Here's a video of an insane Wisconsin fan ... JUMPING OFF A STREETLIGHT ... in the middle of a "We Just Lost the NCAA Championship" party in Madison Monday night.

You can see the crowd of people below sort of break the guy's fall -- and a bunch of people in bright vests (probably cops) rush in to handle the situation.

We spoke with a rep for the Madison PD who tells us the jumping was really an isolated moment of stupidity -- and for the most part, the students and fans were pretty peaceful.

As for the post-game party stats in Madison -- 5 arrests (but of those only 2 people were booked).

No property damage or injuries were reported ... so, we're guessing jumper guy is ok.

He couldn't hack it on the field ... and now, Michael Sam's been axed from the ballroom as well.

The first openly gay man to be drafted into the NFL found himself on the wrong end of the chopping block on "Dancing with the Stars" Monday night ... after his final rumba didn't cut it with the judges.

Sam became the 3rd contestant eliminated from the show ... following Charlotte McKinney and Redfoo.

FYI -- Suzanne Somers, "Bachelor" Chris Soules and Rumer Willis still remain.

Now, Sam is faced with a decision -- try to battle his way back into the NFL ... or give up and focus on a career in pop culture.

Whatcha gonna do brother, when a former wrestling star (allegedly) threatens to KILL YOU!?

Well, if you're Hulk Hogan -- you call the cops ... because that's exactly what happened during an alleged incident in San Jose involving Hulk's former wrestling ally Scott Steiner.

Here's what we know ... Hulk's wife Jennifer flew into San Jose for WrestleMania on March 26th -- and claims Steiner grabbed her at baggage claim and said he plans to "kill Terry" [Hulk's real name] as soon as he lands.

Sources close to the Hogans tell us ... Jennifer didn't recognize Steiner and called Hulk immediately -- who took the next flight into S.J. and went with her to file a police report early the next morning.

We're told cops are now investigating Steiner for "felony terrorist threats" -- and so far, officials have already gathered airport surveillance video which we're told shows Steiner confronting Jennifer.

As for Steiner, he's been very public about his dislike of Hogan for years -- and blames him for the demise of WCW wrestling ... where Scott and Hulk were allies in the NWO.

We reached out to Steiner for comment -- who told us, "Typical Hogan. He's just a punk."

With a baby on the way, Washington Redskins QB Robert Griffin III tells TMZ Sports he's been getting all sorts of advice from people on how to prepare for life with a kid.

So, we had to ask ... what's the best piece of advice he's received so far?

RG3 and his wife Rebecca announced the pregnancy back in February ... and if we assume she was 12 weeks at the time (usual announcement time) ... she's probably around 20 weeks now.

Which means the kid's due around the end of August ... right before the season kicks off.

It's been 25 years since Cole Trickle punked Russ Wheeler and took the Daytona 500 ... but according to Jeff Gordon, it's time to get his ass back on the track ... in a "Days of Thunder" sequel!

FYI -- after the movie came out in 1990, there were rumors that Cole was loosely based on Gordon (even though it was really based on the late NASCAR driver Tim Richmond).

David “Devilfish” Ulliott -- a British poker player who got famous on "Late Night Poker" -- died Monday following a battle with colon cancer. He was 61.

Ulliott's son announced he "died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones."

Ulliott was just diagnosed in February, and doctors didn't give him great odds ... saying it was really just a matter of time.

He amassed $4,364,305 in tournament earnings and is survived by his wife Anpaktita and their eight children.

The Game is being sued for that punch he threw last month during a basketball game ... a punch the victim says may have screwed up his brain.

According to a lawsuit filed Monday, Onyebuchi Awaji -- an off-duty rookie cop -- claims he did nothing to instigate the March 29th fight with Game.

Awaji claims Game nailed him with a sucker punch that may have caused brain damage.

Not only did Awaji claim Game sucker punched him, he says Game fled the scene as soon as he heard cops were called.

Walmart thinks Ronda Rousey should be sold, and not seen -- the retail giant denies banning her upcoming book from its stores, but there's a catch.

A report circulated all weekend that Walmart was refusing to sell Ronda's "My Fight, Your Fight" ... because she's "too violent." That sounded ridiculous, considering what the UFC champ does for a living, but turns out there might be something to it.

Spokesperson Danit Marquardt tells TMZ Sports ... Walmart has been anticipating Ronda's book release since last September, and you can already pre-order it on the company's website.

However, she did confirm the book will not be on display in Walmart stores. You can pick it up in the store if you order it online. In other words ... the book will be in the stock room, but not out for customers to see.

Nicki Minaj is cashing in on the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight -- headlining a HUUUGE concert after the brawl ... with VIP packages going as high as $10,000-a-pop!

TMZ Sports has learned ... Nicki -- along with Funkmaster Flex, Sevyn Streeter and Jeremih -- will be performing at Chateau nightclub at the Paris in Las Vegas directly following the fight.

Tickets start at $80 ... but gets more expensive the more baller you get.

The top V.I.P. package runs about $10k and includes 10 tickets, a V.I.P. table, 4 bottles of Belvedere Vodka, 4 bottles of Dom Perignon Rose Champagne, 2 bottles of Hennessy, 24 Waters & 24 Red Bulls.

Rihanna knows where Indiana lawmakers can stick their Religious Freedom Restoration Act -- and basically told 'em to their faces during a performance in the state capital.

Mickey Rourke doesn't know who the hell Rob Gronkowski is ... doesn't care either ... 'cause the actor tells TMZ Sports he practically gave up on the NFL when Dan Marino retired.

The "Iron Man 2" star was out in L.A. this weekend -- and we asked if he had any tips for athletes like Gronk who are trying to make it in Hollywood.

Rourke's answer is hilarious ...

"What made them great athletes is gonna make 'em good actors ... they've got discipline and f**king that kind of sh*t," Rourke said.

"You don't have to be a rocket scientist to be an actor."

Matt Stafford is officially a married man -- tying the knot with longtime girlfriend Kelly Hall ... and every single guest got a FREE PAIR OF NIKES!!!!

The two got married in a lavish ceremony in Atlanta on Saturday night -- in front of friends, family members and several Detroit Lions teammates including Golden Tate (pictured below) and Joe Fauria (above left).

Sylvester Stallone is a regular Monty Hall -- 'cause he's got an interesting proposition for Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather ... and it all has to do with "The Expendables."

With reports that Sly already offered Pacman a role in the upcoming "Expendables 4" -- we asked Stallone if he would put the role up for grabs ... winner of the fight gets the gig.

But Stallone had a better idea -- "Here's the deal. I'll take their salary and they can have the WHOLE thing."

So, let's do the math -- Floyd's expected to make at least $150 mil. Pac will do around $100 mil.

But get this ...

"The Expendables" franchise has already pulled in around $800 MILLION on worldwide box office sales ... and with at least TWO more movies reportedly in the works, not including 2 possible spin-offs (a female cast version and an Antonio Banderas spin-off) ... there's A LOT of potential.

If they can do it in the NBA, there's no reason female refs can't kill it in the NFL too -- so says Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick who says he's excited for Sara Thomas to make history.

"I look forward to it," Scandrick said in L.A. this weekend ... "I'm sure she'll get the adequate training and she'll be fine."

There are people who are concerned that Thomas is putting herself in harm's way -- due to the risk of being hit during a play -- but Orlando says that's BS and says he's convinced she can hack it.

FYI -- Thomas is a 41-year-old mother of 3.

Floyd Mayweather is so MONEY -- his mouthpieces are stuffed with REAL $100 BILLS ... TMZ Sports has learned.

This is no joke ... we've learned Floyd pays roughly $25,000-a-pop to get custom grill-protectors from NYC-based dentist Dr. Lee Gause -- one of the most famous mouthpiece makers in pro sports.

So why the high price tag?

Well, the fact Floyd often customizes his guards with things like gold flakes, diamonds and real $100 bills (sealed inside the mouthguard) ... ups the price from the regular pieces.
