Joanna Krupa says it's not a threat if you're quoting someone ... even if you blast it out to 262,079 people.

Krupa was on her way out of Equinox in West Hollywood Friday when she told us the post on her Instagram bashing Texas Tech cheerleader/safari hunter Kendall Jones was not original.

As we previously reported, Kendall's dad says they interpreted the message as a threat, but have no plans to file any sort of police report.

The reality star does have an idea for a fair fight between the animals and the college sophomore.

Rapper Webbie is publicly shaming 50 Cent for failing to pay up after losing a million-dollar bet on a big time boxing match last weekend ... and now he wants his cash money!

Webbie was in L.A. this week jawing about the wager he made with Fiddy right before the lightweight title bout between Terence Crawford and Yuriorkis Gamboa ... who 50 Cent happens to manage.

Webbie says he walked his homie Crawford into the ring where he greeted 50 Cent and immediately threw down a challenge: "I say 50, what's happening? I say I got a mil on my dawg!"

Cut to the 9th round when Crawford knocked out Gamboa, and BOOM ... $1 MILLION payday for Webbie ... or so he thought. In the clip, it sounds like the Louisiana rapper thinks he's getting stiffed.

Then again, maybe 50 didn't understand what was on the line -- Webbie's got a seriously Southern accent.

The 5-year-old boxing phenom who EXPLODED on YouTube isn't just fun to watch -- the kid has the potential to be the next Mike Tyson ... so says someone who would know, UFC star Bruce Buffer.

The fighter-in-training is Nijee "The Future" -- and footage of the kid training with his dad a few weeks ago skyrocketed to 292,000 views on YouTube.

Bruce -- who's been the UFC ring announcer for years and knows what it takes to win in the ring -- tells us the footage blew him away ... "He's like a 2-foot tall Mike Tyson!"

Buffer says the kid's form is incredible -- and if he truly has a passion for the sport as he gets older ... "He'll be a force to be reckoned with."

Richard Sherman is not easily impressed ... but the NFL superstar had to pick his jaw off the ground after an encounter with a legendary leg muscle that blew his mind!!!

The quad belongs to strength and conditioning stud Mike Barwis -- who famously trains some of the top athletes in the world including Ndamukong Suh and UFC stud Rashad Evans.

Barwis -- whose new show "American Muscle" debuts on Discovery on July 9th -- was kickin' Sherman's ass at his training center in Detroit recently when the Seahawks DB came into contact with Mike's leg.

The waitress who got stiffed by Warren Sapp is getting PAID by strangers -- who have called up the restaurant to donate almost $100 in "tips" to the server ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke to the owner of the Upper Deck Ale and Sports Grille in Florida who tell us so far 2 people have called up to make sure Corey was "taken care of" after Warren laid a goose egg in the tip department after a 2-hour meal on Tuesday.

One person left $30 for Corey ... the other left $60 -- not bad considering Warren's bill was only $69.

But get this ... the owner tells TMZ Sports he has gone back and reviewed the surveillance tape from the infamous encounter ... and says Corey's service was "phenomenal" that day.

"[Corey and her associate] checked on his table 22 times."

The owner tells us Corey will still face punishment for sending the photo of Sapp's receipt to her sister (who later put it on Facebook) ... but she will NOT be fired.

"We're probably going to do a 1 week suspension."

As for Warren, he claims he's justified in his stiffness -- claiming she addressed his party as "boys" when she approached the table and he found it disrespectful.

Tim Howard's defense is still IMPENETRABLE ... throwing a QUICK BLOCK on an overzealous fan who tried to get too close at LAX ... and TMZ Sports caught the whole thing on video.

UFC badass Tyron Woodley knows ... a strong beard makes a strong man ... and now, he's finally revealing his hairy secrets so weaker men can step up their follicle game.

Her name is Raven -- and she was out in L.A. yesterday when she made it very clear her relationship with Donald is strictly professional ... not romantic.

"We're not in a relationship, hes a married man."

Raven says she met Sterling through V. Stiviano -- and despite the fact she's a designer and has experience in fashion, she's now helping Donald run his business affairs.

But Raven says she's not looking for a free ride -- telling TMZ Sports there are times she cracks open her own wallet when the two hit the town.
