After taking down Ole Miss last night, Auburn is now 7-1 on the season ... thanks, in part, to Jonah Hill.

Well, at least thanks to Jonah's head.

Jonah's image -- along with Spiderman, Batman and a Smurf -- are part of Auburn's coded sideline signals used to deliver plays to the field this season.

So far, no word on why the team chose Hill ... or what his head is supposed to signify ... but it seems to be working.

Some people are taking "The Fast and The Furious" movies a little too seriously ... because IndyCar stud Helio Castroneves tells us several people have tried to race him ... on the streets!!

Helio and his girlfriend Adriana Henao were out in NYC last night when he told us how he handles the challengers when they try to go all Marty McFly in the middle of a street.

After an 0-3 start, the L.A. Lakers are in trouble ... but Lil Romeo says he's got the solution -- SIGN HIM.

Here's the thing -- we don't think he's joking ... since Romeo played college ball at USC with his good friend and NBA star Demar DeRozan ... and he's earned a reputation for being one of the best celeb ballers in Hollywood.

"Me and Chris Brown -- the two best celebrity hoopers ... I bet if we were on the Lakers they'd be championship contenders," Romeo told us.

We spoke with honchos from multiple strip clubs who tell us they will NOT heed the warnings, because they've never had a problem with Floyd. Plus, everyone knows he spends a TON of cash.

Sources close to Floyd tell us the boxer is adamant he has NEVER done anything wrong at a strip club -- particularly with women -- and has no idea why cops would have him in their crosshairs.

Anyone who thinks a 6'2", 320 lb. hulk can't get it poppin' like a supermodel ... is about to get a lesson from football star Chris Baker in this awesome video.

Baker joined other NFL players Pierre Garcon and C.J. Mosley to strut down a fashion runway in D.C. last night. You gotta see how the crowd ate it up.

All the guys were decked out head-to-toe in threads by GANT for the Becky's Fund 6th annual "Walk This Way" fashion show ... which raised more than $200k -- but also made Chris a true player in big man dancing.

LeBron James stunk up the basketball court for his huge homecoming game -- but still pulled out a huge victory for business owners in downtown Cleveland ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke with several restaurants, bars and pubs near LBJ and the Cavs' home arena -- and they tell us revenue was up a whopping 80% on average ... from the Lebron-less home opener last year.

The Cavs pulled out all the stops for the King's return -- Imagine Dragons and Kendrick performed -- and it paid off. One biz owner told us they attracted tons of people from the 'burbs who normally wouldn't be there.

In fact, we're told many fans spending money downtown didn't even go to the game ... because cash registers were ringing before, after, and DURING the Cavs' loss to the Knicks.

The Cleveland Cavaliers tell TMZ Sports ... they have NO IDEA why a ball boy was serving players Gatorade masked in a Powerade bottle last night -- but they're gunning to find out why.

Twitter EXPLODED last night during the Knicks-Cavaliers game when a TV camera caught a Cavs ball boy making the switch behind the Knicks bench.

Now the Cavs -- who have a sponsorship deal with Gatorade -- tell us they're investigating why their official drink was poured into a competitor's bottle.

"We are looking into why the Powerade bottles were used. We're trying to figure out what happened."

The team made sure to clarify that the incident did not occur on their bench -- however. it was a Cavs employee who made the switch.

So what the hell happened? "That's what we're trying to figure out."

Michael Buble respects a man willing to fight 5 men at the same time ... which is why the long-time NHL fan says Gino Odjick is the best hockey brawler EVER!!!

Odjick was a BEAST out on the ice during his 12-year run in the NHL ... but Buble says his favorite memory ever is when the guy tried to fight an ENTIRE hockey team at once.

We think Buble was talking about an incident in May '95 ... when Odjick went after several players on the St. Louis Blues.

Odjick is currently battling terminal heart disease ... and just like when he played, Gino says he refuses to go down without a fight.

With her racist husband banned from the arena, Shelly Sterling hit up Staples Center in L.A. last night to watch the Clippers play ... under new management.

As we previously reported, Shelly demanded to be recognized as the team's "Owner Emeritus" and "Clippers' Number 1 Fan" when she sold the team to Steve Ballmer for $2 billion ... and it seems like Steve is a man of his word.

Shelly sat right on the court during the Clip's victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder ... and cheered on all of the people who hate her husband.

Kenny G is one of the best celebrity golfers alive -- and has played with some of the most famous people on Earth -- but he says there's a 4-letter reason Bill Clinton is one of his faves to play with.

The saxophone god was out in NYC yesterday and told us what's great about Bill is that he cusses when he plays ... just like everyone else ... which is awesome coming from an ex-President.

But even for a guy who appreciates some quality profanity, Kenny was SHOCKED when he learned that Michael Jordan referred to President Obama as a "sh**ty golfer."

The Cavs lost in Bron's first game back with his hometown team -- but there was one guy in the stands who was happy about the upset ... Spike Lee ... notorious Knicks fan who traveled to Ohio to support his team.

Antoine Dodson says he's been training hard for his upcoming celebrity boxing match -- and tells TMZ Sports he truly believes he's like a young Roy Jones Jr.

Dodson -- who famously fought off a bedroom intruder a few years ago -- is set to take on a man who claims he's the actual burglar this weekend.

But Antoine says there was ANOTHER celeb he was supposed to fight first -- a famous person who really wanted to punch Dodson in the face.

People have to STOP blaming KC Royals 3rd base coach Mike Jirschele for NOT sending Alex Gordon to score in the bottom of the 9th during Game 7 ... so says Royals legend Bret Saberhagen.

The 2-time Cy Young winner was at LAX and explained why Jirschele made the RIGHT CALL by telling Gordon to hold up when the Giants were still trying to track down a line drive shot he smacked to left field.

"For me, I like the call," Saberhagen explained ... saying all it could've taken was one ball in the dirt to change history.

Sorry Green Bay. Condolences Chicago. It ain't Oakland, either.
