New details in the arrest of NY Jets rookie Quincy Enunwa ... now, we've learned the alleged victim is a woman ... who claims Quincy got violent in their NJ hotel room.

TMZ Sports obtained official charging documents which show the 22-year-old wide receiver -- currently on the Jets practice squad -- is accused of "grabbing the victim by her ankle and pulling her off a bed causing her to strike and injure both her head and finger."

As we first reported, Enunwa was arrested Sunday evening ... and according to documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Enunwa pled not guilty to the domestic violence charge.

Enunwa was released a short time later ... and the judge ordered him to refrain from "future acts of domestic violence."

Michael Sam says he's incredibly grateful to Jerry Jones for giving him a shot with the Dallas Cowboys ... calling the opportunity a "dream come true."

Sam just went to Twitter and wrote, "As a kid growing up in Texas I always loved the Dallas Cowboys, so to join this incredible organization is really a dream come true."

Tom Brady just addressed the Wes Welker suspension -- but gave a very bizarre reaction when asked if he saw his ex-teammate do any drugs during the Kentucky Derby.

At first, the New England Patriots QB brushed off Welker's suspension -- saying it was Welker's problem to deal with:

"As a friend, you always hope the best. But, this is not friend time. It's opponent time. My focus is on the Dolphins."

That's when a reporter asked Tom if he saw Welker taking any drugs during the Kentucky Derby -- where the two hung out together back in May.

Tom's response -- awkward laughter ... followed by, "I got no comment on that, no."

It's an odd answer ... the standard reply when asked if you saw your friend doing drugs is usually a pretty firm "NO" followed by a defense of the friend's character.

Unless that's simply not the case.

NY Jets rookie wide receiver Quincy Enunwa -- a 6th round pick from Nebraska -- was arrested Sunday evening after allegedly getting into a fight at a New Jersey hotel ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Officials say ... 22-year-old Enunwa -- who's currently on the Jets practice squad -- was charged with simple assault stemming from an altercation while staying at the Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel.

Cops say Enunwa -- the MVP of the 2014 Gator Bowl -- was transported to a nearby station where he was booked and released.

We're told the alleged victim suffered minor injuries and did not need to go to the hospital. Cops have not revealed the ID of the other person involved or explained why the two were fighting in the first place.

War Machine is pleading NOT guilty to 32 charges -- including two counts of attempted murder -- in connection with the beating of his ex-GF, porn star Christy Mack and another man.

The ex MMA fighter entered the plea in a Las Vegas courtroom Wednesday morning where prosecutors added 25 additional charges to their original complaint ... including multiple counts of battery, strangulation, kidnapping, coercion, burglary, and sexual assault ... in addition to attempted murder.

Mack told police her ex came to her home Aug. 8th ... beat her friend Corey Thomas and then pummeled her --- breaking multiple bones all over her body and rupturing her liver.

War Machine eluded capture for a week ... until he was arrested at a hotel outside L.A. He remains in custody without bail.

War Machine's attorney tells TMZ ... this is a case of "overzealous prosecution."

Everyone should get off Wes Welker's ass about allegations he did MDMA during the Kentucky Derby ... so says "The League" star Paul Scheer who says the guy has earned the right to pop Molly!

The former Super Bowl champ was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood last night when he says Tom was expressing how every QB feels toward the end of their career.

"I think everybody says that ... it's just a matter of when you suck ... we all think we suck at different times."

Warner says every QB needs to know the "right time" to walk away ... adding, "Sometimes you just know.

"Like for me, I hope I didn't suck when I finished. I just knew it was the right time."

Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney says she was under 18 when the hacked nude photos of her were taken ... and now she's taking legal action against several porn sites that reposted the images.

TMZ has learned one of Maroney's attorneys fired off a letter to Porn.com ... informing the site that McKayla was underage in several of the photos. The letter demands the images of McKayla -- who turned 18 last December -- be taken down immediately.

Another attorney for the gymnast sent a different letter to multiple websites stating Maroney owns the copyright on the hacked photos.

The legal claims by her attorneys are a strong indication the photos really do show McKayla -- even though she said on Twitter they were "fake photos." It's also possible only portions of the images are really McKayla. The letter is not specific.

Michael Sam is heading to Big D -- where he's reportedly going to be signed to the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad.

Sam was cut by the Rams over the weekend despite having a monster preseason ... where he recorded 2.5 sacks.

According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the Cowboys spent the day calling several players and gauging their reactions to signing Sam ... and apparently, the feedback came back positive.
