Marlon Wayans just offered to resurrect Tim Tebow's QB career ... telling TMZ Sports he feels like Tebow could come in right now and contribute quality minutes ... to his 12-year-old son's football team.

Marlon was at Craig's in West Hollywood when we asked the "Haunted House II" star about Tebow's unsuccessful tryout with the Eagles earlier this week.

Check out the clip -- Marlon says that he's a fan of Tim ... so much so that he thinks the 6'3" 236 lbs. QB may just have a place in a league full of players who'll be of drinking age in 2024.

Kellen Winslow Jr.'s NFL career might be over, but he's decided to channel his competitive drive and focus on DOMINATING a whole new sport ... cycling.

The former Pro Bowl tight end -- who played 10 seasons in the NFL -- has been training like a maniac ... already dropping from 245 to 215 lbs so he can compete with the best cyclists in the world.

"My goal is to go pro. With my determination I'm going to get there. I put all my effort into it. I absolutely love it."

Kellen says he's biking between 30 and 60 miles per day -- "It's what I have to do to keep up with and beat the guys I'm going against."

"Fitness wise, I'm up there with anyone. I just need more race experience."

The 31-year-old has already tasted success -- winning his first race ... and finishing in the top 10 in 5 of his last 6 races.

"With my athletic ability and the time I put it, I don't see why I couldn't [be the best]. My goal is to be at the top level."

If Jesus had to pick a side in the Mayweather vs. Pacquaio fight, it's probably fair to say that Manny has successfully stacked the deck ...

Pacman hooked up with his "brother in Christ" Tim Tebow at Manny's training center in Los Angeles on Saturday to hang with the former Heisman Trophy winner.

It doesn't appear Tim worked out ... seems like they just kicked it and talked about their common interests ... J.C.

A popular Mexican wrestling star was killed during a live show in Tijuana last night when a fighting stunt went terribly wrong in the center of the ring.

El Hijo Del Perro Aguayo was taking on former WWE star Rey Mysterio Jr. when he was performing a stunt and apparently snapped his neck or spine.

The wrestlers didn't seem to realize the extent of the injury at first -- but soon realized something was wrong. Once everyone realized how serious it was -- Aguayo was put on a stretcher and rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Mayor of Ferguson tells TMZ Sports the St. Louis Rams could play a HUGE role in helping the city heal in the wake of the recent civil unrest ... and it all starts with a playground.

Here's the deal ... each year the Rams provide money and manpower to build a brand new state-of-the-art jungle gym for one lucky community in the area.

This year, Rams legend Aeneas Williams -- a community leader in Ferguson -- is lobbying for the team to choose his city ... claiming it could be the catalyst for positive change the area so desperately needs.

We spoke with Mayor James Knowles who says, "To have the Rams take an interest, for them to potentially come build this for us, it's not just some construction group. It's our local football team. It would mean so much."

He adds, "It would have a huge psychological and emotional impact."

The Mayor says he likes the city's chances of being selected by the NFL team -- and praises Williams for leading the charge.

Floyd Mayweather dropped thousands of bucks at a sushi/steak joint with 40 of his closest friends, and there was only one ground rule -- NO ONE was allowed to egg the champ.

Floyd and his crew hit up Musashi Japanese Steakhouse in Vegas Thursday night. A bunch of his employees were in the group, along with family and friends.

Floyd ate a bunch of grub -- shrimp tempura roll, ribeye (cooked medium well), prawns and fried rice with no egg ... turns out Money despises eggs.

As far as fighting Rousey would go, Antonieta says she's open to an MMA fight ... and she's already got a game plan.

"If I can give her hooks and jabs and prevent her from taking me down ... it's possible that I could get her!

Now, let's get serious ... Antonieta knows Rousey is a beast -- but says it would just be an honor to get in the ring with her ... and she's not afraid.

Chris Johnson's run at an NFL comeback will NOT be derailed by the bullet to his shoulder ... according to his doctors.

Chris says he got a check up with docs today ... and was told "everything looks great!"

Considering the drive by shooting injured a pretty vital body part on a running back -- there were some doubts about his physical ability to play next season, but CJ2K is now removing all doubt.

Former Philadelphia Eagles safety Nate Allen isn't satisfied with having his name cleared after being accused of masturbating in public ... he plans on suing the cops that arrested him in the first place.

Allen's lawyer, Sawyer Smith, tells TMZ Sports ... Allen wants to make sure no other citizens go through the horrible experience he did, that's why he's chosen to sue.

Smith, who has sent a letter of intent to sue to Fort Myers Police says, "he's a fighter, and he's going to stand up for this community and its residents to have a fair shake when they interact with law enforcement."

Allen was cleared of any wrongdoing last month after he was arrested for allegedly driving around while pleasuring himself. Cops eventually realized they had the wrong man and let him go.

Talk about a golden touch ... TMZ Sports has learned Floyd Mayweather used an 18 karat gold pen -- worth $4,000 -- to sign his contract for the big Pacquiao fight.

It's called the Peerless 125 (because there are only 125 in the world) by Cross ... and it's one of the most expensive writing implements in the world.

A spokesperson for Cross says he's pumped to add Floyd to the list of "noble" clients who use the company's pens ... including Oprah and President Obama, who has actually signed official docs with a Cross.

BTW -- Floyd retired the pen after he signed contract ... saying it's now "a part of history."

4:27 PM PT -- TMZ Sports obtained a copy of the warrant ... in which his Vegas accusers essentially tell the same story as Sharper's other accusers -- they were drugged and raped.

The women say they met Sharper at Surrender nightclub at the Encore on January 15th ... then went to another nightclub before ending up at Sharper's penthouse suite at the Cosmopolitan.

The women say Sharper offered them shots (which he made himself) ... which officials believe contained a drug that made them black out ... and that's when he allegedly sexually assaulted them.

Former NFL star Darren Sharper has struck a huge plea deal in his multi-state rape cases ... according to the New Orleans District Attorney.

D.A. Leon Cannizzaro announced that Sharper will begin entering guilty pleas for rape allegations in Louisiana, Arizona, California, and Nevada ... possibly as soon as Monday. Sharper has been sitting in Los Angeles County jail since February 2014.

Sharper is also facing federal charges in the New Orleans case ... stemming from his alleged distribution of drugs with the intent to rape between 2010 and 2014.

Cannizzaro said Sharper is expected to be transferred to Louisiana within the next 30 days to enter the guilty plea.

Kevin Durant actually has bigger problems than being out indefinitely from the NBA ... 'cause rapper Lil B says it's his "BasedGod" curse that's dogging Durant ... and it won't be lifted until Kevin sees him on the court.

The beef between the two started back in 2011 when Lil B says Durant took an unprovoked shot at his rapping skills in a tweet.

Lil B then fired back with a tweet of his own ... hitting Durant with the dreaded "BasedGod" curse and proclaimed that Kevin would never win a title until it was lifted.

So when the news dropped that Durant's foot injury -- which has hampered him all year -- was going to keep him off the court indefinitely, social media began buzzing ... was it the curse?

TMZ Sports spoke to Lil B and he told us Durant's BasedGod curse remains, and it's the reason for all of KD's current career struggles.

"He's still under it. Everyone who disses Lil B pays for it."

According to Lil B -- who dropped a hilarious song called "F*ck Kevin Durant" last year -- there's only one way to break the curse ... Kevin has to play him in basketball.

"All he has to do is meet on the basketball court for a friendly game of 21. I'm passionate about my game, my defense, if he doesn't beat me 21-0 he should be embarrassed."

Charlie Sheen -- and anyone else who's mad at President Obama for filling out an NCAA tournament bracket -- is really just an old fashioned racist ... so says Charles Barkley.

Sr. Chuck and his "Inside the NBA" co-star Kenny Smith were leaving the London Hotel in NYC when the two went off on Obama's bracket critics.

"What, is he not supposed to think about anything else?" Smith said.

Barkley was more direct -- "Listen, you people in America who are upset that President Obama did a bracket ... why don't ya'll just go say you don't like him because he's black."

He continued, "Cut through all the BS ... don't say he take too many vacations ... just say, 'We don't like him because he's black.'"

Darren Sharper has just been charged with two counts of rape in Las Vegas -- after prosecutors say he sexually assaulted two women in January 2014.

The details surrounding the allegations are unclear. A hearing has been set for April 3rd.

The former NFL superstar is also facing sexual assault charges in 3 other cities ... L.A., New Orleans and Phoenix.

In both Arizona and California, prosecutors say Sharper drugged his victims and then sexually assaulted them.

Sharper is currently behind bars in L.A.
