NFL's Willie Gault I'M NO CROOK Beats Wrap In Alleged Heart Device Scheme

Ex-NFL speedster Willie Gault is PUMPED UP ... because a jury just found he's not guilty in an alleged scheme to blow up the stock price of his heart device company.

After he hung up his cleats, Fast Willie became the CEO of Heart Tronics (which makes heart monitoring devices) ... and was accused of defrauding investors in a scheme to inflate the price of the company so he could cash in.

But moments ago, a jury in Santa Ana, CA found that Gault is no fraud -- and didn't really do anything wrong ... other than making a few sloppy technical mistakes.

"It’s been 4 years of a lot of pain and anguish," Gault tells TMZ Sports ... "I always said I didn't take anything, and I didn’t, and now it’s proven."

NFL's Mark Ingram I Respect Chris Borland ... But I Love Football Too Much to Quit

Chris Borland's decision to walk away from the NFL over fear of head injuries is resonating throughout the league -- but New Orleans Saints star Mark Ingram says he will NOT be following suit.

Ingram was out in D.C. talking about the importance of financial literacy ... when we asked if he thinks about his own long term health as he gears up for his 5th year in the league.

"It takes a big man to step away from your dreams and aspirations," Ingram said of Borland ... "but it's a real issue and real concern. So I respect him and wish him the best of luck."

Ingram says he understands the risks of the game -- but noted that he loves the game too much to consider walking away.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is truly ingrained in his city ... because now, like most Seattleites, he's taken up cycling.

The shoulda-been two-time Super Bowl winner stopped into a Trek store in San Diego this week and picked up a couple of high-end road bikes. We're told he also grabbed a Garmin computer, helmet, pedals and gloves ... all the bells and whistles.

Wilson picked up the bike on Tuesday and when he did ... he just happened to spot former Miami Hurricanes star Kellen Winslow Jr. (a big-time cyclist in his own right) who posed for a pic with Russell.

Russell tweeted about his new ride, writing, "New hobbie & new training method after workouts! #Cycling There goes Kellen Winslow in @treksuperstore too!"

Now he can get in top shape ... to turn and hand the ball off from the one yard line.

Roger Clemens ROCKET HITS THE RUNWAY At Houston Fashion Event

MLB legend Roger Clemens threw on his finest aqua bow tie and hit the runway at Theresa Roemer's Fashion Woodlands in Houston last week.

The Rocket -- along with stars like Adrian Peterson and "Real Housewives" star Porsha Williams -- helped raise money and awareness for The Greater Woodlands Public Art Foundation.

We're told the charity event raised more than $100k ... and side note -- we're also told Adrian Peterson got a standing ovation from the crowd when Roger gave him a shout out from the stage.

Ravens' RB Bernard Pierce Told Cops During DUI 'I'm Gonna Get Cut Tomorrow'

11:47 AM PT -- Call him Nostradamus ... 'cause just as Pierce predicted, he was CUT by the Ravens first thing this morning.

Baltimore Ravens running back Bernard Pierce told cops that he KNEW he was gonna get cut from the team during his DUI arrest ... saying, "Do you know what happened the last time a Ravens player got a DUI?"

TMZ Sports obtained the police report detailing the DUI arrest ... in which the Baltimore County Police Dept. says Pierce admitted to taking "3 shots of Jack" before he was popped.

As we previously reported, Pierce was initially pulled over around 2AM for speeding -- and then bombed his field sobriety test.

In the report, the officer asked Pierce how much he weighs -- and Pierce slurred, "530." The officer pressed him on it and he repeated it twice before correcting himself and saying, "230 pounds."

While he was being taken to a nearby police station, Pierce reportedly uttered, "Do you know what happened the last time a Ravens player got a DUI? I'm getting cut tomorrow, not like you care."

Pierce was clearly referring to Victor Hampton who was arrested for drunk driving in February -- and was later cut by the team.

The Mayweather vs. Pacquiao rivalry has taken over a hair show in Puerto Rico -- where a famous barber stole the spotlight by etching BOTH fighters onto the same dude's head!

TMZ Sports has the pics ... showing a barber named Anthony from Elegance USA carefully shaving images of Floyd and Manny onto a guy at the International Hair Show in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Anthony is a hair portrait specialist ... he's done everything from Michael Jordan to Klay Thompson ... and even Scarface!

So, how much does it cost to get a famous dude (or lady) put on your melon? We're told he runs between $100 and $200 a pop.

For the record, we're told the guy in the chair is pulling for Manny ... but clearly, Floyd is also on his mind.

J.J. Watt Slips On Box Jump ... Takes Out Spotter

Here's 6'5", 290 pound NFL superstar J.J. Watt trying to land a box jump during a recent training session.

The tiny man behind him was tasked with catching Watt in the event he slipped and fell during the jump.

Poor guy.

Watt tried to make the leap by jumping more than 5-feet onto the mats ... but missed -- sending himself and the spotter crashing to the ground.

Maybe Wesley Snipes was right ...

Baltimore Ravens RB Bernard Pierce Arrested for DUI

Baltimore Ravens running back Bernard Pierce -- who started for the team after Ray Rice got fired last season -- was arrested for DUI in Maryland early Wednesday morning.

Baltimore County police say Pierce was initially stopped for speeding around 2AM -- and during the stop, the officer suspected the 24-year-old was hammered.

Pierce was asked to step out of his ride -- and then bombed some field sobriety tests. He was eventually arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was processed and later released.

A rep for the Ravens says, "We are aware of the situation and learning more about it. We take these matters seriously."

It's not the first time Pierce has had issues with booze -- TMZ Sports broke the story, Bernard and a couple of his teammates were booted from a Maryland bar during a party last year because "they couldn't maintain their composure."

Dave Chappelle Son Training at Pacquiao's Boxing Gym

Dave Chappelle's son is learning to box with some of the BEST trainers in the world -- the Pacquiao camp -- and the comedian tells us there's a possibility his kid could go pro.

Chappelle is good friends with Manny's trainer Freddie Roach -- and often gets in a workout at Freddie's Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood.

Earlier this week, we spotted Dave and had to ask how serious he was about the sport.

While Dave kept the possibility open, he told us the experience is more about letting his kid explore an interest -- "He shows interest? I nurture my kid's interest."

BTW -- we spoke with people at the gym who tell us Dave's kid is no joke ... with one person saying, "He's pretty good."

And not just any Batmobile ... the good one from the Michael Keaton era.

Turns out, Logano was hangin' with Vegas mega-comic Jeff Dunham (the ventriloquist) ... who owns the car and wanted to take Joey out for a spin.

But like any other whip, the Batmobile requires gas ... so they stopped at a Shell station and filled up ... 91 of course.

NFL's Chris Borland Parents 'Extremely Proud' Of Decision to Quit NFL

Former SF 49ers star Chris Borland is getting MAJOR support from his family for his decision to walk away from the NFL over head injury concerns -- with his mom telling TMZ Sports, "I'm extremely proud of him."

Borland's decision made headlines all over the country -- especially since he was a rising star in the league, only 24 years old, and left nearly $2 million on the table by not finishing out his contract.

But his mother Zebbie says Chris didn't take his decision lightly -- noting that he consulted with his parents and other family members before deciding to walk away from the league.

"He made the decision the other day. He's been here [Dayton, Ohio] a ton and on the road visiting his friends and siblings and the decision was made amongst the family."

"Right now he and his dad are handling the situation going forward and deciding on what his next steps will be."

As for how Chris' decision will affect other family members who want to play football, Zebbie says ... "I know Chris' 4-year-old nephews will end up playing sports soon, I'm sure he won't discourage them from playing football, I think he will work with them and provide knowledge."

She adds, "Chris is a good boy."

Pro Skater Jereme Rogers Found Not Guilty in Brutal Assault Case

Pro skateboarder Jereme Rogers can do kickflips of joy ... because a jury acquitted him on all charges stemming from a fight last year.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Rogers was arrested after he allegedly took part in a beatdown at a Hollywood club in March 2014. The victim suffered a broken nose in the incident.

Rogers pled not guilty and the case eventually went to trial. But last week, a jury found Rogers not guilty of assault and battery.

It's not all good news though -- the guy with the busted nose recently filed a civil suit against Rogers.

Erin Andrews Not Engaged Despite Massive Diamond Ring

It looks like an engagement ring ... she's flaunting it like an engagement ring ... but the rock on Erin Andrews' finger is NOT an engagement ring.

Andrews has been dating L.A. Kings superstar Jarret Stoll for a while ... after she posted a pic with that huge diamond before last night's "Dancing with the Stars" premiere, there was buzz that he finally popped the question.

Turns out ... the ring wasn't from Stoll -- it was from wardrobe ... specifically so Erin would look "blinged out" for the big show.

But the ring was no cheap prop -- according to E!, it was a special asscher-cut diamond ring that weighed in at 2.01 carats with 22 baguette diamonds and 88 other microset diamonds.

Looked good though ... just sayin', Jarret.

Mayweather/Pacquiao Fight New WBC Belt Unveiled $1 MILLION SWAG!

Floyd and Manny are fighting for more green than they thought on May 2nd ... 'cause TMZ Sports has the first look at the WBC belt the two men will be vying for ... and it's as emerald as Oz.

The World Boxing Council didn't just want any old championship belt to be handed out to the winner of this historic bout ... so they decided to commission a special prize for the victor.

Two belts were made ... an "onyx" version and an "emerald" version -- and a fan vote on the WBC website last week determined which belt will be delivered to the winner.

It was a tight contest but emerald took it with 53% of the vote ... although both belts are said to be worth nearly $1 MILLION ... so there was no real loser.

Except of course the guy that gets his face knocked off on the 2nd.

Actually he kinda wins too ($100 million bucks).

'Glee' Star Praises Basketball Heroes Thanks for Standing Up to Bullies

Very cool moment for the middle school basketball team that stood up for a cheerleader with Down syndrome -- when one of the stars of "Glee" sent a video message praising the squad.

The woman behind the message is Lauren Potter -- who plays cheerleader Becky Jackson on the show ... and also happens to have Down syndrome in real life.

When Lauren heard about the students at Lincoln Middle School in Wisconsin standing up for Desiree Andrews during a recent game ... she says she was blown away!

"You guys are my true heroes!"

The message was played for Desiree and the team during a ceremony in Kenosha -- where they all received a special commendation from the chief of police and other city officials.
