Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union are warning their wedding guests -- NO CAMERAS, NO PHONES ... which could be a huge problem, since their guests are ADDICTED to social media!

The famous couple has just sent out their wedding invitations (made of wood btw) ... inviting close friends and family members to "Put on your dancing shoes and join us for a THROW DOWN."

It's all set to go down at a mystery location in Miami on August 30th.

Guests have been instructed to meet up at a famous hotel -- where they will be transported to the wedding site.

But the most important part of the invitation is the note which directs the guests to leave their phones and cameras at home "for the comfort of our guests and to protect our privacy."

Translation -- No Twitter. No Instagram. No Facebook ... which could be a huge problem for social media-obsessed guests like LeBron James and Chris Bosh (btw, who's gonna take away Bron's phone?)

One more thing … the no cameras/phones rule will certainly RAISE the price of the exclusive footage shot by the "official" wedding photographer ... if D&G choose to sell to the tabloids.

NY Giants cornerback Prince Amukamara isn't just a rising superstar in the NFL -- dude's got serious PAP SKILLS ... and this week, he grabbed our camera and went to work.

San Francisco 49ers superstar Aldon Smith has been sentenced to 12 days in jail in a case involving a DUI arrest and weapons charges ... but he won't serve his time in one continuous block.

Smith appeared in court in Santa Clara, CA to be punished for his DUI conviction from 2013 and his misdemeanor gun possession charges from a 2012 incident.

Smith was sentenced to 12 days in jail ... which can be served by participating in a "work crew" program ... where he'll do manual labor during the day and spend his evenings in a jail cell.

The judge has allowed him to do his work crew service on Mondays beginning on July 28th. He'll have to complete 11 days ...since he already has credit for the 1 day he previously spent in jail.

In addition to the jail time, Smith was also placed on 3 years probation -- meaning he'd better not do anything stupid like yell "bomb" in an airport or the judge could throw his ass in the slammer for a lot longer than 12 days.

You'll never see Richard Sherman running his mouth about Dez Bryant ... and vice versa ... so says the Dallas Cowboys receiver who tells TMZ Sports the two have way too much respect for each other to beef.

Bryant was out at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills when we asked how he felt about the most famous rivalry in the NFL -- Sherman vs. Crabtree ... the rivalry that led to that infamous post-game rant with Erin Andrews.

But Bryant says he's cool with the Seattle Seahawks star -- and even when things get heated on the field ... in the end, "It's just a game."

Brody Jenner has zero relationship with Kanye West ... and that's a big reason why he didn't make the trek to Europe for Kim's wedding.

Kim's step-bro made the comments on his podcast Thursday, insisting he was not disrespecting Kim by being a no-show at her wedding but front and center at the wedding of her ex-BF Reggie Bush.

The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders DON'T MESS AROUND when it comes to picking their squad -- ya can't just be hot ... ya also got to shake your ass like a champ ... and the auditions were all captured on video.

Tyler agreed to the stunt to promote the TFP Charity Golf Classic -- hosted by the Dallas Stars player.

V. Stiviano tells TMZ Sports she wasn't OFFENDED when Drake called her the "Side Piece of the Year" during the ESPYs ... she was FLATTERED.

Stiviano was leaving Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills ... when she told us the "Side Piece" shout out was "a very big compliment."

Funny, 'cause Drake certainly didn't mean it as one as he mocked her right before going into a song called, "Donald Sterling Never Loved Us."

Either way, Stiviano's biggest concern yesterday didn't seem to be the diss ... it was the fact she was getting into a Volvo ... instead of a Bentley, Ferrari or a Rolls.

The Sports Guy was in L.A. for the ESPYs when our photog asked the notorious basketball junkie who'd win a current day (and nearly geriatric) dunk-off between MJ and Dominique Wilkins -- a rematch of the '88 final.

Bill's response is near blasphemy to anyone from Chicago (as our camera guy is) 'cause not only does he pick the Human Highlight Reel ... he also claims the original battle was a total sham.

There's more ... Simmons also explains why LeBron and Blake Griffin will NEVER go head-to-head in a dunk contest ... no matter how much money people try to throw at them.

Stuart Scott practices what he preaches ... especially when it comes to MMA ... so says the ESPN legend's sensei who tells us despite fighting cancer, the guy's a "battle horse" in the ring.

TMZ Sports spoke with Sensei Darin Reisler who was featured in a piece honoring Scott that ran during the ESPYs last night.

Reisler tells us ... the MMA footage was shot just 6 weeks ago -- in between cancer treatments.

"Stuart is a battle horse. The little bit that you saw last night – that was an hour and a half session ... grappling, ground fighting. He’s got a chemo port in his chest, is blind in one eye and gets kicked in the head and the chest ... the guy has NO quit in him."

Reisler says Scott has been coming to his Connecticut training center for the past 5 years -- and still wants to fight hard during every single session.

In fact, Reisler says Scott has said he doesn't want anyone taking it easy on him -- and once got a black eye during a sparring session. "The makeup department wasn't too thrilled."

As for receiving the Jimmy V award last night -- Sensei Reisler says, "It’s so great to see him getting recognized. But I’m very excited for the day that he won’t be fighting cancer – and the only fighting he’ll be doing is in the ring."
