Chris Johnson is just weeks away from resuming his NFL training after being shot ... so says Jay Glazer who has a message for the running back -- stop hanging around dangerous people.

Glazer had been training CJ2K at his L.A. gym before Johnson was hit in a drive-by shooting in Florida -- a shooting that killed one of Johnson's passengers. Cops are still on the hunt for a suspect.

Jay insists Johnson wasn't the target -- and says Chris is not a bad guy ... he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

But Jay doesn't completely let Chris off the hook ... saying professional athletes need to make a conscious decision to put themselves in LESS wrong places ... and that process starts with picking the right friends.

Michael Sam blew the judges away last night ... at least his ass did ... because the wannabe NFL star's booty was the talk of the ballroom on last night's "Dancing with the Stars."

The dancing was fine. His footwork was sloppy ... but after Sam cut a rug to "Uptown Funk," judges Bruno and Len couldn't stop talking about the junk in Sam's trunk.

Bruno -- "That butt was a work of art. Michelangelo's 'David' has nothing on you."

Len -- "You could win 'Rear of the Year' and I could win 'Ass of the Past.'

It's a good thing Floyd Mayweather's got a $150 million paycheck in his future ... 'cause he's paying the private chef who's cooking up his meals about $1,000-a-plate!!!

BTW -- 46 days 'til the fight ... 4 meals-per-day (at least) ... we're talking $184k ... and Floyd is more than happy to foot the bill!

The woman behind Floyd's diet is Chef Q ... who's based out of Vegas but will be with Mayweather every step of the way until the fight of the century on May 2nd.

"My daily schedule for Floyd is 'There is no schedule' ... I am here for him anytime. 24 hours, 7 days a week. If he needs me at 3am, I am there cooking up breakfast."

And every single thing Floyd eats is whipped up from scratch -- "He likes everything fresh. Nothing from bottles or cans because they have different preservatives that are not healthy for your body."

So, what does Floyd eat?

"His favorite dish is spaghetti or tacos," Chef Q says ... but for the Pacquiao fight, he'll be focusing on high-levels of protein with no carbs -- turkey, chicken, beef and fish ... NO PORK!

"Also, we are really big on juicing right now. So if Floyd wants something to drink, it's juiced through organic fruits."

One big problem for Floyd is his notorious penchant for fast food ... HE LOVES IT.

But Chef Q says he's essentially cut it out of his life ... including his beloved Fatburger -- that's how serious he is about beating Manny.

"He's always been mindful of what he eats but there is something different about this fight."

As for the $1,000-a-plate price tag ... Chef says she usually doesn't charge that high of a rate, but Floyd "felt my dishes were worth that much."

Dwyane Wade just hooked up 15 kids with a pretty awesome prom surprise -- free custom tailored suits and Hublot watches ... and they're about to get the goods at halftime of tonight's Miami Heat game.

Wade, along with Hublot, hooked up with the local Guardian ad Litem program -- and last week met with 15 kids from different parts of Florida who are all crushing it in the classroom.

To reward their success in school, Wade and Hublot hooked 'em up with D-Wade's personal stylist -- and a custom tailor -- so they could "suit up" in custom threads for their high school proms.

And get this ... Hublot also hooked the kids up with a free watch to boot ... and those things ain't cheap!!!

Fresh off his impressive 6th round knockout victory ... boxing champ Andre Berto splurged on some blueberry lemon waffles at an L.A. breakfast joint -- and left one hell of an impression on his server.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Berto and his buddy hit up The Waffle in Hollywood early Monday morning and racked up a $46 bill on some breakfast goodness.

And the food musta been bomb ... 'cause AB was in such a good mood after his meal, he left a $200 TIP ... along with the note, "Pay it forward #TeamBerto."

"My server was real cool," Berto said ... "I felt like I needed to give him a good tip, so I did."

"I was gonna leave $500 but I didn't wanna go too crazy."

We also spoke with the waiter who says Berto is officially his favorite customer ever.

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back Antwon Blake was arrested over the weekend for allegedly being drunk in public ... TMZ Sports has learned

Police in Oceanside, CA tell us Blake was busted early Sunday morning after he was seen walking around drunk outside of the bars downtown.

We're told he was arrested by local police who let him sober up ... then they released him.

Blake appeared in all 16 games last season for the Steelers, starting one.

The girlfriend of an Arizona State football player is adamant her man has never laid a hand on her -- instead she tells TMZ Sports her alleged "injury" was really a hickey.

As we've reported ... Davon Durant was arrested for felony aggravated assault after a witness reportedly saw the star recruit hit his girlfriend last month.

But the girlfriend tells us she and Durant got a little loud during an argument ... prompting someone to call police. She insists she did not suffer any injuries during the dispute.

Here's the problem ... the girlfriend told police on scene Durant hit her in the face and grabbed her around the neck. She now claims she was just being "dramatic" at the time, and was too embarrassed to tell police the mark on her neck was a hickey -- and the eye "injury" was just an irritation from crying. She says she's told police several times since the arrest that she wasn't hit.

Prosecutors can still take Durant to trial without the gf's cooperation ... but it would make it more difficult to convict him.

Hope Solo's husband Jerramy Stevens has been formally charged with DUI ... after he was busted while driving the Team USA soccer van in L.A. earlier this year ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Stevens -- a former NFL tight end -- was popped in Manhattan Beach back in January ... and law enforcement sources tell us both he and Solo tried to play the "Do you know who we are?" card to get out of trouble. It didn't work.

Stevens was charged with misdemeanor DUI within 10 years of another DUI offense. Officials say his blood alcohol level was above .15 ... way past the legal limit of .08.

According to law enforcement, Stevens was busted for DUI in Arizona back in 2007. According to reports, his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit at the time.

An Arizona State football star -- their most highly touted defensive recruit -- is in serious trouble ... after cops say he beat up and choked his girlfriend in Arizona earlier this month.

Davon Durant -- a junior college transfer who was projected to be a starting linebacker for the Sun Devils -- was arrested for felony aggravated assault after a witness reported seeing "a male hit a female."

Cops responded to the scene ... where the woman told police she was having an argument with Durant in a black Chevy Tahoe -- when he demanded that she escort him up to her apartment so he could get his stuff (it sounds like they were breaking up.)

The woman says she refused to let him inside ... and he freaked out -- "hit her one time in the face and then grabbed her around the neck."

The woman says Durant squeezed her neck and impeded her ability to breathe.

Here's Hilary Duff ... showing off what Mike Comrie will be missing out on now that she's decided to pull the plug on her marriage to the former hockey star.

Duff posted the pic to her Instagram account ... with the caption, "Hey #moms #westillgotit ❤️ #loveyourbod."

Duff and Comrie separated in January 2013 ... but she finally filed for divorce back in February.

We spoke with Michael's brother Bruce -- the UFC ring announcer who also happens to be Michael's business manager -- who tells us he's still negotiating Michael's contract ... and it has potential to be the biggest check of Buffer's career.

"As his manager, it is my job to make sure that he makes the proper payday for the big fight that's about to happen," Bruce says.

And while he wouldn't talk hard numbers, Bruce says ... "I can assure you that Michael Buffer's quite well taken care of."

Manny Pacquiao is fighting for more than $100 million on May 2nd ... 'cause his family's favorite Filipino restaurant is promising Pac Man free food for LIFE ... if he whips Floyd's ass.

TMZ Sports spoke to Gerry's Grill in Artesia, Ca -- one of the Pacquiao family's favorite Filipino restaurants -- and they tell us if Manny wins they'll keep him rolling in Chicken Adobo until the day he dies.

The folks at Gerry's say Manny can "practically live" in the restaurant (eating as many meals as he likes per day with no menu restrictions) if he wins but there are a couples of catches:

One -- ONLY MANNY EATS FOR FREE ... a stipulation that the restaurant HAD to include because "Manny rolls 50 deep with family and friends at all times."

Two -- NO TAKE OUT ... because Manny's such a generous guy, they know he'll load up for said 50 -person entourage (a group they LOVE by the way).

Now all Manny has to do is beat an undefeated opponent with seemingly god-like skills in front of the entire world and he's set forever.
