It was Chris Brown dishin' off to Floyd Mayweather ... at one of the most exclusive private basketball games in the country last night -- when the stars hit up Michael Jordan's legendary court in NYC.

It all went down at Terminal 23 in New York ... a state-of-the-art hoops facility designed by Jordan Brand.

We're told there was an ultra-private game last night ... and the guest list was pretty tight -- with NBA stars like JaVale McGee and Mason Plumlee ballin' out with stars like Floyd, Chris and rapper Juelz Santana.

As for Floyd, our sources say he looked pretty good out there ... hitting a few impressive jump shots along the way.

"The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison tells TMZ Sports he has a job for Dez Bryant next year if the Cowboys don't pay up ... handing out roses to thirsty co-eds as the next "Bachelor"!!

Harrison was freezing his butt off in NYC (we love you, L.A.) when our camera guy asked if there was an ideal pro athlete who could take over the lead role for next season.

It's not a crazy question ... considering the show has featured several athletes in prior seasons including football player Jesse Palmer, soccer stud Juan Pablo Galavis, and baseball pro Josh Murray.

Clay Matthews ain't no Milli Vanilli ... TMZ Sports has learned the Green Bay Packers star laid down REAL LEGIT VOCALS for his cameo in "Pitch Perfect 2" ... and apparently, it came out pretty good.

In fact, all of the football players who have a cameo in the movie hit up a recording studio and flexed their god-given pipes for a scene in the upcoming movie ... at least, that's what Jordan Rodgers told us on "TMZ Hollywood Sports."

Jordan -- a QB in the Canadian Football League -- also happens to be the younger brother of Aaron Rodgers ... and says he got the role as a "honorary" member of the Packers.

"So the first day we were there, we recorded in the studio," Rodgers says ... "so this will be our real voices."

"They said they were gonna make us sound good ... but not too good. They don't want it to be unrealistic."

Think an NFL owner wants to see one of his players fight in an MMA match? HELL NO ... so says NY Giants honcho Steve Tisch who says there's NO WAY he'd let one of his stars get into the octagon.

Of course, the topic came up thanks to New England Pats star Chandler Jones ... who says he wants to fight his big bro, UFC champ Jon Jones, in a 1-round charity match.

But Tisch says ... if Jones was one of the G-Men, he'd shut those plans down in a New York minute.

"I think the risk is too high," Tisch says ... "That wouldn't make me happy."

In fact, Tisch says he's always worried that when his players engage in off-the-field activities, he fears Murphy's Law ... that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong.

Translation -- don't plan on seeing Victor Cruz go skydiving anytime soon.

Baron Davis has a message for all the celebs who think they have NBA-level hoop skills -- you don't.

Davis is definitely a guy who would know ... the ex-NBA star just produced and directed a documentary called, "The Drew" ... about the legendary Drew League in L.A., where pros and celebs have been hooping together for years.

The Drew League has featured some HUGE stars -- including ballers like Kobe, LeBron and Durant playing with superstars like The Game and Chris Brown.

So, which celebs have enough talent to make their NBA hoop dreams come true?

"None of em" ... Baron says.

Baron didn't stop there, 'cause when we asked about Game -- who made some highlight reel dunks at the Drew last year -- Davis continued to keep it super duper real.

"Game can dunk ... but he ain't got no dunk skills."

Lolo Jones -- U.S. Olympian and self-proclaimed virgin -- says "Fifty Shades of Grey" is an abomination ... and people should boycott the movie because it glamorizes unholy sex.

Jones -- who's also a devout Evangelical Christian -- went to Twitter and wrote, "Funny how some people think there's nothing wrong with 50 shades of Grey. God didn't create sex for that purpose."

She added, "Watch another movie."

Jones then explained her stance ... saying the movie's hypersexual plot makes people feel that sex for pleasure is the answer to emotional pain.

"Some ppl medicate pain by being more and more physical to where if they are ever alone they can't feel any peace," Jones wrote.

The tweet is in direct contrast to Russell Wilson, another devout Christian who says it's not only OK to see the movie ... but admits he took in a screening last week and said he thought it was "great."

First the NFL Network, then Bud Light ... now another company is cutting ties with Warren Sapp ... TMZ Sports has learned.

This time, the company dropping the hammer on the NFL Hall of Famer is ZYPPAH -- a mouthpiece company -- that's used Sapp as its celebrity spokesperson since 2013.

But in the wake of his prostitution arrest in Arizona, ZYPPAH tells TMZ Sports, "We will be terminating our working relationship with Warren Sapp, effective immediately."

We broke the story ... Sapp was arrested in Phoenix over Super Bowl weekend for soliciting prostitution and assault ... and although he hasn't been convicted, cops say Warren "admitted involvement in the act of prostitution" at the time of the arrest.

"While ZYPPAH fully supports the due process of law, Mr. Sapp's confirmed and admitted involvement in Monday morning's incident simply doesn't reflect the level of character we demand from our brand representatives," a rep for the company says.

"This decision was made in order to preserve the integrity of the brand and the ethical fiber upon which our core business was built."

As for Warren, he pled not guilty to the charges -- and is due back in court next week.

Sapp's been on a rough path since 2012 when he filed for bankruptcy. He eventually lost almost all of his Nike collection -- 213 pairs sold at auction for a mere $6,390.

Seton Hall University tells TMZ Sports there is NO investigation into an alleged racial divide on the men's basketball team ... claiming reports of racial harassment between players are BS.

FYI -- the Seton Hall team (which was ranked #19 in the country earlier this season) has had a disastrous couple of weeks ... punctuated with the sudden departure of starting sophomore guard Jaren Sina last week.

There were reports that Sina (who is white) made his decision to leave the team, in part, due to teammates verbally attacking him over the color of his skin.

But SHU Assistant Athletic Director Matt Sweeney tells us school officials are convinced the reports are false -- and are NOT conducting an investigation into the allegations.

"They're a tight team working through a difficult time right now," Sweeney says.

Alex Rodriguez is begging for Yankees fans to forgive him ... again ... penning a handwritten apology in which he "take[s] full responsibility" for pumping himself full of performance-enhancing drugs.

In the letter, addressed "To the Fans" ... A-Rod says, "I take full responsibility for the mistakes that led to my suspension for the 2014 season."

"I regret that my actions made the situation worse than it needed to be. To Major league baseball, the Yankees, the Steinbrenner family, the Players Association, and you, the fans, I can only say I'm sorry."

He adds, "I accept that many of you will not believe my apology or anything that I say at this point. I understand why and that's on me."

"I'm ready to put this chapter behind me and play some ball."

FYI -- Rodriguez first confessed to juicing in 2009 ... saying he used steroids in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

For a guy who trades in speed, Usain Bolt really takes his time when it comes to his bros ... with the longest, most elaborate handshake ever.

Here's Bolt -- greeting fellow Jamaican sprinter Edino Steele -- in a choreographed handshake that includes everything from hand slaps, double claps, high fives, poses, pointing ... and even the "Nae Nae."

The greeting went longer than the allotted 15 seconds for an Instagram video ... and may still be going on right now.

The New England Patriots tell TMZ Sports ... they CAN'T officially prevent Chandler Jones from fighting his UFC star brother Jon Jones ... but stepping in the ring COULD void his NFL contract.

As we previously reported, Chandler is 100% confident he could beat up his big bro if they stepped into the octagon -- and wants to set up a 1-round charity fight to prove his point.

Chandler had previously told us that the whole thing would hinge on if the Patriots coaching staff gave him the green light.

Well, we spoke with the Patriots VP of Media Relations ... who tells us, "It's not a matter of if we'd allow Chandler to fight his brother. We can't stop the players from doing what they want. But he might be voiding his contract obligations to the team if he went out and did it."

The rep continues, "Without getting into a specific contract, there have to be clauses [in contracts] that protect the team ... restrictions of physical activity that would risk injury. Whether it be skiing, jumping out of a plane or riding a motorcycle without a helmet in a state that requires one."

"I think they're having fun, but do I think fighting is something they're actually serious about? No."

"They're brothers. They have a sibling rivalry. Take the Gronkowski brothers ... there's not a Gronk among them that would say Rob's better at anything."

Kobe Bryant says ... he knows there are NBA stars who refused to play for the Lakers because they couldn't handle Mamba's ego ... but Kobe says the team didn't need those players anyway.

Bryant just opened up to GQ ... saying, "Does my nature make me less enjoyable to play with? Of course."

When specifically asked if his ego has deterred top talent from joining the Lake Show -- he replied, "Of course it does. Is it possible that some top players in the league are intimidated by that? Yes. But do I want to play with those players? Does the Laker organization want those specific players? No."

He adds, "Magic. Jordan. Bird. We all would have been phenomenal teammates. This organization wants players who will carry this franchise to another five or six championships. The player who does that has to be cut from the same cloth. And if they’re not cut from that cloth, they don’t belong here."

In the issue, Bryant was also brutally honest about his relationship with former coach Phil Jackson -- saying, "He understood the dynamic he had to deal with between me and Shaq. So he would take shots at me in the press, and I understood he was doing that in order to ingratiate himself to Shaq."

"And since I knew what he was doing, I felt like that was an insult to my intelligence. I was like, ‘F**k him. I’m out here busting my ass. I’m killing myself.’ And it became insulting."

Choking to the New England Patriots wasn't so bad after all ... so says Seahawks mega-fan Chris Pratt who says his Super Bowl wager with Chris Evans was the "best bet I ever lost."

Of course, Pratt agreed to visit the kids at Evans' Boston-based charity after the defeat ... dressed as Star-Lord ... while the "Captain America" actor taunted him with a Tom Brady jersey.

The kids loved it -- and clearly, so did Chris, who told us the whole experience was "beautiful."
