How bad do the New York Yankees want A-Rod to have his 3,000 hit ball back? So bad that the team is offering a smorgasbord of AWESOME pinstriped-themed goodies ... so says the guy who caught it.

We spoke to Zack Hample ... the lucky dog who snagged A-Rod's historic dinger, and he tells us the Yanks made an incredible offer to him the minute the MLB authenticated his ball.

According to Hample the deal included ...

- Seats in the "Legends" section of Yankees stadium

- A personal meeting with A-Rod

- His own press conference with the media

- Appearances on the YES network for the rest of the season

- A "sizable" donation" to the charity of Hample's choice (with A-Rod to match the donation)

FYI -- sitting in the swanky "Legends" section of Yankees stadium is a big deal, with tickets running up to $1,500 per game ... and include gourmet food and drinks for the whole 9 innings.

Hample says it ain't just the Yanks who want the ball -- with multiple auction houses and collectors offering big cash for the rock -- but he hasn't made up his mind about what to do with it just yet.

Rihanna partied with her new boyfriend and the old one who beat her.

It seemed like just another night at Henry's in West Hollywood Saturday at 12:52 AM when Rihanna showed up. Then -- 3 minutes later -- Chris Brown shows up and walks inside. There's no sign of Rihanna's new BF, soccer star Karim Benzema.

Fast forward to 2:01 AM. Chris leaves the club. Exactly 1 minute later, Rihanna makes her exit. And then, at 2:04 AM, Karim surfaces and leaves the club.

More trouble for Warren Sapp ... the NFL Hall of Famer has been named a suspect in a domestic violence investigation in Las Vegas ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a report has been filed against Sapp in which the 42-year-old is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a woman in a casino on April 28th.

We're told cops met with the alleged victim at a different location after the incident and took a report ... though Sapp was not present at that time. Law enforcement sources tell us the woman appeared to have suffered minor injuries.

Our sources tell us Sapp has NOT been arrested or charged with a crime at this point ... though cops are still investigating.

It's just the latest legal problem for Sapp ... who was arrested for soliciting and assaulting two prostitutes in Arizona back in February.

We reached out to Sapp for comment ... so far, no word back.

File this one under, "Duhhhh" ... but Travis Barker says dating smoking hot UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste is "awesome."

We broke the story ... the two have been dating for several months and are still going strong. So, when we saw the rock star in Calabasas yesterday, we had to get the update.

The good news ... dating a ridiculously attractive hard-bodied model is everything it's cracked up to be.

Bieber has one ... so does Jamie Foxx and Chris Brown -- but the guy who ignited the biggest sales boom of those new 2-wheeled scooters is Cavs star J.R. Smith ... TMZ Sports has learned.

It's called the PhunkeeDuck -- a foot-controlled motorized scooter -- and Smith was often seen zooming around on one during the NBA Finals ... watched by roughly 18.5 million people.

We spoke with PhunkeeDuck founder Max Waxman who tells us sales exploded thanks to the NBA Finals exposure ... "We did almost as many in sales as we had done in the prior 5 or 6 weeks."

And that's HUGE considering Bieber had been showing off his PhunkeeDuck to his 30 million Instagram followers and Foxx had brought his on "The Tonight Show."

"The exposure J.R. got us helped a tremendous amount. To have the whole NBA Finals audience see and talk about our product made a huge difference."

The on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again relationship with Draya Michele and Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick is back on in a big way ... 'cause they're ENGAGED!!!

Just one month after they called it quits, the "Basketball Wives LA" star announced that Scandrick suddenly popped the question at a movie theater in Sherman Oaks, CA.

"He got down on one knee and as soon as he started to talk I got nervous and couldn't help but to laugh hysterically. I was laughing and crying at the same time," Draya told People.

As for the ring ... we spoke to Orlando's famous jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills who tells us it's almost 7 carats, with a MASSIVE diamond in the center ... and it's valued at $400,000!!!

Draya and Orlando have been dating for roughly two years ... and for the past few months, Draya's been very clear that she wanted a RING on her finger.

Lamar Odom is turning to some famous boxers for support in the wake of the death of his close friend Jamie Sangouthai ... hanging with Adrian Broner and Zab Judah at an event in Vegas.

Odom had briefly returned to L.A. after he learned Jamie died -- and as we reported, he was taking the death very hard and friends were concerned that he would relapse.

But Odom is now back in Vegas ... and today, he was supporting Broner as the boxer weighed in for his big fight against Shawn Porter tomorrow night.

We're told Lamar has been friends with Zab for years (they're both from NY) and made plans to hang out this week while supporting Broner.

Odom appeared to be in a good mood at the event, smiling and talking to people.

Sorry atheists ... NBA players who have a good relationship with God are more successful than NBA players who don't ... so says Detroit Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings.

Jennings was at LAX today when he told us religion plays a huge role in the NBA ... "Before every game we always have a little bible study ceremony ... any city you go to, so it's pretty cool."

That's not the case with every team -- Doc Rivers, in an effort to respect different beliefs, reportedly does not allow team prayer in the Clippers locker room ... though he does lead a moment of silence before games.

Boston Red Sox star Pablo Sandoval broke the CARDINAL RULE when it comes to dropping a deuce during a MLB game ... so claims David Price who says Pablo needs to be smarter on the crapper.

As you've probably heard ... Sandoval was benched by the team after he got caught liking sexy photos on Instagram while the Sox were playing the Braves earlier this week.

Pablo later said he was using his phone while taking care of biz in the clubhouse bathroom ... and "f**ked up" by violating the team's no social media during games policy.

Which brings us to Price -- a 4-time All Star and Cy Young winner -- who tells us EVERYONE in the MLB uses their phones when nature calls, but ya GOTTA be able to show restraint and not leave a digital trail.

Phoenix Suns player Alex Len -- the 5th overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft -- was involved in a bad car crash in Arizona yesterday ... in which another car was flipped on its side ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A witness tells us ... Len was driving a black BMW SUV which collided with a blue Ford around 1:15 PM in Phoenix.

The witness says it appeared as if Len (pictured in the black tank top) was trying to help the other driver ... in the moments following the collision.

Emergency personnel raced to the scene. It didn't appear as if Len suffered any major injuries. No word on the condition of the other driver.

How much is MC Hammer enjoying the celebration parade for his Golden State Warriors in downtown Oakland today?

So much so that he rode a giant, fire-breathing snail along the parade route, flanked by the mayor of the city ... pretty freakin' epic if you ask us.

Hammer isn't the only huge Bay Area celeb at the parade ... Seattle Seahawks stud Marshawn Lynch is there too, but had to settle for riding with the team along the route.

NBA star Lance Stephenson tells TMZ Sports ... despite his disappointing 1 year run in Charlotte, he's still on good terms with the team's owner Michael Jordan.

Stephenson had a tough go during his stint with the Hornets -- and acknowledged it in his goodbye note to the city ... saying, "the past year didn't work out as I hoped."

In fact, one media outlet described him as "Michael Jordan's worst mistake" and Hornets general manager Rich Cho said Lance was never a "good fit."

Now that Stephenson's in L.A. to join his new team -- the Clippers -- so, we had to ask how he left things with His Airness ... and it sounds positive.

Boxing stud Andre Berto tells TMZ Sports ... he was HONORED that Floyd Mayweather would name him as a possible opponent for an upcoming fight -- and says he's ready to KNOCK FLOYD OUT!!!

Earlier this week, Mayweather said he "needs" a guy like Berto for his next fight in September -- though so far, nothing is set in stone.

We spoke with Berto who tells us being named is a "blessing" -- and says, "We were supposed to fight a few years back. This may be the time. I am older. I am wiser. I am focused."

Walker is 2-0 is his MMA career ... but the last time he got in the ring was back in 2011 when he was 48.

Still, when we saw Walker in NYC yesterday, he assured us he's still training hard and staying in shape ... telling us when it comes to fighting again, "Don't rule it out! Herschel Walker may be fighting again soon."
