that reflect poor behavior or cause harm to others," Thrasher says.

(Translation: Stop punching women)

"They must remember that playing football for FSU is a privilege, not a right."

(Translation: Stop punching women or you're off the team)

"The actions of a few have the capacity to do serious damage to the reputation of our entire university."

(Translation: We don't all punch women. Just some.)

Thrasher added, "I also told the coaches what is expected of them" ... which includes providing mentors, teach life skills and "do whatever is needed to help our student-athletes be good students and good citizens."

(Translation: We might fire you if more players punch women. But also maybe not.)

Here's proof Conor McGregor wasn't the only UFC star who won in Vegas this weekend ... check out fellow MMA head-basher Nick Diaz posing with a trophy of his own.

Nick was in Vegas this past weekend for the big fight and hit up Wet Republic at the MGM Grand where he seemed to have both hands full ... with a super hot chick.

Turns out the woman in the bikini is named Heather -- and she's been close with Diaz for a while now.

Kim Kardashian just went off on the South ... declaring North the greatest direction of them all -- though she's clearly biased.

Donovan McNabb was adamant he was NOT DRUNK when he was arrested for DUI in Arizona after crashing into a car stopped at a red light ... despite the bottle of tequila in his trunk.

Don't worry ... despite the fact they killed each other in the octagon, they were super friendly at the hospital ... where Lawler was treated for a massive split lip.

And the best part ... they SMILED for the pic ... which, given their injuries, had to hurt like a BIATCH.

UFC badass Conor McGregor kept the Irish party train rollin' on Sunday -- extending his UFC 189 victory party to a crazy Vegas bikini party ... TMZ Sports has learned.

It all went down at the Foxtail Pool Club at the SLS Hotel ... where a barely bruised McGregor took in some sun with UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste ... while Ty Dolla Sign took care of the music.

Amazing McGregor even made it out Sunday -- considering he was partying his face off the night before ... hitting up Vegas nightclubs hours after he beat up Chad Mendes in UFC 189.

Guess he can sleep on the plane.

He's worth MILLIONS, but Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak saved a couple of bucks this weekend by stuffing himself into a coach seat on Southwest airlines ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Kupchak -- along with other members of the Lakers staff -- flew from LAX to Vegas ... where the team played against the Minnesota Timberwolves in an NBA summer league game.

By the way, Kupchak is 6'9" tall -- so it's a tight squeeze, even for a 45 minute flight!!!

The good news -- Mitch was the second guy on the plane so he was able to lock down the emergency exit row ... scoring himself a few extra inches.

But here's where things get interesting ... Lakers part-owner Jim Buss was also at LAX that day to fly to Vegas -- but did NOT get on the same Southwest flight.

Private jet, perhaps??

They destroyed their competition on the court -- but there was one last match for Serena Williams and Novak Djokovic last night ... an all out disco dance battle!

It all went down at the Wimbledon champion's dinner in London --where the two were onstage being honored by a bunch of fancy Brits ... when the band began to play "Night Fever" by the Bee Gees.

There was some awkward disco pointing by Novak ... a valiant effort ... but in the end, IT WAS ALL SERENA!

Afterward, Williams tweeted ... "Wimbledon champions/ Clowns 😜 congrats @djokernole we brought back the dance!"

Kim Kardashian's ex-husband was out in Hollywood this weekend -- hitting up Hyde nightclub with 5 CHICKS ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

Last we saw Kris, he was getting taunted with a "Kanye" chant during an NBA game ... but apparently, the ladies at Hyde didn't care -- following K.H. into the club like he was a frickin' boss.

BTW -- Humphries has reportedly made more than $50 MILLION during his NBA career.

Speed runs in Chad Johnson's family -- and the proof is in his 10-year-old daughter ... who's one of the fastest little girls in the country ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've spoken with a bunch of important people in the track and field world who tell us there's buzz around Cha'iel Johnson (aka "Moca") ... who posted a BLAZING 29.5 in the 200 meters in 2014.

She's only gotten faster since then and has been smoking people in major competitions across the country ... while speed training with her famous father.

In fact, Moca is set to compete in the 200m, 400m and 800m sprints at the National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships in Jacksonville later this month ... and Chad says he couldn't be more proud.

Johnson says he LOVES his daddy/daughter time -- and now that he's not in the NFL, he's had a lot more time to be a hands-on parent.

But Chad says it's important to keep Moca humble -- which is why he also races her full speed ... and dominates ... saying, "I want her to know there's room for improvement. But she's quick as hell."

7/16 -- Harden's lawyer, Tony Bisconti, tells TMZ Sports ... "Mr. Harden denied these false allegations and vigorously defended against this meritless lawsuit from the outset."

"As a result of Mr. Harden’s refusal to allow himself to be subjected to these baseless accusations, the plaintiff ultimately decided to drop the lawsuit, which was dismissed without the plaintiff receiving any monetary payment."

"We are pleased with the outcome and glad to have it resolved."

Remember when James Harden was accused of punching a Lakers fan in the face who told him "Kobe owns your ass?"

Well, seems Harden has finally thrown in the towel in that legal war ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story, Harden was sued by a guy who admitted taunting James on the way out of a nightclub back in 2013.

The accuser says James socked him in the kisser and flipped him off ... before speeding off into the night.

For his part, Harden never copped to the punch but said if -- and only IF -- he did it, the guy had it coming because he posed a threat to James and his friends.

They were poised for a legal showdown -- but now, we've learned Harden struck a settlement with the accuser ... essentially ending the case for good. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

More drama for Floyd Mayweather last night ... when an SUV in his motorcade crashed into a guy on a motorcycle -- as the boxer and his crew were on their way home from a nightclub.

Floyd had just made an appearance at One% nightclub in Kansas City ... when one of the 5 vehicles in Mayweather's TMT motorcade collided with the bike around 3AM.

It's unclear if Floyd was riding in the SUV involved in the accident -- but in video obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see Mayweather at the crash scene while people attend to the downed biker.

Emergency personnel raced to help -- but the biker's condition is unknown.

One witness at the scene told us it appeared as if the motorcycle clipped the back end of the SUV -- and the guy was ejected from his bike.

We also obtained pics which showed Floyd in the passenger seat of an SUV earlier in the night -- so it's unlikely he was driving.

We reached out to Mayweather's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

J.K. Rowling just went all AVADA KEDAVRA on some pathetic cyber troll -- EVISCERATING an "idiot" who talked smack about Serena Williams.

The "Harry Potter" creator was giving mad props to Williams on Twitter for winning Wimbeldon -- saying, "I love her. What an athlete, what a role model, what a woman!"

Enter some schmuck named Rob, who tweeted back at Rowling -- "Ironic then that main reason for her success is that she is built like a man."

That's when Rowling delivered the "drop the mic" moment -- posting a pic of Serena looking SMOKIN' HOT in a dress ... and adding the caption, "'she is built like a man'. Yeah, my husband looks just like this in a dress. You're an idiot."

A Buffalo Bills offensive line coach was arrested in Florida last night ... after cops say he went BERSERK on 3 boys who were fishing ... punching one in the face and threatening to kill him.

The Walton County Sheriff's Office say ... a tipster told them 48-year-old Aaron Kromer had confronted the boys at Inlet Beach over the use of some beach chairs that were left by a beach access point.

The boys told cops Kromer and his son were FURIOUS they were using the chairs -- so they grabbed the boys' fishing poles and threw them into the water.

Cops say Kromer then pushed one of the boys to the ground and punched him in the face ... while telling the boys to return the chairs to where they found them.

According to the WCSO, "The victim stated Kromer also told him if he reported him to the police he would kill his family."

Kromer was arrested Sunday morning for misdemeanor battery -- and booked into the Walton County Jail. He has since been released on bond.

The Bills have issued a statement saying, "We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering the facts."

When your smooth, hairless legs are worth a FORTUNE, ya flaunt what ya got ... at least according to international soccer superstar Neymar -- who busted out some ultra-micro tiny swim trunks this weekend in Vegas.

The Brazilian sensation -- easily one of the top 5 players in the world -- hit up the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn Las Vegas ... where he took in some sun before UFC 189.

During the pool party, Neymar kicked it with a ton of huge stars -- including Team USA champ Christen Press (above) ... and Houston Rockets superstars James Harden and Trevor Ariza.
