Big news for Johnny Damon ... the baseball star just told TMZ Sports his wife is pregnant with BABY #7!!!!

Damon was out in NYC for the "Celebrity Apprentice" finale when he broke the news ... telling us his wife Michelle is knocked up!

FYI -- Damon started having kids back in '99 when his first wife Angela gave birth to twins.

He married Michelle in '2004 ... they had a daughter in '07 ... another daughter in '08 ... twins (again!) in '12 ... and now she's with child again!

Damon clearly LOVES being a father -- and even had some retirement advice for Derek Jeter ... start procreating!!!

Ex-Oklahoma RB Brennan Clay -- who famously accused ex-OU teammate DeMarco Murray of banging his wife -- was arrested for assault after allegedly terrorizing his spouse ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've learned ... Clay was arrested in Dallas County, TX on January 27th after his estranged wife Gina told cops he kicked down her door and proceeded to beat the crap out of her.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Gina claimed Clay threw her on the kitchen counter, dragged her downstairs, dragged her through shrubbery and then began to choke her.

Gina says he brought her back into the house and "began punching and throwing her around the residence."

Eventually, Gina was able to call police ... and when they arrived, officers noticed her right leg was bleeding with several cuts. They later located Clay in a nearby alley and arrested him for assault.

Clay filed for divorce a few months ago after accusing Gina of sleeping with Murray ... an allegation that Murray adamantly denied. Clay eventually recanted his accusation and apologized.

Dikembe Mutombo says his swag ain't free ... telling TMZ Sports all the young NBA whippersnappers using his signature finger wave gesture need to pay homage ... and pay up.

Mount Mutombo was in NYC when we asked the former defensive player if he thought the finger wag he did to celebrate blocked shots made his digit the most famous index in sports.

Hope Solo is back in L.A. ... and ready to rejoin her Team USA soccer teammates when her suspension ends, but question is -- do they want her back?

We got Hope flying back into LAX Monday ... four days before the end of her 30-day suspension for allowing her allegedly drunk husband, Jerramy Stevens to drive a team shuttle.

It's the first time she's talking since his arrest, and our photog asked how the team's been doing without her. Hope's answer is telling ... especially considering the buzz Team USA might be tired of her repeated legal troubles, and ready to move on without her.

The team's star goalie since 2000 has been practicing like she's coming back -- and Hope sounds optimistic enough in this clip.

You gotta respect blunt honesty -- like when Sacramento Kings owner Vivek Ranadive says he's proud that his daughter is working with top tier rap talent ... even if he doesn't know who they are.

This video is great ... Vivek is clearly super supportive of his daughter Anjali's aspiring singing career -- but tells TMZ Sports he has a hard time keeping up with some of the huge stars who are working with her in the studio.

"Tyga? French something? I don't really know any of them," Vivek playfully admits.

Kurt Busch says he plans to appeal the restraining order a Delaware court entered against him which requires the NASCAR driver to stay away from ex-GF Patricia Driscoll ... claiming she straight up lied to the court.

A Kent County Family Court Commissioner made the ruling Monday ... requiring Busch to stay at least 100 yards away from Driscoll's home and workplace after he allegedly roughed her up during an alleged altercation in a trailer at Dover International Speedway back in September.

The commish also ordered Busch to be evaluated for mental health problems.

In a statement, Busch's attorney Rusty Hardin tells TMZ Sports ..."We are deeply disappointed because we believe the evidence of Ms. Driscoll’s total lack of believability was overwhelming."

Hardin says, "We know that Kurt never committed an act of family violence. The evidence was un-contradicted that Ms. Driscoll committed the criminal offense of trespass when she entered his motor home at night, while he was sleeping, uninvited, without permission, and refused to leave when he repeatedly asked her to get out."

FYI -- Driscoll claims Busch grabbed her by the neck and smashed her head against the motor home several times.

Hardin acknowledges there was a physical confrontation ... but says Kurt NEVER slammed her head. "Mr. Busch’s conduct was totally reasonable and legal under the circumstances. He never intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly caused her any injury."

"We intend to appeal the Commissioner’s ruling."

Chicago Bears QB Jimmy Clausen tied the knot this weekend ... marrying pro volleyball star Jess Gysin ... and a bunch of NFL superstars were there to watch the whole thing go down.

Jimmy and Gysin had been dating since 2012 ... despite the fact they attended rival colleges -- he went to Notre Dame, she played ball at USC.

The two tied the knot in a ceremony in Palm Desert -- in front of some of Jimmy's old teammates ... including Golden Tate (who played with JC at ND) and Jonathan Stewart (who played with JC in Carolina).

Congrats!!

Eric Balfour is a HUUUGE Lakers fan ... he's also a huge animal rights activist ... which is why the former "24" star was so devastated when he found out about a scary incident involving Nick Young and a dolphin.

The L.A. Lakers star has been joking around about the incident all week ... claiming a dolphin tried to kill him during one of those "ride the dolphins" experiences in Cabo San Lucas.

Balfour says he's glad Young survived -- but he's bummed out Young and Iggy Azalea decided to participate in the attraction in the first place.

"When people unknowingly go to those shows, what they're actually contributing to is a dolphin slaughter in Taiji, Japan where hundreds of dolphins are killed, captured, separated from their families, and we're trying to stop that because its pretty f**king uncool."

His rotator is still jacked up, but his rotors are doing just fine -- which is why Kobe Bryant broke out the helicopter for a special Valentine's Day date with his wife Vanessa.

The two took to the skies for a little romantic V-Day getaway over the weekend ... and made sure to take a few mid-flight selfies along the way.

Legend has it, Kobe has been using the 'copter for years to go from his home in Orange County to the Staples Center in L.A. so he can beat freeway traffic.

New England Patriots star Chandler Jones is now TROLLING his UFC star brother -- claiming Jon Jones is SCARED to fight him ... and is running and hiding like a coward.

We broke the story ... Chandler says he's 100% down to fight his big bro, who happens to be the reigning UFC light heavyweight champ, and wants to set up a match for charity.

The spending spree continues ... now TMZ Sports has learned Floyd Mayweather dropped another $400k on a brand new Rolls-Royce so "his 14-year-old daughter can ride in style."

Here's what we know ... Floyd called up Obi Okeke at Fusion Luxury Motors around 2AM a few days ago and ordered up a clean white 2015 Rolls-Royce Wraith.

Okeke says Mayweather explained that he'd be giving the car to his daughter's mother -- because he wants the kid to "ride in style."

Okeke tells us he IMMEDIATELY started moving on the car -- and shipped it to Vegas later that day.

"When his daughter and [the mother of his child] saw the car, they went nuts," Okeke says ... "They were so appreciative and thankful."

Phil Jackson emphatically tells TMZ Sports he WILL NOT watch the docuseries that will chronicle Bruce Jenner's transition into a woman.

As we previously reported ... Jenner will announce his plans to become a woman during an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... followed by his own docuseries.

Our sources tell us the series will reveal every step in Bruce's transformation ... including both the physical and psychological therapy that accompany the gender reassignment process.

Phil -- who's known Jenner for years -- was out in NYC when we asked the Knicks president if he'd be tuning in to watch Bruce's saga ... and he gives a very quick, stern, -- and interesting -- answer.

"No, I won't be watching."

"The Godfather of Poker" Doyle Brunson says he no longer views Bruce Jenner as a hero ... all because of Jenner's decision to become a woman.

Brunson tweeted, "I can't believe Bruce Jenner is trying to become a woman? He was a hero of mine since I was involved in track long ago. #Sayitsnottrue"

Doyle continued, "this man was an Olympic champion that set all kind of records. That's a woman? My hero? Come on!" ... and his tweets triggered outrage in some.

The 81-year-old -- who's won the World Series of Poker twice -- eventually responded to the onslaught with a jab, writing, "He may still be some people's hero, but not me."

Brunson was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, he's won 10 WSOP bracelets in his career and is considered to be one of the most influential poker players of all time.

13-year-old Mo'Ne Davis IS THE TRUTH ... so says Kevin Hart who tells TMZ Sports he's got even more respect for the Little League star after she burned his ass in the NBA Celeb All-Star game.

"She was for real, she really got me," Hart told us ... after Davis put him through the spin cycle in a pretty sweet 1-on-1 move during Friday's game.

Of course, Hart went on to be named the game's MVP -- the 4th time he's won the award -- but says Davis is clearly the future.

"I am a fan ... and I'm looking forward to seeing amazing things from her in the future."

NFL stud Terrell Suggs is suing his former agent ... who died in 2011 ... claiming he shouldn't have to keep paying commission from his $62 million contract -- because he's been useless ever since he passed away.

According to docs filed in federal court in Virginia and obtained by TMZ Sports, Suggs sued the estate of former super agent Gary Wichard ... the guy who negotiated Terrell's mega-contract with the Baltimore Ravens in 2009.

Suggs says he was obligated to pay Wichard 3% of his salary for the entirety of his deal -- but in exchange, Wichard's agency would actively manage his career and take care of everything from seeking endorsement deals to booking doctor appointments.

But when Wichard passed in 2011, Suggs says the agency kicked T-Sizzle to an "inexperienced and unqualified agent."

Suggs says the new agent completely dropped the ball -- and when he had his best season in 2011, the agent failed to score him any major endorsement deals that usually result from "such outstanding on-field play."

There's more ... when Suggs tore his achilles in 2012, Terrell says he leaned on his agent to "take the lead on contacting doctors, setting up appointments, coordinating rehabilitation, and all other related matters" ... but got no help.

Despite the allegations, Wichard's estate has demanded $192k from Suggs, which he refused to pay. The dispute went to an arbitrator -- who ultimately ruled against Suggs.

Now, Suggs is taking the matter to court -- hoping a federal judge will throw out the arbitrator's decision and wipe his balance to zero.
