Pablo Sandoval's sick car collection just got $200,000 sicker ... 'cause the S.F. Giants super star just tricked out his brand new Range Rover ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Sandoval took his '14 Avorza Range Rover Sport to The Auto Firm in Miami ... where they hooked it up with a Lumma wide body kit and 22-inch Avorza AV7 rims.

We spoke with Auto Firm honcho Alex Vega -- who's done work for stars like Yasiel Puig and Hanley Ramirez -- who tells us Sandoval owns several Range Rovers ... but wanted this one to stand out.

Check out the clip of Sandoval seeing his ride for the first time -- you can tell he's fired up ... and says it's his "favorite" of all his whips.

Lamar Odom has RESURFACED in Hollywood -- hitting the L.A. club scene last night and claiming he's never been better in his life.

TMZ Sports was outside Hooray Henry's in West Hollywood on Friday ... when Lamar rolled up with some of his buddies and starting chatting with an old friend about how great things are going for him.

It's the first time we've seen Odom at the clubs since May -- when he was denied at Penthouse ... because Khloe Kardsashian was inside with French Montana.

Odom has been spotted around town running and working out ... but it's unclear if he's prepping his body for another NBA run ... or the singles scene.

Robert Griffin III is a spoiled diva who cares more about branding himself than winning ... so says a Washington Redskins player who tells us he's not the only one in the locker room who feels this way.

The player -- who spoke with us on the condition of anonymity -- says playing with RG3 has been a nightmare this season ... and the locker room has lost faith in the QB.

"No one is happy ... no one gets the hype around him anymore."

As bad as Griffin's play on the field has been this year, our guy tells us it's actually RG3's off-the-field demeanor that ticks off his fellow players the most.

"He's secluded and it affects us in the game. We don't have that real rapport. He's lost confidence and is complacent now."

There's more ... Griffin's mediocre season has made some of his teammates skeptical of not just his future with the Redskins ... but in the league period.

According to "You Got Served" Star Ivan "Flipz" Velez it's Shaquille O'Neal ... 'cause he tells TMZ Sports that no athlete has ever danced as slick as The Diesel.

Ivan -- who's also a world famous break dancer who specializes in head spinning -- was out in L.A. when we asked him which pro baller has the best moves OFF the court, field, or diamond.

Topless photos and videos of Anastasia Ashley are out there somewhere ... after a crook made off with a laptop containing all the revealing footage ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources tell us the laptop was snatched from a camera crew that had recently done a photoshoot with Ashley in Palm Beach, FL for Cheeki underwear. We're told someone broke into their van ... and stole a ton of photo equipment, including the laptop.

Ashley posed nearly nude (g-string only) at times ... but the edited final product was only supposed to imply she was naked.

Ashley tells TMZ Sports ... "There's video of me posing in compromising positions from all kinds of angles." She says the raw footage was never supposed to be seen ... but now she's worried about where it will end up.

We're told the crew filed a report with Miami Beach PD.

Ashley says the theft is "a big invasion of privacy. I'll be mortified if they get released."

Ricky Williams says white people can't understand the pain African-Americans feel over the issues in Ferguson or NYC ... because they have no clue what it's like to deal with police brutality.

TMZ Sports spoke with Ricky about the critical remarks his old New Orleans Saints coach Mike Ditka made about the Rams players who gave the "Hands Up" gesture before a recent game. The remarks caused a stir on social media, with some going so far as to call Ditka a racist.

Williams says he KNOWS Ditka's not a racist ... but says he doesn't think Ditka can fully understand the issue because of his skin color.

"He's a white guy. White people don't relate to police brutality."

The former Heisman Trophy winner says he's experienced racial profiling first hand ... even on his own college campus.

"I was arrested for failing to provide identification when I was at Texas, I told them my name was 'Ricky' when my lD said 'Errick.' This when I was the best player in college football."

Ricky also says that most white people -- almost inherently -- use racially insensitive language on a routine basis.
