Kevin Durant has sworn off acting forever -- telling TMZ Sports even Shaq's critically-panned movie "Kazaam" was WAYYYY better than his 2012 flop "Thunderstruck."

Gotta respect the honesty.

Here's the deal ... Durant was leaving Benihana in Bev Hills (delicious hibachi shrimp btw) ... when we asked if he was ever gonna try to rebound from the debacle that was "Thunderstruck."

For the record -- "Thunderstruck" (like "Freaky Friday" with basketball powers) -- was a box office disaster ($587,211 domestic) ... especially compared to Shaq's 1996 classic ($18,937,262).

We also asked KD about the rumors he was trying to get out of his Nike contract -- but Durant was a little less forthcoming.

Two NBA superstars were at 1Oak nightclub right around the time Suge Knight was shot in a Hollywood nightclub early Sunday morning -- and TMZ Sports has the video.

Our photogs were rollin' as Denver Nuggets center JaVale McGee and L.A. Clippers star Glen "Big Baby" Davis walked up to the nightclub around 11:45 PM Saturday night ... just like any other night.

Big Baby got inside ... but the line proved to be too much for McGee and he decided to leave. Might have been the best decision he made all night.

Because 90 minutes later, gunshots rang out -- and as TMZ first reported, Suge Knight was shot multiple times.

Unclear if Davis was still in the club at the time of the shooting -- but we're guessing he was, since 1Oak was the place to be Saturday night ... with huge stars like Chris Brown, Tyson Beckford and more hanging inside the Sunset Strip club.

Buffalo Bills defensive lineman Alan Branch was locked up for DUI this weekend -- after cops say he was so drunk, he was PUKING out of the driver's side door of his car.

Branch -- who's entering his 6th year in the NFL -- was popped in upstate New York around 2am Saturday morning.

And if the alleged puking wasn't a dead sign of DUI, cops also say the 6'6", 325-pounder had a blood alcohol level of .14 ... almost TWICE the legal limit.

Green Bay Packers guard T.J. Lang says he's "shocked" by the horrific rape allegations against Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Holtzclaw ... telling TMZ Sports the two were best friends during their football days at Eastern Michigan.

As we previously reported, Holtzclaw -- a standout linebacker at EMU -- is accused of sexually assaulting at least 7 women during his late night shifts with the OCPD.

The woman responsible for the capture of War Machine says she's dying of cancer and has decided to pay the $20K reward forward.

Mary Casamento was staying at the same hotel where War Machine was hiding ... a fugitive from the law after allegedly brutally beating former GF Christy Mack.

Mary says she heard commotion and saw a woman run out of his room ... bloodied. She called cops who came and arrested him.

Mary scored a $20K reward -- $10K from Christy's family and an equal amount from "Pawn Stars" star Corey Harrison -- but she's not cashing in, because she already has enough to last her for the rest of her life. She's decided to give the dough to a Santa Clarita, CA battered women's shelter.

Give this woman a reward award.

Former UFC fighter Kyle Kingsbury needed post-MMA career guidance -- so he turned to an ancient hallucinogenic concoction to show him the way ... and it worked.

Kingsbury -- who famously flashed a pair of "Legalize Gay" undies before his July fight for "UFC On Fox" -- initially said he wanted to become a firefighter following his final bout.

But after the fight, Kyle still had some doubts -- so he turned to a shaman who brewed him up a cup of Ayahuasca ... a hallucinogenic herbal drink that people use to go on a vision quest.

And after a trippy ceremony ... with some vomiting ... Kyle came to a revelation -- he should open a gym in Costa Rica to share his fighting talents with others.

"I’m going to be doing what I love," Kingsbury says ... "lifting, fighting, being at a gym."

Kingsbury says he'll be taking his fiance and business partner along for the ride, and expects to have everything up and running by winter 2015.

His only fear -- "I’ve recently learned they have HUGE crocodiles so that’s a little scary."

TMZ Sports has obtained a photo of the woman who claims she was attacked by former Texas A&M football star Isaiah Golden ... and it appears to show redness and bruising on her face.

We broke the story ... 20-year-old Golden (a former starting lineman for the Aggies in 2013) was arrested this week for domestic violence after allegedly attacking his GF in Lake Charles, LA.

According to the incident report, filed by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, Golden's girlfriend called 911 on Thursday night ... to report that Golden got physical during a heated argument.

Cops raced to the home and arrested the 6'2 330-pound lineman for domestic battery.

It's just the latest in a strong of legal problems for the athlete -- who was recently kicked off the A&M football team following an arrest for aggravated robbery.

4:10 PM PT -- Gilmore is now changing his tune.

Despite the fact he told us on the record that the NFL "was aware" of the fight BEFORE the draft, he has now changed his story ... and is saying the league was NOT aware before the draft.

"No one was aware of the incident until today because it wasn't an issue because no one was arrested. They would have been aware, had there been an arrest."

Mike Evans' agent tells TMZ Sports ... the NFL knew all about Mike's involvement in a nightclub fistfight in Miami BEFORE the 2014 NFL Draft ... and says the teams ultimately deemed it a "non-issue."

We broke the story ... Evans was involved in an altercation outside Dream Nightclub in Miami Beach in March -- TWO MONTHS before he was drafted by the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Evans' agent, Deryk Gilmore tells TMZ Sports ... everyone took the incident seriously, but because no one was arrested -- including Mike -- it didn't dissuade teams from drafting the WR.

Gilmore insists Evans is a "great kid" -- adding, "[He] loves football. He would never ever ever ever do something to show otherwise."

Tampa Bay Bucs rookie wide receiver Mike Evans was in the middle of an INSANE nightclub brawl -- fighting bouncers in the street ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

It all went down outside Dream Nightclub ... where the #7 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft was screaming at bouncers. We're told Evans had been partying inside the club moments before the video begins.

The person who shot the video tells TMZ Sports the footage was captured Saturday night. However, Mike's agent insists the incident took place back in March.

While Evans -- who just turned 21 yesterday -- unloads on the staff, a person who appears to be in Mike's entourage throws a punch at a bouncer ... and that's when all hell breaks loose.

During the melee, Mike gets knocked out of frame ... but comes running back into the center of the madness ... throwing a haymaker.

He continues to throw punches -- while bobbing and weaving like the superstar athlete that he is.

Despite the presence of several men wearing "police" vests -- we're told Mike was not arrested. In fact, we're told NO ONE was arrested.

According to the nightclub's website, you have to be 21 to enter -- and Mike was only 20 at the time of the incident.

We reached out to Mike's rep and the Bucs. So far, no word back.

1:36 PM PT -- Mike's GF posted a photo of the couple back in March, wearing the same clothes they were in on the night of the fight. It's pretty clear, this thing went down in March.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell told police he had no idea he could get a DUI for driving while high -- after admitting that he smoked weed before getting behind the wheel ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, Bell and teammate LeGarrette Blount were arrested on August 20th in Pennsylvania -- after a cop said he could smell weed coming from their Camaro.

According to the report, the cop initially asked Bell (the driver) if he had any weed in the car -- and he initially said NO.

But when the cop asked if he was high, Bell reportedly replied, "It was about a minute ago. We smoked within the last two hours."

The cop said he called for backup -- including a K9 unit to search the car -- and that's when Bell told the officer he had weed in the glove box.

Bell, Blount and a woman in the car told the cop they had all chipped in to buy the weed.

The cop says he told Bell he could be in trouble for driving under the influence -- to which Bell replied, "I didn't know that you could get a DUI for being high. I smoked two hours ago. I am not high anymore. I am perfectly fine."

"Why would I be getting high if I had to get on a plane to make it to my game?"

He added, "I have to be on my plane at 3 to be in Philadelphia, I play for the Steelers."

Hugh Jackman ... strong dude.

The actor hit the gym to bulk up for his role as Blackbeard in the upcoming movie, "Pan" -- and busted out a set of deadlifts with 180 kgs of weight ... aka 397 pounds!!!

It's pretty impressive -- but it ain't exactly NFL caliber strength ... especially compared to former NFL defensive end Phillip Daniels who cranked out 675 POUNDS during a set back in 2011.

Still, props to Jackman.

More trouble for former Texas A&M defensive lineman Isaiah Golden -- the 20-year-old was arrested for domestic violence last night in Louisiana ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Golden was a starter as a freshman for the 2013 Aggies and recorded 32 tackles -- but was kicked off the team after being arrested for aggravated robbery for an incident back in May.

Now, the 6'2", 330-pounder is facing misdemeanor domestic abuse and child endangerment charges after an alleged altercation in Lake Charles, LA.

Our sources tell us Golden is accused of getting into it with the mother of his children -- and it all went down in front of the kids -- hence the child endangerment charge.

A former college football star -- who later became a police officer -- was arrested in Oklahoma City after officials say he's suspected of raping multiple women over the past 5 months ... while on duty.

8:47 A.M. PDT -- We're told the game was a Roc Nation charity event. Rihanna was scheduled to be there and Chris was supposedly a "surprise appearance."

Rihanna is ridiculous ... and thirsty like Moses wandering the desert.

She showed up in the front row at a charity basketball game Thursday ... eyes trained on ex-BF Chris Brown.

Now that she's with Drake again and not Chris Brown again ... you'd think she wouldn't fuel the fire. But then again, who are we kidding?

It's a special kind of insult to Karrueche ... who's back with Chris after being repeatedly humiliated by whatever continues to transpire between him and Rihanna.

Snoop Dogg thinks the Pittsburgh Steelers' offensive coordinator SUCKS -- and last night he blasted the guy in an epic Instagram rant ... saying, "Fire that motherf**ker!"

FYI -- Snoop's a huge Steelers fan and has been for years ... and clearly he wasn't impressed with the team's pre-season loss to the Eagles last night.

But Snoop isn't one to sit on the sidelines, so he made a video -- begging head coach Mike Tomlin to fire the hell out of O.C. Todd Haley ... saying, " We ain't won a playoff game since we had this motherf**ker, man. S**t."
