NBA Star Joel Embiid NUDE LEAK IS NO BIG DEAL We've Seen Naked Women Before
NBA star Joel Embiid says he doesn't understand why everyone is making such a big deal about the celeb nude hacking scandal -- saying, "I mean we've all seen a woman's body."
The Philadelphia 76ers rookie just tweeted moments ago saying he finally got around to checking out all of the naked photos that were hacked from various celebrities ... and doesn't get the big hoopla.
"Why is everyone always acting crazy when pics are leaked???" Embiid tweeted ... "I mean we've all seen a woman's body."
We get Embiid's point -- that people are too hung up on nudity -- but people are "acting crazy" because their private photos were stolen and made public ... and that sucks.

Bill Simmons ESPN Talent Instructed DON'T TALK ABOUT SUSPENSION
The powers that be at ESPN have issued strict orders to the on-air talent ... DO NOT DISCUSS THE BILL SIMMONS SUSPENSION.
As we previously reported, Simmons has been put on ice for 3 weeks after blasting NFL commish Roger Goodell during a podcast and the DARING the network to punish him for it.
We spoke with sources at ESPN who tell us ... "On a corporate level, they told us not to talk about it."
So far, we're told the talent is falling in line -- because no one wants to risk facing the same punishment as Simmons.
And get this ... our ESPN sources tell us there are multiple on-air people who STAND-BY the punishment ... with one on-air person telling us, "Bill went too far. Remember, Disney runs this thing."
The source adds, "You have got to know where you work at. It's not all about you."

James Caan Kinda, Sorta Rips 'The Program'
Put the women and children to bed ... 'cause it seems James Caan just took a shot at his 1993 college football classic, "The Program."
Caan -- who played Coach Sam Winters in the flick -- was leaving Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood last night when we asked if the movie was ahead of it's time.
Think about it ... sexual assault cover-ups, troubled Heisman Trophy candidates, corruption, PEDs, players taking money ...the list goes on.
But not only does Caan say it WASN'T ahead of it's time, he also said the flick was "vulgar."
Yeah ... isn't that why we loved it?
Hulk Hogan's Restaurant Don't Dress Like a Black Guy ... Brotha
Hulk Hogan's got a cool beach restaurant in Florida -- but if you wanna enjoy a "coconut ginger mojito" during a concert at the eatery ... you better not show up dressing like an urban stereotype.
Check out the dress code outside Hogan's Beach in Tampa -- which essentially bars people who wear clothes popular with the black community.
The Hulk no-no's include:
-- No oversized t-shirts extending past the mid thigh
-- No excessively baggy attire
-- No low hanging pants or shorts
-- No hats facing sideways or back facing
-- No oversized or excessive jewelry
-- No camouflage (unless with military ID)
-- No workout clothing (including track suits, jump suits, sweat pants or basketball shorts)
-- No high-top sneakers
And get this ... if you plan to wear a do-rag or a bandana, FORGET ABOUT GETTING IN ... uhhh, Hulk's wearing one ON THE FRIGGIN' SIGN!!!!
We spoke with an employee at the restaurant, who said you can wear just about anything for lunch or dinner, but the dress code is strictly enforced during concert events. When we asked him about wearing oversized jewelry, he said, "I don't want to sound stereotypical ..." and then he trailed off.
We spoke with Hulk, who says he licenses his name to the restaurant but didn't know about the dress code and he's looking into it right now.
By the way, check out the promotional video for the restaurant -- no black people. However, there is a white dude wearing the FORBIDDEN camouflage shorts.
No word if he had military ID.

'South Park' Benches RG3 Replaces QB With Kirk Cousins
When it rains, it pours ... especially for Robert Griffin III -- whose character was REMOVED from a scene in Wednesday night's "South Park" episode -- and replaced with Kirk Cousins instead.
The episode -- which was basically a 30 minute attack on the Washington Redskins and the NFL -- had promoted the show by using a scene featuring RG3 earlier this week.
But when the ep aired Wednesday night, RG3 was no where to be found -- instead, the role was played by the man who replaced Griffin as the team's starting QB a few days ago ... Cousins.
Ouch.
Rod Stewart My Soccer Victim Had it Coming
Rod Stewart doesn't deny he broke a fan's nose with a soccer ball at a concert ... but he says the guy should've had his eyes on the ball.
Rod's being sued for nailing a guy in the face with an errant long ball during a 2012 show in Vegas ... and when we got him leaving Bouchon in Bev Hills, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer had some solid soccer-related pointers for his accuser.
The half-Scot, half-Brit Stewart is a hardcore fan of the Celtic in the Scottish League -- even giving a shout out to his favorite team in "You're In My Heart" ... which fortunately means he knows just how far he can go without getting himself red carded.

We're told Swaggy2 already has his next gig lined up -- striking poses in a few months when Roubleau rolls out the new styles for next season.
Bill Simmons SUSPENDED By ESPN After Daring Company To Suspend Him
Bill Simmons has been suspended by ESPN -- after ripping into NFL commish Roger Goodell on his podcast and then DARING the network to punish him for it.
Simmons basically put his bosses on blast -- after trashing Goodell and then saying, "I really hope somebody calls me or emails me and says I’m in trouble for anything I say about Roger Goodell, because if one person says that to me, I’m going public. You leave me alone. The commissioner’s a liar and I get to talk about that on my podcast. Thank you.”
Apparently not.
Because moments ago, ESPN announced Simmons will be suspended for THREE WEEKS ... and issued the following explanation:
"Every employee must be accountable to ESPN and those engaged in our editorial operations must also operate within ESPN’s journalistic standards. We have worked hard to ensure that our recent NFL coverage has met that criteria. Bill Simmons did not meet those obligations in a recent podcast, and as a result we have suspended him for three weeks."
So far, Simmons has yet to respond -- but you can bet your ass he's gonna have a lot to say about this.

Jameis Winston Accuser I Didn't Extort Him Winston Tried to Muzzle Me
Jameis Winston's rape accuser did NOT attempt to extort the Heisman Trophy winner according to her attorney ... who says it was actually Winston who first reached out to discuss a pay off.
TMZ broke the story ... Winston's attorney David Cornwell sent a letter informing Florida State University that the woman's lawyer had demanded $7 million dollars to cease all legal action against Winston and FSU.
Now, the accuser's attorneys claim Cornwell left out a few things. In a statement they say Cornwell "reached out to our client's former counsel Patricia Carroll to discuss paying off our client."
The attorneys also claim Cornwell told Carroll "your client likes to (expletive) football players."
In the statement, there's no denial of the $7 million figure. They describe the attempted settlement talks as "immediately unproductive."
We've reached out to Cornwell for a response. So far, no word back.
Kevin Ward Family Considering Lawsuit Against Tony Stewart

The family is adamant Stewart was at fault. They refused to comment about toxicology tests which showed Kevin had marijuana in his system at the time of his death.

On the night of his death, Ward Jr. had gotten out of his car and was aggressively marching toward Stewart's car -- when he was struck. Now we know drug tests on the body produced proof Ward was under the influence of marijuana.
There was talk that Stewart was angry with Ward Jr. and may have intentionally veered his car into him -- but apparently the grand jury feels it was nothing more than a freak accident.
We're told the enhanced video showed Stewart did not make any sudden or suspicious moves on the track before his car collided with Ward.

Irvin is an analyst for the NFL Network's "NFL Gameday Morning" -- but the Hall of Famer tells us he's deeply conflicted about continuing to give his Sundays to the NFL instead of Jesus Christ.

Humility is a thing. For some people.
