Fully inflated balls wouldn't have changed the outcome of the AFC Championship game ... the Pats still would've won BIG ... so says someone who was there, Colts linebacker Erik Walden.

Walden -- who racked up 5 tackles in that game -- says it's "gross" that Brady would resort to cheating ... but says, "I don't think that s**t made a difference in our game."

For the record, the Pats beat the Colts 45-7.

"They're already hard to beat and now we know they do that extra s**t to win. They're coming at you from every angle."

Walden added, "It's unfortunate that they did this, but they're still the champs. You gotta give them credit, they did it, and they got away with it, and they won the Super Bowl."

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Ahmad Brooks has been accused of sexually assaulting a passed out woman at a then-teammate's home ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

The woman making the allegations is the same woman who previously claimed she was raped by Ray McDonald ... a former 49ers defensive end who now plays for the Chicago Bears.

McDonald had sued the woman for defamation ... after the San Jose PD investigated the allegations but dropped the case due to insufficient evidence.

Now, the woman is firing back in the defamation lawsuit -- claiming she believes there is SURVEILLANCE VIDEO from the night in question ... which shows part of the alleged sexual assault.

According to the docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the woman says on December 14th, 2014 she was at McDonald's home and slipped and fell on the deck around his swimming pool, knocking herself unconscious for more than 8 minutes.

While she was blacked out, the woman claims the video will show McDonald's friend Brooks "groped her person in a sexual manner."

She claims McDonald then carried her up to his bedroom where he had sex with her ... without her consent.

The woman -- who hired Gloria Allred as her attorney in the matter -- is going after McDonald for assault and battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. Ditto for Brooks. She and Allred just held a news conference to talk about the case.

We've reached out to Brooks for comment -- so far, no word back.

Tom Brady consciously cheated in the AFC Championship "Deflategate" game ... the game before the Super Bowl ... so says the guy charged with investigating the scandal.

The NFL just released the results of Ted Wells' investigation into Deflategate ... which says it is "more probable than not that New England Patriots personnel participated in violations of the NFL Playing Rules and were involved in a deliberate attempt to circumvent those rules."

The report also says, "We also have concluded that it is more probable than not that Tom Brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of [the locker room attendants] involving the release of air from Patriots game balls."

The report says ... when people began to get suspicious about the balls, the locker room guys began communicating with Brady by phone and text messages with "significantly increased frequency."

Investigators also say the men who deflated the footballs "received valuable items autographed by Tom Brady the week before the AFC Champsionship game."

As for Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick ... Wells says the investigation shows there was NO evidence to support theories that they were involved in Deflategate.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft issued a statement saying, "To say we are disappointed in its findings, which do not include any incontrovertible or hard evidence of deliberate deflation of footballs at the AFC Championship game, would be a gross understatement."

Kraft added, "We will accept the findings of the report and take the appropriate actions based on those findings as well as any discipline levied by the league.”

Former Baltimore Ravens running back Damien Berry -- who started for the Miami Hurricanes in 2010 -- was arrested this morning in Florida ... after allegedly bouncing more than $100k in bad checks.

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... the 25-year-old, who was part of the Ravens 2013 Super Bowl championship team, is currently locked up in Lee County jail on a warrant from Maryland.

We're told Berry is facing 1 count of bouncing a check over $100k and 1 count of unauthorized removal of property.

In other words, it seems like officials believe he bought something with bad checks ... and illegally took possession of the goods.

Legal weed in Washington D.C. means legal munchies in Washington D.C. ... which could be HUGE for the pizza business ... and NFL star Pierre Garcon says he's ready for the boom!!!

The Washington Redskins wide receiver -- one of the founders of SpinFire Pizza -- just opened his 2nd location ... this one just miles from the nation's capital, where weed became legal back in March.

"Hopefully, it helps my business," Garcon joked with TMZ Sports ... "but hopefully, not too many people get in trouble with the marijuana in the league."

As far as the pizza business goes, Garcon says he's trying to catch up to Peyton Manning ... who owns 21 Papa John's locations in the Denver area -- and is CRUSHING it, btw.

Dave -- who occasionally trains at Manny's Wild Card Boxing Club gym -- was out in L.A. Tuesday and told us something that virtually NO ONE has said about the fight ... "I enjoyed it."

So, why did the fight get so much hate from critics?!

Dave says he thinks it's because a lot of people who don't usually watch boxing tuned in ... and "they don't understand that it was a pretty good fight."

Former NBA star Larry Johnson isn't broke at all, and actually stashed $26 million in a private account years ago ... according to one of his FOUR baby mamas.

TMZ Sports broke the story... Johnson filed for bankruptcy in March. According to court docs, some of the debt is owed to his myriad maternal units.

Now, Laura Tate -- one of those mothers -- has filed docs saying Johnson has only been paying her $1,000 per month for child support ... when he's supposed to be forking over $11k. She also says he set up a trust in 2006, and filled it with the $26 mil.

Tate wants the judge to liquidate LJ's assets so she can collect $870k. She's also got beef because she says some of the other baby mamas are getting more than her.

Former NFL wide receiver Titus Young is getting one year of probation for each person he attacked during a 2 month rampage at a mental health facility.

Young was sentenced Tuesday in L.A. for 5 batteries he committed last year at Augustus Hawkins Mental Health Facility. We broke the story ... Young attacked his attorney, along with four other patients.

In addition to the 5 years of probation ... Titus must remain at a mental health facility -- not Augustus Hawkins -- for the next year. He was given credit for 99 days served.

It's pretty much the same as the Nevada suit, but the plaintiffs in L.A. have included Mike Tyson as exhibit A the fight was crap. They point out Iron Mike called it "the Dud of the Century."

They're also looking for at least $5 million.

Manny Pacquiao and his fight promoters have been hit with a class action lawsuit by people who claim he screwed fans, Pay-per-view buyers and gamblers out of serious money by not disclosing his shoulder injury before the Mayweather fight.

TMZ Sports has obtained the lawsuit filed in federal court in Nevada ... in which Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran are suing on behalf of a class that feel cheated.

In the suit, Vanel and Rahbaran claim they are fighting "on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event."

The plaintiffs are suing Pacquiao, Bob Arum, Top Rank Boxing and others for consumer fraud -- and they're demanding at least $5 MILLION in damages.

Our photog in D.C. spotted Cornell McClellan, a member of the President's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition -- and, more importantly, the man who keeps B.O. and the whole First Family in shape.

McClellan said it's not as tough as you'd think to bark out commands to the leader of the free world -- since, as he puts it ... Obama is "raging against death." Kinda strange for a guy who's only 53, but whatever.

In the blink of an eye, Chris Brown is no longer wanted for battery.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the guy who accused Brown of punching him early Monday morning during a basketball game in Vegas called the cops on Tuesday and told them he wanted to drop the case. He did not explain why.

At that point it was a no-brainer ... cops closed the case.

Travis Barker has decided to enter the UFC ... sorta ... 'cause he's dating the league's most famous ring girl, Arianny Celeste.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... the two have been dating for several months. We're told they met at one of Travis' concerts and the sparks flew from there.
