V. Stiviano has just filed new legal docs in her war with Shelly Sterling -- claiming she NEVER slept with Donald Sterling ... 'cause he's into men and she was his beard.

TMZ Sports has obtained the lawsuit -- which Stiviano filed in response to Shelly's allegations that V. accepted cars and property from Donald that he didn't have the authority to give her.

In the new docs, Stiviano argues that the items in question were given to her in exchange for being Donald's "beard" -- and she insists Shelly knew about it.

Stiviano states ... she was "not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling" and "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males."

In the legal doc, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stiviano says Shelly was "acutely aware of [Donald's] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]."

Stiviano also says the gifts she received were NOT community property -- but rather Donald's separate property.

Stiviano is also suing Shelly and Donald for defamation -- claiming they slandered her in the media by calling her a thief and saying she embezzled money and property from Donald. She's demanding no less than $10 MILLION.

We reached out to Donald's camp -- so far, no word back.

U.S. Olympic hero Amy Van Dyken IS WALKING AGAIN ... just two months after severing her spinal cord in an ATV accident ... all thanks to some incredible medical technology.

The gold medal winning swimmer was unable to move her legs after crashing an ATV in Arizona on June 6th ... but doctors have equipped her with an Indego exoskeleton and today she posted video taking her first steps.

It's pretty damn incredible ... considering Amy's situation was so bad, doctors told her there was a chance she could have died in the emergency surgery following the accident.

Amazing.

NBA veteran Stephen Jackson says he's fed up with American racism and he's using Hip Hop to vent -- teaming up with a rap legend on an EXPLOSIVE new track... and TMZ Sports has the exclusive video.

The song, called 'America Da Beautiful' is an all out assault on racism featuring a guest verse from mulit-platinum rapper Scarface.

Jackson, who goes by the rap name 'Stak5' tells TMZ Sports the clip which targets Donald Sterling, The KKK, and racial unrest in Ferguson also deals with racism in the sports world.

"F*K racism and all racists. No need for it in 2014 or in professional sports," Jackson tell us.

Warning -- the clip is definitely NSFW with Jackson and Scarface using some very strong language, but Jackson says that's just how his hip hop is.

"My album is called 'My Life Not Yours,' I say what I want."

Cam Newton made a surprise hospital visit to a star high school QB who's recovering from a serious brain injury sustained in an ATV accident ... after learning he was the kid's favorite player.

The star QB is Jaylend Ratliffe -- a senior who had been offered a full scholarship to Georgia Tech before fracturing his skull during the July 30th accident.

Ratliffe underwent emergency brain surgery a tracheotomy -- and is now recovering at a hospital in Charlotte, NC.

We're told ... Newton got word of Ratliffe's story through friends at Georgia Tech and decided to pay Jaylend a visit at the hospital on Tuesday afternoon ... bringing Panthers swag and an autographed football.

Cam stayed for about an hour just talking and hanging out with Jaylend -- and according to people close Ratliffe, the high schooler was thrilled.

In fact, Ratlife's family gave Cam a "2 Strong" shirt -- which the fam is selling to raise money for Jaylend's medical bills.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, it's unclear if Ratliffe will ever play football again -- but Georgia Tech has offered to honor the scholarship offer regardless.

Bob Costas' street cred is at an all-time high ... 'cause the guy just talked some serious smack about 50 Cent.

Check it out -- we were talking to Bob about the fact he got a "do-over" after a terrible first pitch at a St. Louis Cardinals game earlier this week -- which Bob says he earned because the 1st pitch didn't accurately reflect his ability.

And that's when Bob took the dig at Fiddy ... explaining why the rapper didn't deserve the same mulligan he got when he botched a 1st pitch at a Mets game back in May.

So, 50's response? "Woke up. I look at the computer ... the computer say 'Floyd said f**k T.I., f**k 50, f**k Nelly.'"

And one of his new teammates happens to be Biaggio Ali Walsh -- grandson of "The Greatest."

We're told Biaggio is a sophomore running back with big-play potential.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB's Le'Veon Bell & LaGarrette Blount were arrested in Pennsylvania this afternoon for marijuana possession ... officials tell TMZ Sports.

According to Ross Township Police ... the two were pulled over around 1:30 PM after a motorcycle cop smelled pot coming from a black Camaro on a busy highway near Pittsburgh.

Police say when they stopped to question the pair they discovered 20 grams of marijuana inside the vehicle.

Bell was busted for misdemeanor DUI and possession of marijuana. Blount was popped for misdemeanor possession.

Officials tell us both men were cited and released.

Tony Stewart will NOT race at Bristol Motor Speedway this weekend -- pulling out of his 3rd consecutive race since killing Kevin Ward Jr. during a race on August 9th.

The NASCAR driver has been under heavy fire after the Aug. 9th incident in Upstate New York -- when he smashed into Ward Jr. who had gotten out of his car to confront Stewart on the track.

How does Jermaine Jackson feel about the NFL blacklisting his sister from performing at the Super Bowl halftime show?

Jermaine was out in L.A. when we broke the news to him that the NFL has only ruled out one person from performing at Super Bowl XLIX ... Janet Jackson.

The 7 teens who entered Ray Allen's Florida home while his wife and children were asleep inside SHOULD HAVE been arrested ... so says the Coral Gables City Attorney who tells TMZ Sports he's gunning to change the laws so he can lock up trespassers in the future.

The backstory is crazy ... the teens were partying at a nearby home last week when they decided to waltz into Allen's home because they thought he was in Cleveland with LeBron James.

When they got inside ... after opening an unlocked door ... they were confronted by Allen's wife who screamed at the group to leave. So, they did.

Cops were called and officials found the teens -- who allegedly admitted to trespassing. Problem is ... because of the way the law is written in FL, cops couldn't arrest them.

Coral Gables City Attorney Craig Leen says cops are only allowed to arrest trespassers if an officer witnesses the crime ... and Leen believes the law needs to change immediately.

Leen says he will push for an "emergency ordinance to change current occupied trespassing to an arrestable offense without an officer having to witness it."

"Part of the ordinance will also urge the governor, and legislators to change current Florida law - and make it a felony to trespass an occupied home."

"We’re going to push this hard," Leen says ... "Ray Allen and his family -- they’re the victims here -- and we never want something like this to happen again."
