Ronda Rousey doesn't need a fancy gym to keep herself in shape -- the UFC superstar says she keeps her training up with hotel room workouts ... complete with sparring sessions.

Rousey -- who's gearing up to fight Alexis Davis at UFC 175 -- is staying at the Mandalay Bay for UFC Fight Week ... and turned her suite into a killer close-quarters battle center.

You gotta watch the clip, featured on UFC's "Embedded," which shows Ronda doing everything from sparring, to arm-bar training, ab exercises and hardcore cardio punching workouts.

"Sometimes, I have my best mit work in hotel room," Ronda says.

DeAndre Jordan's European vacation has moved to Amsterdam ... where the L.A. Clippers superstar did what everyone in Amsterdam does -- visited one of the famous coffee shops.

Ricky Williams says Johnny Manziel has worked too damn hard to NOT go out and enjoy himself ... telling TMZ Sports, "Sometimes people need to have fun to play well."

Williams was in L.A. to tape a commercial for the ESPN Heisman House ... where he met Johnny Football for the very first time ... and says they got along great.

Of course, we had to ask Ricky about Johnny's penchant for partying -- and the ex-NFL star told us he not only approves, but says it could be imperative to his long-term success.

"You know, I was a rookie at one time, 1st round draft pick, and had a chance to do all the cool stuff I always wanted to do ... so I'm happy for him."

There's more ... Ricky also told us he's been doing "healing work" with ex-football players who suffer from concussion-related medical issues ... and has reached out to several former NFL stars to try to help 'em out.

Maybe the WWE realized ... if stealing a $21.14 iPad case is a fireable offense ... there wouldn't be enough wrestlers left for a tag team match -- so they REHIRED Diva Emma 2 hours after canning her.

The wrestling org gave Emma the boot 2 days after she copped a plea to stealing the iPad case from a Connecticut Walmart.

The WWE just said, "Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated [Diva Emma] but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law."

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... WWE officials quickly realized they overreacted, because their action would open the floodgates to fire a gaggle of wrestlers for fighting outside the ring, DUI and all sorts of other misdeeds.

It's unclear how Emma will be punished.

iPad case closed.

The waitress who got stiffed by Warren Sapp says she never tried to INSULT the ex-NFL star ... claiming he simply OVERREACTED when she approached the table and said, "Hey boys."

The waitress -- who goes by Corey -- called in to the Andy Slater Show on WINZ in Miami and said she went up to Warren's table and said, "Hey boys what can I get you to drink?"

Corey said Warren stopped her in her tracks and said, "We're not boys. I'm a man!"

Corey says she then used other names like "sugar" and "honey" to address Sapp.

WWE Diva Emma has got to be kicking herself ... she just lost her prized job over a stupid iPad case she wanted so badly ... she stole it.

Emma was busted Monday by Hartford, CT cops after Walmart security claimed she had just left the store without paying $21.14 for the case.

The WWE acted fast, but didn't prejudge her. Emma already copped a plea and was sentenced to 1 day of community service.

Sometimes when you save money, you don't always live better.

The waitress who got stiffed out of a tip by Warren Sapp -- and then posted his credit card receipt online -- will be punished by the Florida restaurant where she works ... management tells TMZ Sports.

We spoke with the restaurant manager at the Upper Deck Ale and Sports Grill in Florida who tells us, "Regardless, famous or not [the bill] should never have been posted. It should not have happened."

The manager says they are "going to have to deal" with the waitress who posted the bill -- and told us she will be reprimanded for her actions.

When asked if the restaurant would be terminating the employee, the manager would not say.

The manager says the restaurant has been getting flooded with phone calls from people voicing their opinion -- "it has been mostly negative."

Warren Sapp isn't a deadbeat diner and tips his tail off for good service ... that's according to former teammate Shaun King who tells TMZ Sports Warren is getting a bad rap in the tip-gate fiasco.

We spoke to King, who played with Sapp on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1999 to 2003 and he tells us Warren is an A+ gratuity giver -- as long as the service is up to par.

"Hell Yeah he's a good tipper ... if he didn't tip [his waitress in Florida] it was something to do with the service he got."

King is also PISSED at the waitress for posting Sapp's bill on Twitter to begin with -- saying, "I have a problem with posting bills online anyway, that sh*t has the last 4 numbers of his Visa card on it and everything!"

Before he became a soccer legend, Team USA goalie Tim Howard was a high school basketball phenom -- who "smothered" Jay Williams in a County Championship game ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke with Tim's former hoops coach Ed Breheney -- who ran the basketball program at North Brunswick Township High School in New Jersey -- who tells us Howard was a baller.

The Rob Gronkowski dance train rolled into Massachusetts last night -- when the Patriots tight end hit up the Beyonce concert ... AND BROKE IT DOWN LIKE A PRO!!!

Floyd Mayweather Jr. says it's about time he partied with Johnny Manziel ... because he made a TON OF CASH gambling on the former Texas A&M superstar over the years.

Mayweather was out in L.A. last night and talked about the huge celeb party at Justin Bieber's Bev Hills pad earlier this week ... where the cops rolled up to handle a noise complaint.

"We love the LAPD," Floyd said ... "They came to do they job to make sure we were in good hands."

As for Mayweather's betting habits -- back in September, the boxer put down $300,000 on Johnny and the Aggies to beat Arkansas ... and THEY DID!!!! Cha-CHING!!

Least Floyd could do is buy Johnny a beer, right???

Warren Sapp admits he stiffed a waitress at a Florida sports bar yesterday ... saying the reason he left her NO TIP was because she was terrible at her job.

A homeless man went to ABC studios in NYC Tuesday with a knife and threatened to kill Michael Strahan ... NYPD officials confirm to TMZ.

Andre Johnson appeared Tuesday AM at the Times Square studio where "Good Morning America" is shot. The 25-year-old man showed up at around 8:00 AM ... when the cast often walks out onto the sidewalk set to interact with onlookers.

Police say Johnson got into an argument with security, pulled a knife and said he was there to kill Strahan -- who makes appearances on "GMA" in addition to hosting "LIVE! With Kelly and Michael."

A cop working security then subdued Johnson and secured the knife.

The NY Post -- which broke the story -- says the man was charged with felony attempted assault as well as menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. It appears he's being held without bail.

TMZ caught up with Strahan's fiancee, Nicole Murphy, at LAX to talk about the incident.

He's 52-years-old ... but NFL legend Herschel Walker tells TMZ Sports he still has an UNBELIEVABLE workout routine -- knocking out 1,500 push-ups every single day.

Walker was out in NYC on Tuesday looking jacked -- as usual -- when we asked how he manages to maintain his incredible physique.

For Herschel, he says the trick is easy ... just a simple 1,500 push ups plus THOUSANDS of sit-ups.
