Aaron Hernandez I Didn't Shoot Murder Witness in the Face ... To Intimidate Him

Published | Updated

Aaron Hernandez pled not guilty to witness intimidation -- denying that he shot his friend in the face to keep him from testifying in a double murder investigation.

According to the district attorney's office, Hernandez intimidated his friend Alexander Bradley -- who allegedly witnessed the tight-end shoot and kill Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu in 2012 over a spilled drink.

Hernandez has pled not guilty to the murder charges.

The Suffolk County DA believes Hernandez was paranoid about cops watching him after the murders ... and shot Bradley while driving home from a club in Florida.

Bradley survived, but lost an eye in the shooting.

FYI ... looks like Hernandez got some new prison ink too... a star on his neck included with the word "lifetime."

Interesting choice -- given his life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Tito Ortiz & Rampage Jackson Admit Defeat in Trash Talking Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Tito Ortiz and Rampage Jackson have tapped out ... settling a lawsuit with a former trainer over some remarks Tito made a few years back ... and we're told the trainer got a little cash for his troubles.

As TMZ Sports first reported, Juanito Ibarra sued Ortiz back in 2009 after Ortiz and Rampage gave interviews saying Ibarra was a "thief."

The lawsuit dragged on for years ... until now. The sides have come to a settlement, which we're told calls for Ibarra to get some money from the deal.

In announcing the settlement, Ortiz said in a statement, "Juanito didn’t steal from or take advantage of Rampage and he didn’t mismanage Rampage’s money it was all accounted for. I regret the effect my words had on Juanito’s life. Juanito is a trainer and manager of superior skills and the fact is, he helped to make Rampage a champion. Anyone would be blessed to be taught by Juanito."

Through his attorney, Samuel Smith, Ibarra released a statement as well, saying, "I'm glad our differences have been resolved. I wish Rampage and Tito the best."

Raiders or Rams ... Rams and Rams -- Los Angeles football fans are dying to find out which team returns -- and Warren G is already making a silver and black pledge in the pigskin civil war.

Warren was leaving Boulevard3 in Hollywood Wednesday night when we asked how excited he was about the possibility of the Oakland Raiders coming back.

The "Regulate" rapper admitted he did dabble in the Rams, in his foolish youth, while they played in L.A. -- but says he remained loyal to the Raiders even after they pulled up stakes ... and even though they've sucked hard for a while now.

As for his cousin Snoop Dogg's Steelers allegiance? Warren and our photog have some questions.

Ray Rice Domestic Violence Wiped From His Record

Published | Updated

Ray Rice is officially no longer a domestic violence offender -- the charges from the elevator beating of his then-fiancee have been dismissed and expunged.

The former Baltimore Ravens star completed a pretrial intervention program, and the Atlantic County D.A. sent a dismissal order to the court. Judge Michael A. Donio signed the order early Thursday morning.

As we previously reported, Rice struck a deal with prosecutors -- he was initially indicted on a charge of felony aggravated assault, but the D.A. lowered that to simple assault, a misdemeanor. The deal was controversial ... especially after TMZ Sports first posted the video of Rice inside a casino elevator, brutally knocking Janay Palmer unconscious.

According to docs, Rice was in the supervised intervention program for 12 months. He also had to pay a $125 fine.

So, Rice has now put the criminal case behind him -- and late last year NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell reinstated him, but Rice has not been picked up by a team yet.

Sources connected to the case tell us ... the accuser claims there are multiple incidents dating back to 2010.

We're told the case was first reported to officials in Colorado back in November -- but the case was forwarded to Texas, because that's where the accuser says the alleged incidents took place.

FYI -- Smith played for the Houston Texans from 2009 to 2013.

Healey tells us, "We're trying to discern the truth from the untruthfulness of the claim to decide what charges, if any, will be filed."

A rep for the Broncos tells TMZ Sports, "Last night, we became aware for the first time of an allegation involving Antonio Smith. We are now in the process of gathering more information."

Ex-WWE Star Tammy Sytch Porn Stars Gushing for Her Sex Debut ... She Can Pin Me Anytime!

Published | Updated

Former WWE star Tammy Sytch is being welcomed in the porn star sisterhood with open arms -- and other stuff -- because the sex game's biggest names say she comes pre-trained for sex-on-cam.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Tammy, aka Sunny, is close to inking a six figure deal with Vivid Entertainment, and porn star Joanna Angel says she will fit right in -- "Porn is just like wrestling, it's sex on steroids, exaggerated. Wrestling is kinda like fighting on steroids ... it's the same thing."

For the record ... the WWE vehemently frowns on steroids.

That being said ... if Tammy wants to shoot a wrestling themed porn for her debut -- she'll have her pick of co-stars. Missy Martinez told us she's game to go a few rounds -- and Tanya Tate said, "She’s the first ever WWE Diva. I’d like to get pinned by her! Tag me in."

As for the big swinging male stars -- Nat Turner says what Tammy's really got going for her is ... "Dude's have been obsessed with her for years so she's already got the fan base. The more the merrier."

Mark Cuban Tiger Killed Me Slowly, But Surely At Poker Tables

Published | Updated

Mark Cuban suffered a slow, painful poker death at the hands of Tiger Woods, but wants to make it clear ... he's still got a few pennies left to invest on "Shark Tank."

Cubes tells TMZ Sports, Tiger did hit him hard during the charity poker tournament in Vegas last weekend, and says Tiger's secret weapon was being a "very patient" player. Odd, since Woods is known to be anything but than when he's stinking up a golf course.

And the Mavericks owner says, despite the hysterical video he posted of Tiger's poker face right after their game -- he didn't lose everything. He says, "We didn’t have any big bets like people made it seem."

In other words, Cuban was just billionaire broke -- as in, still filthy rich to the rest of us -- and only until he walked 20 feet to the nearest ATM.

Who are we kidding? Someone delivers his cash to him.

2-year-old Riley Curry stole the show Tuesday night when Steph brought her to the podium following Golden State's Game 1 victory over the Houston Rockets ... and she hammed it up like a champ!

Several members of the media bitched that Riley's antics made it difficult for reporters to do their jobs ... including two big shots from ESPN -- Brian Windhorst and Skip Bayless.

But we spoke with NBA Sr. VP of Communications Tim Frank who tells us there is no current policy against players bringing their kids to the podium ... and there are no plans to change it, despite the criticism.

By the way, we also reached out to multiple children's talent agencies who tell us they LOVED Riley -- and think she displayed real "star quality" last night.

Just sayin' ...

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather is flossin' a ridiculously rare man-bag ... and it costs more than your CAR!!!!

The boxer just touched down in Georgia this morning ... flaunting one of his favorite expensive purchases -- a diamond Hermès HAC 50 bag made out of crocodile skin.

We spoke to someone from Hermès who told us the bag isn't being sold in stores -- and therefore, it MUST be a custom job (Pharrell had a custom Hermès bag made in 2007).

So, we went to the The Money Team looking for answers ... and one of Floyd's top TMT guys told us Floyd paid around $150k for the bag, which is accented with 245 diamonds on the metal hardware.

It's a drop in the bucket for Floyd who claimed he made around $200 million for the Pacquiao fight.

And he's not done spending yet ... Floyd tweeted to his people in Atlanta -- "Anyone know what time the stores open up? I need to pick up a few items for the [Atlanta Hawks] game tonight."

OVER IT

He's in the Basketball Hall of Fame ... but Gary Payton tells TMZ Sports he doesn't like the sport anymore -- essentially saying he's completely burned out when it comes to hoops.

The Glove was leaving Mastro's Steakhouse in Bev Hills when we asked who he's got in the NBA playoffs.

But his answer was interesting -- Payton basically says he's not really following the league because he's more interested in OTHER sports ... namely football and baseball.

So why the distaste for basketball?

"It's hard for somebody to like something when you played it so long."

Don't worry, Payton has found other hobbies ... dominoes and shooting pool ... and of course, when he plays there's A LOT of trash talk.

NBA's Kenny Smith KNICKS ARE CURSED ... Lakers Are Relevant

THAT'S GOTTA HURT

The NY Knicks must have done something terrible to someone in a past life, 'cause they're more cursed than the John Madden cover ... so says "Inside the NBA" star Kenny Smith.

Of course, Smith's reacting to the Knicks getting the #4 pick at Tuesday night's NBA Draft lottery ... after getting beat out by Minnesota (#1), the Lakers (#2) and Philadelphia (#3).

FYI -- the way the lottery works, the teams with the worst record have the best odds to get the #1 pick ... and the Knicks had such a bad record this season, they had the SECOND best odds to get the #1 pick in the lottery. Instead, they got screwed.

You gotta check out Kenny's analysis -- it's pretty hilarious.

But good news for Lakers fans ... Smith says the Lake Show is actually relevant again and COULD be a playoff contender -- but it all comes down to one very important factor.
