The police report just surfaced ... in the wake of rumors of an alleged video featuring Dez doing something terrible. So far, there is still no video, but Thursday morning a never-before-seen police report finally became public.
The report, from July 11, 2011, shows someone went to Wal-Mart security and said they witnessed a black man drag a woman out of a car around 6 AM. The victim is listed as Ilyne Nash -- Dez Bryant's long-time girlfriend and mother of two of his children.
In the report, first published by NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, cops say a car registered to Bryant was at the scene in the parking lot ... and Dez later arrived to the scene in another car WITH the alleged victim.
In the report, cops say they interviewed several people at the scene, including Bryant, but determined no crime had been committed.
According to the report, Nash did say she got into an argument with another man ... a guy named Alex Penson ... but was adamant she was not assaulted or injured in any way.
The report does not make note of any visible injuries to Nash.
Nash says after the argument, she went to a friend's house ... and contacted Dez to pick her up ... and that's why they were ultimately together when they returned to the Wal-Mart.

Hope Solo Prosecutors Appeal Domestic Violence Case
Hope Solo ain't outta the woods yet in her domestic violence case ... because prosecutors have filed an appeal claiming there were significant "issues" with the judge's decision to dismiss the case.
TMZ Sports has learned ... the prosecutor's office for the City of Kirkland in Washington filed the appeal earlier this month.
As we previously reported, Solo was accused of beating the crap out of her 17-year-old nephew and her own half-sister during an alleged drunken rampage in 2014.
Solo denied any wrongdoing ... and a judge threw out the case in January, citing lack of cooperation from witnesses.
But we spoke with Solo's half-sister Teresa Obert -- who says BS ... telling TMZ Sports they were fully cooperative from the beginning.
Obert also says her story has remained the same from the beginning ... and insists Solo was LYING when she claimed she was the real victim.
"She slammed my son's head into the concrete multiple times, punching me repeatedly when I pulled her off of him," Teresa says ... "We tried to keep her away, but she kept coming back into the house. We've never changed our story."
Sources from the prosecutor's office tell TMZ Sports it's NOT standard operating procedure to appeal every D.V. case that's dismissed -- only in cases where "we believe there are issues."
Officials would not tell us what those "issues" are.
Don't expect a ruling on the appeal any time soon ... these things usually take a while.

EXCLUSIVE

Marshawn Lynch thinks the biopic about his life growing up in Oakland is TERRIBLE and is demanding wholesale changes to the project before it can be released ... TMZ Sports has learned.
A four-minute-plus "promo" for "Family First the Marshawn Lynch Story" -- which stars Lynch as himself -- was released Tuesday and we're told Marshawn went Beast Mode when he saw it ... in a bad way.
"It was the quality, It doesn't look like some sh*t nobody would want their name attached to" ... one source close to Marshawn tells us.
We're told Marshawn thought the film (which was his idea) was going to look like a big budget Hollywood affair ... but, in his cinematic opinion, ultimately felt the sound, editing, and lighting were "not good at all."
The news came as a shock to the film's director Mario Bobino -- who says he was blindsided by Marshawn's less-than-encouraging take on the project.
"I've known Marshawn his whole life. All of the sudden he's mad at me and now doesn't want the film to see the light of day. I'm upset by this because he fully committed to see the project through and now he wants out," Bobino tells us.
Mario says he met with some of Lynch's reps Wednesday and temporarily agreed to remove the clip from the Internet while he makes some changes ... but insists the movie is coming out "no matter what."
He also claims the mega rich NFL superstar's actions are hurting the other actors who appear in the movie ... including family members.
"I'm just upset and disappointed in Marshawn. Why are you afraid for the world to know who you really are? By blocking the film, it screws his mom and brother. Get out of that shell dude!"

Josh Neer's Opponent 'Beatdown Video Is BS' He Attacked Me After The Bell!

"We went for 3 minutes. The bell sounded, and I turned around," Martin says ... "Then he shot and speared me and took me to the mat. It was a cheap shot. He was frustrated at how the round went."
Martin believes Neer's camp has the video to back up his claim -- and wants them to release it ... in addition to the 14 second clip that went viral earlier this week.
Patrick also says he's NOT a heckler -- claiming Josh is the one who actually started the war of words that led to the fight.

"Why wouldn't I want to fight him again? I can take Josh. He's not a tactical fighter. I could go 3 rounds and easily beat him."

Hope Solo I Was Domestic Violence Victim At Hands of 17-Year-Old Nephew
U.S. soccer star Hope Solo says SHE was the real victim in a violent altercation with her 17-year-old nephew last year ... claiming the teenager initiated the attack, not her.
Solo finally told her side of the story to Robin Roberts on "Good Morning America" -- explaining that she was struck over the head and concussed by her 6'9", 280-pound nephew.
"It was a very scary night," Solo said.
Despite her allegations, Solo was the one who was arrested that night after allegedly going on a drunken rampage. She was booked on two counts of domestic violence assault.
Hope's nephew and sister were both photographed with bloody wounds following the altercation ... and a 911 caller told officials Hope was "f**king beating people up."
Hope's nephew told police at the time he struck Hope with a broom stick in an effort to get Hope to stop attacking her sister.
The case was eventually dropped due to lack of cooperation from the witnesses.
As for Hope's nephew, he and his mother released a statement saying, "It does a disservice to domestic violence victims to suggest that one's physical size is a determinative of whether one is an abuser."

Manny Pacquiao Pausing Hoop Dreams For Mega-Fight ... Teammates Say
Manny Pacquiao's teammates are calling BS on reports that he'll continue playing pro basketball while training for the big fight ... telling TMZ Sports the Pac-Man is definitely putting his other career on hold for the time being.
We spoke to Manny's teammates on Kia Carnival -- a professional hoops team in the Philippine Basketball Association -- and they tell us despite reports to the contrary Pacquiao is 100% shutting it down.
"He's definitely not going to play until after the Mayweather fight," guard Karl Dehesa tells us.
It makes sense ... the fight is expected to be the biggest payday in boxing history so it'd be kinda crazy to risk injury ... especially for a guy who averages less than a point a game.
Manny is also the head coach for Kia Carnival, but Dehesa says he's pressing pause on that too.
"He hasn't been around since they announced the fight ... he's got a team of assistants that take over when he can't be in games or practice."
Dehesa added, "I love playing for Kia Carnival. Manny's an inspiration and we are all rooting for him. Plus, we can't wait for him to get back on the court!"
Cheer up Manny, by collecting millions of dollars to not play basketball ... you're finally just like Kobe.
