Marc Anthony Sells L.A. Party Mansion ... to NBA Star
Now that he's finally married (again) Marc Anthony has finally gotten rid of his bachelor pad ... selling his insane L.A. mansion to another rich single guy ... NBA star JaVale McGee.
TMZ Sports has learned ... McGee snatched up Anthony's 6,262 square foot party palace in Encino, CA -- a super private, Spanish-style estate -- for $2.25 million.
The place is perfect for summer bashes -- with a cool bar set up in the backyard, next to a huge pool ... with a cabana, fire pit and it's own private guest suite.
In total -- 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, with a wine room, state of the art theater ... and super high ceiling ... perfect for its new 7-foot owner.
Anthony bought the place back in 2013 -- after he had separated from Jennifer Lopez. He has since moved on ... marrying model Shannon de Lima back in November. As we first reported, Marc and Shannon upgraded to an even MORE EXPENSIVE mansion back in February.
As for McGee, he's unemployed at the moment -- but the 27-year-old has made more than $30 MILLION during his NBA career.
New England Patriots President Cracks Deflategate, Gronk Jokes
President Barack Obama went in way harder on the New England Patriots than Seahawks coach Pete Carroll did in in the Super Bowl -- unloading a ton of jokes poking fun at the champs.
Obama had his A-game working as he ripped Bill Belichick, Rob Gronkowski and even attempted a Boston accent. Fittingly, the joke that fell most flat ... his Deflategate material. The Pats did not seem amused.
Darrelle Revis was also at the event ... which could've been awkward since he left the team this offseason to sign with the rival NY Jets.
Pats' Super Bowl hero Malcolm Butler (who was singled out by Obama) told TMZ Sports it was no big deal having him there. "We all went to war together, we all practice and work hard together. He earned it just like we did."

Mayweather vs. Pacquiao Ticket Delay Explained Pissing Match Over Good Seats
The delay over the sale of the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao tickets was all about GOOD SEATS -- with Manny's team holding up the deal because they felt Floyd's team got the better quality tickets.
Here's the deal ... sources connected to the negotiation tell TMZ Sports ... the sides had agreed to split 9,600 tickets evenly between Team Manny and Team Floyd for the May 2nd fight.
Team Manny includes Bob Arum's Top Rank Boxing and HBO. Team Floyd includes Al Hayman's company and CBS. Each side got 4,800 tickets.
But the rift, we're told, all had to do with seat location -- with Manny's people claiming Floyd's camp got the better tickets because of Mayweather's relationship with the MGM Grand.
As one source put it ... "Floyd's camp got more seats in the first few rows, including the front row, and that's a big deal." We're told Manny's camp demanded equality.
We're told Manny's camp refused to lay down on the issue -- thus delaying the ticket release indefinitely. And Wednesday, with 10 days 'til the fight, CBS honcho Les Moonves stepped in.
Sources say there was an emergency meeting in which Les stepped in and "played Solomon" (a reference to the biblical figure's negotiating expertise) ... and fixed the situation.
Now, we're told the ticket distribution is equal ... both sides are happy ... and once again, Les is the hero.

Gronk, Edelman, Belichick, Bob Kraft and more were all suited up and fired up for their meeting with President Obama ... a meeting they earned by winning the Super Bowl.
So why no Brady? The QB reportedly had to pass on the White House trip due to a family obligation -- though, it's unclear what that obligation is.
By the way, Brady has been to the White House for the celebratory meet-and-greet 3 times before ('02, '04 and '05) ... but there was a different POTUS back then, George W. Bush.

NY Congressman Peter King DON'T CELEBRATE A-ROD Home Runs Are Tainted
With Alex Rodriguez just 2 home run from tying Willie Mays as #4 on the all-time MLB home run list ... NY Congressman Peter King says NO ONE should celebrate ... 'cause A-Rod's a dirty cheater.
In fact, the Yankees are practically ignoring A-Rod's impending accomplishment (odd since the Yanks usually celebrate EVERYTHING) ... but King says it's definitely the right move.
"I think they're right because it's obvious that so many of [A-Rod's] home runs were tainted," King told TMZ Sports.
"I think it would be wrong to be celebrating ... since for all we know, hundreds of those home runs probably occurred when he was taking steroids."
Of course, Rodriguez has admitted to using illegal performance enhancing substances -- and was suspended for the entire 2014 season.
But even if the Yanks do acknowledge the milestone, Alex still has a huge incentive -- the guy will get a $6 MILLION bonus if he ties or breaks the record.

Dallas Cowboys' Greg Hardy Suspended by NFL For Domestic Violence
Dallas Cowboys' defensive end Greg Hardy just got hit with a tough penalty -- he's benched for 10 games without pay, after the NFL determined he brutalized his ex-girlfriend.
A 2-month NFL investigation determined Hardy attacked Nicole Holder 4 times. They concluded in May 2014, he:
-- used physical force that landed her in a bathtub
-- used physical force that landed her on a futon that was covered with 4 semi-automatic rifles
-- grabbed her by the neck, leaving visible marks
-- shoved her against a wall
Hardy, who was playing for the Carolina Panthers at the time, had been convicted of assault, appealed and had an automatic right to a new trial. But the second time around Holder refused to cooperate and the charges were dropped.
The Panthers deactivated Hardy in September, shortly after the Ray Rice graphic video surfaced, and Dallas picked him up last month.
It's one of the harshest punishment meted out by the NFL for domestic violence.
